Very beautiful spot. Just an FYI there is no air conditioning in the unit we stayed in, but it was not bad at all. There are many fans in the closets. Within walking distance to a great breakfast spot and many restaurants.
Loved the location, Koloa is beautiful. Beach down the road is gorgeous. There’s a convenient shopping center nearby and lots of local food spots. The condo itself is very spacious.
Bring ear plugs because the bull frogs can get loud at night!
The third floor condo was spacious and private. Easy entry, but lots of stairs to climb with bags- we were fine with it but might deter some folks. The cross-breeze and natural light was lovely and it was the perfect place to spend our last few nights in Kauai with friends. The space comfortably fit four people- one of the bedrooms is an open loft- which was fine with us- there was plenty of space and privacy. The beds and couches were comfortable, lanai was perfect for morning coffee, and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. It’s very conveniently located to Poipu Beach. The grounds were beautiful and quiet, which helped it to feel off the beaten path when it really was centrally located. Parrish generously provided delicious coffee and the condo was equipped with everything we would need- including beach chairs, plates/mugs/coffeemaker and a washer and dryer- which we definitely needed after beach days and hiking!
Privacy and peaceful, quiet surroundings
Loved the peaceful garden setting and really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a well equipped, functioning kitchen as we made many of our meals. The accommodations had all the things we were looking for and we would definitely consider staying there again. The only limiting factor for us would be the price point (we'd have to compare options).
Beautiful Condo
We’ve visited Kauai for years, but this is the first time staying at Waikomo Streams. Unit 420 was spacious and beautifully furnished. I did have to get used to sound of bullfrogs at night; I’m used to roosters but never heard frogs on Kauai.
The front door locks automatically, so don’t be like us and leave the lock box key on the dining table right when you arrive!! We found the emergency number online on my husband’s phone as my phone was locked inside. We got ahold of someone at 430pm on a Sunday and they came right away. We were SO thankful. That could have really started the trip off badly. The condo felt better than the photos. We LOVED the grounds. It is so beautiful and well kept. They do a really good job of making it feel like a rainforest and really secluded, but it’s just off the main road. The lanai was so relaxing to eat breakfast and drink your coffee. You could easily walk to Little Fish coffee which we really liked. A really easy drive to the beaches, and we did not have problems with parking there. One mile to Poipu beach. There were four beach chairs and a small cooler for use.

Great location - dated unit
The property manager - Parrish Kauai - were excellent and extremely responsive. We needed a toaster as the unit did not have one and they brought a new toaster, in box, within a couple of hours. We also had an issue with the clothes dryer vent and maintenance showed up the same day to fix it. I would give the company 5 stars. The unit however was a little disappointing. It is very dated and the photos online are old. The kitchen cabinets were rather gross - lots of built up grime on the handle areas and the insides of the lower cabinets had a nasty ammonia smell to them. The couch needs replacing as it is extremely uncomfortable and has little cushioning left in it. Most of the outlets could not hold a plug, they simply fell out. The lighting inside is dim - don\'t expect to be able to see much after dark. The location of the unit being in the "garden" makes the bird noise extremely loud. With no air conditioning, you leave the windows open at your own expense as the birds will wake you before dawn. Positives: Bathrooms were clean and the showers were modernized. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. New teak table on the balcony was nice to sit at and enjoy the weather. The airiness of the upstairs loft made sleeping comfortable even with the high humidities of Hawaii. Lots of fans available to keep air moving. Close to the road for easy walking to shops and to Koloa Landing for sunsets.

Great location, great everything
Arrived late on a Friday evening. The very first thing we did was manage to lock ourselves out with keys and phones inside. Asked an occupant in a nearby unit who very generously let me use her phone to call the Parish Collection management. They had someone out to let us in within 10 minutes. From that point on everything about our stay was flawless. Terrific accommodation for a family of 4. Lots of hot water for our showers. Unlike some other places everything here worked and functioned as expected. And the location was perfect. Body boarding at Poipu beach literally a 2 1/2 minute drive down the road, every day. No air conditioning, but an abundance of fans that worked great so didn’t notice the heat. Would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to return.

This was an affordable condo for our vacation in a very convenient location near Poipu Beach, restaurants and Old Koloa Town. We stayed for 10 nights, and any questions or needs we had were answered and taken care of right away. The description of the condo was very accurate, and everything was as expected. The only slightly irritating thing about the condo was the electrical outlets- they were pretty old and some of them didn't work so when you try to plug things in they would fall right out. On my side of the bed only one outlet worked, so I couldn't use the lamp and charge my phone at the same time. Other than that, everything was great and I would love to stay in one of these condos again when we return!

This place was great!!
Waikomo Streams Villas is perfectly located between Koloa and Poipu. A few beaches were accessible on foot, such as Baby Beach, and having the Shops at Kukui'ula right there came in handy for quick meals, or needs for sunscreen from the drug store. The unit itself is well stocked with most everything you would need. Coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, etc. all there. Found the bed in the master to be a little firm for my liking, but I know that's some peoples cup of tea. Don't forget to spend your morning on the lanai listening to the birds (chickens and other varieties).

Relaxing stay in Poipu
We love staying at Waikomo Stream villas, it’s close to everything, quiet and the grounds are straight up from a botanical garden. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, even sharp knifes for cooking!! We’ll definitely be back. Mahalo!

Beautiful complex in a great spot! Management is kind and generally helpful. The unit itself needs some serious upgrades, but if those were taken care of we would definitely return.
