Amazing
This was an amazing rental. Great location, easy to get to. Next to a nice little town. Great restaurants within a few minutes, but everything you need to cook if that is what you wish. Close to must see places. Clean, spacious, everything you need for the beach.
It was a good stay!

Lovely condo with great ambience and location. I love the sounds of the bullfrogs (hilarious!), parakeets in the evening and yes, I love being awakened by the Kauai roosters. I found the community very friendly and look forward to staying there again.
Peaceful Complex
Great stay in Poipu, property manager was very communicative. They checked up on us on a regular basis to ensure we had everything during our stay. Would definitely stay again 🙂

We loved staying at the condo, as it felt luxurious but simple and had everything we needed and has been the best place we booked so far on our island hopping honeymoon. It’s quiet and at a great area.
The location is fantastic, very close walking distance from the shopping center and not too far to walk to the beach too. Condo was nice, clean, and very spacious which made it easy to work remotely with the family. The A/C in the room made it comfortable to sleep. Pool on the property was relaxing too and had a small kids pool which was great. Only downside was the construction happening right outside the unit that we weren’t warned about before which made it difficult to work and have the baby nap, but the management was accommodating and quick to respond. Minus that, it was a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.

Overall a nice stay and would return. We felt like the price was fair but would be more comfortable with a few updates.
Pro’s: quiet peaceful setting. We could walk to the corner for restaurants, coffee and drugstore. The lanai is great to sit out on. Kitchen is nice and usable. In general the furniture was in good condition and very nice looking. Quick 3 min drive to the little cute town of Koloa. Has a bedroom AC which was lovely and made sleeping comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, nice mattress. Clean.
Considerations: shower could use an update. It’s an older blue/ greenish color with some staining. Would prefer a shower curtain that’s curved out so the curtain doesn’t touch you when showering since they aren’t regularly washed. The couch needs to be replaced due to excessive stains. The carpet seems to be due for replacement, as well. WiFi did not work.
We tend to look for moderately priced places and clean when traveling and don’t expect high-end accommodations.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very clean and spacious! Great location within walking distance to shopping and dining. We rented a car during our stay and never had trouble finding parking. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare your own meals. We also appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful! We hope to be back soon!

Disaster
The microwave was ancient, 2 coffee makers were broken. The vent above the toilet flooded on Christmas night so we needed an umbrella to go to the bathroom. We had to slam the door to get it to shut. The AC unit in the bedroom was too loud. The ad said heated pool and hot tub when in fact it was freezing cold and the so called hot tub was a kiddy pool, also freezing. The men's room was locked at the pool because someone had to spend the night in there for some reason. We had to call for a handiman 4 times. We were really disappointed for the price.
Aloha Cheri, We are so sorry your trip was a “disaster”. We quickly got you a new coffee maker and microwave. We are not sure the reasoning behind the pool bath being locked, but glad we got it open for you. Not sure were you got the pool was heated as it is not, nor do we advertise it as such. Nor do we advertise that there is a hot tub. What happened next was out of our control and unrelated to your stay. . Per your text/photo to us: “We are at the hospital in Lihue, my boyfriend ruptured his Achilles tendon.”. Then, the flooding from the unit above was certainly unexpected and out of our control. In the end, I am glad we moved were able to move you to a new with a refund for the trouble. We understand that there was an bunch of odd events and are sorry that it all happened but think your review is a reflection of that and not the unit itself. We hope your boyfriend’s leg is better.

Had a great stay here. The unit was super clean, with newer furniture, and the kitchen had very nice and clean tools. Also appreciated the nice shampoo and soap provided =).
Beautiful condo! The pictures do not do it justice! I had an issue getting in & the support team was so helpful & checked back to make sure everything was good! I really appreciated the little extras like the coffee, soap & laundry detergent which was a great bonus! I definitely will come back here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and surrounding garden that was a pleasure to wake up in and return to after a day exploring the island. The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has Hawaiian decor and many windows with screens that you can leave open for a cool breeze. The lush grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed the Koi pond. The location is great and just a 5 minute drive down the road to poipu beach. The only issues were I found that it was very expensive (even for Hawaii) and Parrish is not a real person that you see on Airbnb but a management company called the Parrish Collection. They get you to sign a separate rental agreement for your stay through their company. They were very responsive though!
This place was a sanctuary. Very spacious, clean, well stocked. The actual condo was better than advertised. We prefer to stay near the beach, but having said that we loved this place. It feels like you are staying in a forest once inside. Very good location- near to Koloa and great restaurants and also to Poipu Beach. Parrish property management does a great job and are easy to deal with. Will definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was the right amount of cozy privacy and close proximity to beaches, food, sites, and more! Lots of space and a well stocked kitchen for guests to easily make a long stay of it!

The location in Poipu was very convenient. It allows you to access any direction, close to the beach with great walking trails. The apartment itself was extremely well decorated with all the amenities you need and very clean. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Property Management staff made check in very easy. Only suggestion is the property needs a jacuzzi. Thank you all very much!

Great stay. The unit was well equipped and even nicer than I expected from the photos. Bed was comfy. We loved having the porch to eat on. Convenient location—minutes from beaches and shops and about an hour to Waimea canyon. We appreciated the cooler that we could take with us on day trips. The pool area was a very nice option for breaks from the beach. Communication was a little intense—we got both emails and texts for every piece of information, and contact was more frequent than I would have liked. We also had to respond to things multiple times or it seemed like they wouldn’t receive the Info. The complex was also a little noisy—lots of people getting up early (like 4:00) and animals making noise throughout the night (like roosters) and the unit isn’t well soundproofed so if you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs or a noise machine. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a great location on the island, the property itself feels very private, and the condo was very large and clean. The checkin process was very easy as well. Would definitely stay here again!
Excellent location, close to the state parks and southern/Western beaches and activities. Very spacious, with a great layout, balcony, large rooms, and airflow. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Would absolutely stay again
