We loved staying at this property. I was very impressed with how big the condo unit is and how much space that we had with the kids. This unit is conveniently located. Though it’s a bit of a walk to the beach. It was a very easy drive. Lots of parking is available, and the property is kept very clean and organized. I definitely would recommend that you stay here. It was really great to have beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler. The only downside is the beds were not very comfortable and neither were the pillows. Could be that the pillows and mattresses need to be changed. I would also say that if you are looking for a unit with a C this is not the unit for you. The master bedroom was quite warm and we had to have three fans on to cool it down. Washer and dryer are included in the unit, which is great!

Nice condo tucked away to the side. Quiet and peaceful, beautiful pool with bbq grills for cooking. Very basic as far as needs go - but that is all I wanted/needed. Beach is a nice walk down the street.
They actually manage a bunch of properties from high end- mid range. I would definitely use this vendor again if I stayed in Kauai!

Place was beautiful, very spacious and super accommodating with the fully stocked kitchen for all the cooking needs . The beach chairs and umbrellas were so nice as we used them and there was also coolers etc . We will stay here again!

by Tim T.Had a great time, the condo was located in a great location to Poipu beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was a little dated but still well maintained with a nice pool. No AC which made for hot nights, but they had available fans to use. So nice to have a washer and dryer.

Lovely apartment

The unit was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed (although you need to bring all food yourself, even salt and pepper ). We used the poolside grill to cook a few meals. Beds were comfortable and our two teens enjoyed the loft and their own bathroom. The location is within 10 minute walk of Baby Beach (very small) and 20 minute walk (10 minute drive) to Poipu or Sheraton beach. 5 minute walk to a shopping mall with Longs drugs and shops and restaurants. Great stay!

Simple, easy, clean, enjoyable. Loved the location, loved the high ceilings of the third-floor unit, enjoyed the pool. A great place for our family, 2 adults, 2 kids ages 2 + 4. Everyone has a wonderful time.

Location is awesome, you can walk to Baby Beach and Poipu Beach (though not if you’re carrying beach gear) and the shops for food, drinks etc. Beds are comfy, there was plenty of beach gear to use, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, etc. It’s great for families. We’re already planning to return next year.

Great location. Unit is a little outdated and could use additional plates and bowls, but the location is wonderful, as is the pool on the property.
Loved the quiet and serenity of the complex, yet it was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Large unit with lots of amenities.
Room 233 at Waikomo stream Villas
by Many R.We enjoyed our stay. It is about 3-5 min drive to Poipu beach. The place was nice and spaces. Our washer and dryer was not working which was something we needed to wash and dry our clothes and towels after beach days. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay our kids were looking forward to it and we were looking forward to the hot tub. Overall it is a nice place to stay. One thing I would like to have are board games.

The location was very good. Parking not a problem. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Lots of stains in the carpet and the place in general needed a deep cleaning. Couches and pillows dingy as well. Upstairs bathroom had unpleasant smell. Swimming pool was inoperable the days we were there and reopened the day we left so we were unable to use it at all. This was not the original schedule it was supposed to be cleaned on. Washer/ dryer were not working in the unit so we got to do no laundry. When I contacted the office about this, they mentioned an email that had gone out a month before our stay. Which in itself is unacceptable to have a washer and dryer broken for that long. The new ones were not even to be delivered until mid May. This place could have been so much nicer if not for these deficiencies and better attention paid.

Parrish's place is well located and is fitted out with most of the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. What is not visible in the photos however, is the deeply embedded dust in all the bedding, lounges and carpet. It is immediately detectable as soon as you enter the property. Addittionally, the two single beds in the open loft (not a bedroom) are topped with old foam mattresses - not suitable for a comfortable sleeping and may even pose a fire risk. Parrish really needs to do something drastic about the carpets throughout the property and the furnishing as our family had no choice but to leave due to asthma and high allergy to dust mites. Our adult daughter has back issues and the bedding was inadequate. On a side matter, Parrish prefers to communicate via emails and text messages, which we have found to be a bit concerning as Airbnb reccommends communications to be through its portal. I would not reccommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai.

We believe your 1-star review is unwarranted considering the opinion on the beds is more a reflection of your personal needs, the open loft is disclosed in the listing, and you are exaggerating the dust etc. We immediately offered to have housekeeping come over to address any of the issues you listed, but you refused and decided to leave the property early and have been demanding a full refund on your stay. We tried to immediately work with you, but you refused us entry to address your concerns. Airbnb’s policy is that we are to be given the opportunity to rectify any issues. On communication, we do respond through the portal, but also use email and text as well for simplicity which is normal operating procedure these days.

Kaua'i Condo Poipu
by Oliver S.The property was beautiful and spacious. The high location and landscaping gave great privacy and a jungle canopy feeling. In my opinion being a short distance from most of the Poipu resorts is a great benefit. The condo was a pleasant running or walking distance from all of the beaches in Poipu except maybe Shipwreck beach. A very pleasant surprise was the beautiful shopping and dining area a couple hundred yards away from the entrance to the condos. The ample parking and convenient location slightly away from the tourist crowds were some of the best features.

I can recommend staying at this pleasant, well-equipped Airbnb. It was in a great location, not far from Poipu Beach and around 1 hour to Waimea Canyon and the north. We also enjoyed the decent sized swimming pool

This is a great condo. The place is located right next to the poipu shopping complex with lots of shopping and restaurants right next to the property. There is no ac in the condo which is not necessarily a problem as there is a ton of ventilation throughout the condo. However, the master bedroom does get a bit warm at night as the air does not flow as well through that space. That is the only complaint about the property as everything else was perfect for our needs! Highly recomend going down to poipu beach in the mornings and seeing the wild life there!

Great accommodation
by Cathy W.This rental was a great size. Only my husband and I stayed there, but there is room for more in the upstairs loft. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lanai was perfect for sitting around any time of day. The condo is also walking distance to a shopping center with shops, restaurants, a drug store and a grocery store. It's also a short distance from additional restaurants and some great sunset-watching beaches.
