Our stay at Parrish Kauai was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The location was perfect—quiet, relaxing, and ideal for enjoying everything Kauai has to offer.

Communication with the Parrish Kauai team was seamless and professional. Check-in and check-out were effortless, and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. It was clear they genuinely care about the guest experience.

This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease and truly get to enjoy your vacation without a single hassle. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Parrish Kauai to anyone looking for a top-tier experience on the island.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and everything was amazing! The homes are super close to some popular beaches and restaurants along with a small shopping center. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a mostly good. Location was convenient, with quick drives to a nearby shopping center and the beach. The bed was very comfy, the bedroom portable AC worked well, and the included beach gear was really handy. However, the condo felt dark because the lighting was mostly dim lamps and ceiling fan lights. The living room furniture was dated and not comfortable, and the lanai faced the parking lot, so we didn’t find it relaxing or use it much. Shower water ran cold fairly quickly, so multiple people have to shower fast, and the worst part of the stay was seeing cockroaches in the unit. Overall, it worked as a basic home base for exploring the island, but given the dark interior, uncomfortable older furniture, and pests, we wouldn’t choose this unit again.

We loved the condo and the location, it is a great size and a close walk from the car. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was in a good location. Centrally located for sight seeing. I felt comfortable here. It was very clean and set up really well. They had everything we needed for our stay.

This stay exceeded our expectations. We loved the coziness and decor of the condo, and the location couldn’t be beat, as it was close to Poipu and Kōloa. Tolle, gräumige Wohnung. Die Lage für einen Kauai Aufenthalt ist perfekt. Sowohl für den Waymea Canyon, wie auch den Haena State Park ist die Lage geeignet, da sich die Wohnung ungefähr in der Hälfte dieser zwei Sehenswürdigkeiten befindet. Auch die Nähe zum Poipu Beach ist toll!

Auch die kleinen Dinge, wie der Kaffee oder die Strandutensilien tragen zu einem tollen Gesamtbild bei.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht perfekt sauber. Dies betrifft teils die Küche und auch der Poolbereich. Dieser wird wohl etwas vernachlässigt, denn auch die Dusche beim Pool funktioniert nicht.

Ansonsten alles einwandfrei! Gerne wieder!

Absolutely incredible stay in an amazing apartment. Would absolutely stay there again if in Kauai.

Place was beautiful! Walking distance to baby beach, would recommend a car to get around. So many things around such as, Old Town Koloa, Lava’s Restaurant at The Sheraton which run a happy hour from 4pm-5pm $10 drinks, and Poipu Beach to name a few. Parrish provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which I thought was a cherry on top. We enjoyed our stay at Waikomo Stream Villas such an amazing place, with nature right outside your door! Thanks again and we’ll be booking again! Hopefully soon!

overall, this place felt sweet except that I was expecting the balcony to be more private. The photo shows it to be so excluded amongst the lush greenery, yet one side of the balcony is open and right next to the parking lot. I also sometimes heard the cars in the lot as well as sometimes on the street. Otherwise, inside the home, it feels nice, and it is very nicely decorated with so much Hawaiian touch. One other thing I wished for: if you are arriving late, like I did, and I didn\'t feel like driving anywhere at all, then I would have loved it if the place had put out a few snacks or something like a sandwich. this is common practice in almost every airbnb I have been to in California...Otherwise, the coffee they had was delicious-- I was happy to have that in the morning, and bought more of it. It is close to Poipu Beach and other things around, and make sure to walk the grounds of the condo as it is really beautiful.

We had such a great time during our stay! The location is incredibly walkable, with several coffee shops and fantastic restaurants just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and best of all, featured stunning windows that let in the beautiful Hawaiian breeze—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Lovely, clean place in a great location in close proximity to the beach. Perfect size for 2 guests. Wouldn't have survived without the portable AC unit in the bedroom!

My wife and I were married in Koloa and came here to celebrate our 30th anniversary. This condo was a great find! It's clean, private and located on lush, well-landscaped grounds. The pool area is private and quiet, and the water temperature is perfect. The unit is very comfortable for a couple. The air conditioner and the ceiling fan in the bedroom have remote controls. The king bed is very comfortable. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, glassware, and dinnerware you could want. The living room is spacious, and the lanai overlooks lush trees and a brook. The location is convenient and quite walkable. A shopping center, restaurants, a grocery market, and a drug store are all less than two blocks away. The only caveats are that there is some traffic noise from the road, and that you will need to drive to get to one of the nearby beaches. Check-in was easy, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an absolutely gorgeous location with lanai views of the stream. The bed is comfortable, the furniture is very nice and well-appointed, and the custom kitchen cabinets are beautiful. Would love to stay here again.

This unit was lovely to stay in! We have stayed at other rentals managed by Parrish Kauai and they are always well taken care of. The condo itself was clean and pristine, down to the linens and kitchen, everything was immaculate! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay!!

We had an amazing time at this place, and the location was perfect for us; it's close to everything you could want or need. We could walk to great restaurants and shops, and the beach was just a short stroll away where we saw sea turtles for hours. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Great condo and great location. I have very high cleanliness standards (think Monica from the TV show Friends) and I had no issues and felt very comfortable. Would recommend and stay here again

This place is wonderful. The condo itself is very well furnished, very cozy and has absolutely everything one might wish for on vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, beach gear and towels were provided, extra keys, pool access (which we didn’t use but it’s still nice to have an option). We enjoyed having breakfast on a patio with birds chirping in the morning. It was simply beautiful. The bedroom was equipped with portable A/C which worked nicely at night. I can’t breathe at night if the temp is above 72 degrees, so the A/C was a key amenity during our booking. The location is also great. It is located within walking distance from both, shopping center and the beach. There is free parking. We were given all the necessary instructions via texts, the check-in/out was pretty easy. The only con about this place is cockroaches. But given the location and tropical vibe, I can’t really imagine a place without them in that area. Thank you very very much! We would definitely be back at this condo again.

The condo was bigger than expected with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. There are feral chickens all over Kauai, but the air conditioning in the bedroom provided enough white noise to drown them out.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The accommodations were spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay in Kauai feel like a home away from home. They really thought of everything! Location was great - easy to get anywhere on the island and close to shopping/restaurants. Having a washer/dryer in the unit proved to be very useful for us as well. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool was wonderful for those days we wanted to lay low. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future!

Very enjoyable stay with a quiet location and nice views of the garden area and stream in the back. All modern conveniences and beautifully decorated. Parking was very easy and the location to amenities was great.

Loved staying at the Waikomo Stream Villas! Great location super close to town, and the complex had an awesome jungle vibe. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. Parking was very easy too. The host was communicative as well. Highly recommend!

Unbeatable location and exceptional value compared to adjacent resorts; walking distance to Koloa Landing Resort and two nearby shopping centers, gate from complex to beachfront - and from there along the water to local beaches. Well-stocked with amenities, cooking pots/pans/utensils, beach towels, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in Koloa! The condo was clean and very comfortable, and the bedroom really cooled down at night with the AC unit in there. The location could not be more perfect for enjoying the area - just minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property itself is well-maintained and quiet, and the pool is very nice. The only downside was that the pool had no hot tub, but it was still nice to enjoy the pool for a cooldown during the day. One additional thing to note is that the host primarily communicates outside of Airbnb and has a separate guest portal. If you are not tech-savvy, it can be difficult to navigate (and I personally prefer to use the Airbnb app rather than an additional service on top of Airbnb). However, the host was very responsive, and even allowed us to do a last minute early check-in, which was very much appreciated!
