Excellent Stay
We had a wonderful stay. The home is clean with a loaded kitchen. It is close to walk to the shopping centers and ocean. I would recommend this place!

Relaxing stay in Poipu
We love staying at Waikomo Stream villas, it’s close to everything, quiet and the grounds are straight up from a botanical garden. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, even sharp knifes for cooking!! We’ll definitely be back. Mahalo!

Great location
The location of this condo makes almost the entire town walkable. Everything was between a 5-20 minute walk away… including shops, the beach, and restaurants. We were here for a wedding and we were able to walk to the rehearsal, the venue, and to brunch! It was awesome! Plus the bus picks up and drops off right across the street, so getting to and from Lihue Airport was a breeze as well (and only costs $5 per person)!!!! Next time we come to Poipu, we will try to stay in these villas again.

Poipu beach sunsets ❤️
Loved the location. It was close to Poipu beach, restaurants and very nice condo Complex. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator so we definitely got some exercise carrying luggage, water and groceries. Very nice layout and nice to have a balcony. Easy to find .

Fantastic Stay
This is our second stay here within two years and the only hotel in Hawaii that we have ever stayed twice in. We loved it, the location, the serenity and the closeness to Poipu Beach.

Pour visitier Waimea
Très grand condo pour 2 couples. Les deux salles de bains furent rénovés, plancher du rez de chaussée changé pour du plancher flottant. Zone de piscine très agréable. Deux petits centres d’achat à proximité, plages à proximité et coucher de soleil extraordinaire et tout cela à pied. Bon point de départ pour aller visiter Weimea. Environ 1:15 de route pour se rendre à l’extrémité du parc de Weimea. Seuls points négatifs; l’odeur dans les armoires de cuisine et seulement 3 chaises de plage et 3 coupes à vin. Matelas du 2 étage se creuse dans le milieu mais pour une semaine c’est sans conséquence.

Great condo!
Love the condo! In the two-story loft, it felt like we were sleeping in the trees amid the birds of Kauai! Appliances and fixtures, however, could use an update. And the beds were a little bit too firm for our taste.

Will stay again
Stayed with my parents, so three adults and we had a fantastic amount of space. Had a full kitchen and wonderful apartments that was in a great and peaceful location. Also with a full kitchen and free parking this stay had it all. We don’t stay in the same place twice and this was the first time we stayed in the south of Kauai but we will be staying here on our next trip to Kauai. Can not recommend enough.

Quiet property in good location.
???? Big unit. Location was good
???? Very outdated furnishings. Pool closed really early so we were not able to use it. Something to consider is there are no elevators. Electrical outlets didn’t work well and are a bit scary. Bed not comfortable. Whole place needs a facelift.

Very nice property, large, and perfect location
We stayed in unit #430. It was huge, clean, pretty, and an excellent value. The closet was full of things you could use at the beach, towels, and snorkel gear. The property is very pretty and the location is perfect. Walking distance to some good restaurants and the beach. This was really a well maintained property, absolutely spotless. This was much nicer than we had ever expected, for a very good price. I really liked staying in the loft bedroom. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Kauai another time!

Great place!
A friend and I stayed in unit 430 while in Kauai for a wedding. This place is fantastic -- it was extremely easy to check in, even though we arrived really late at night. It was easy to find, the unit was clean and modern and had everything we needed! The location was great, right down the street from a beautiful new complex with restaurants and shops, and a Starbucks. We were seconds from a bunch of beaches (by car) and easy access to everywhere else we wanted to go. The sounds from the bull frogs and birds do require that you shut the windows for sleeping, but other than that, it was the perfect place for a great price! (Air conditionning would be a great bonus!)

The perfect 12 days of Fall 2011
My husband, daughter and I had a lovely time this time around in Kauai. Not that we don’t usually have a bad time, but it was our first condo rental on the island as opposed to a hotel or resort stay. Anyway, we really enjoyed the flat: it was really spacious, well-designed and had the most beautiful gardens I have seen in a long time. We were at the pool every day, the beaches were close and I loved being able to walk right next door to the new mall(can’t remember the name) which had the best grocery shopping and restaurants on that side of the island. I highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Our every need was taken care of.
Every interaction that I had with a Parrish representative, from my initial call about a rental, to booking, to check-in, to activities was caring and professional. Our rental condo was so comfortable for us and was well stocked with everything necessary for an extended stay. The Malie bath products are a very nice touch and the periodic cleaning was a most pleasant surprise. I applaud all that Parrish is doing with rentals on Kauai and know that with your attitude, Parrish will be a great success.

Wonderful place to end each day.
Very convenient and comfortable stay. Felt like home away from home. Only minor inconvenience is that some of the kitchen items were not well cleaned. Everyone was very apologetic however. Loved this place. Would definitely stay again!

A place you will want to go back to!
I had high hopes about the Waikomo Stream Villa, unit 430, but my expectations were surpassed when I walked in the front door. It is a great place. Very spacious, homey and with all the windows, it’s bright and welcoming. The layout of the house is perfect and the property is lush and beautiful. The beach is right behind the property and the sunsets are worth waiting for. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this unit, it has been very well maintained and you feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

First Time In Kauai
Very beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. The apartment was well furnished and had all the cooking and dinning necessities. The bed were comfortable. One negative was the lack of Air Conditioning which made for a lot of outside noise with the windows open when trying to sleep. The other thing is that the bathrooms were in need of an upgrade. Needs new sink and shower fixtures. For the price it was good, but with a little improvement it could be top notch.

Great Tropical Villa
We enjoyed immensely our stay at Waikoma Stream Villas. The tropical environment and great location were perfect for us. Everything we needed was in the villa and we felt really pampered by the accomodations. We’d recommend this spot to anyone.

Spacious and restful
We spent a wonderful ten days at the Waikomo Stream Villas. The 2 bdrm. condo is very spacious and well-planned. We especially enjoyed the lush gardens and bamboo. Every morning we had our coffee on our balcony and watched the night herons coming in to land in the tall bamboo trees. Later on in the morning, we were serenaded by wonderful song birds.
