Beautiful place to stay! It was a corner unit so we only shared one wall and never heard the person next to us. Has a wrap around porch which I didn’t realize, so that was a nice surprise! It was my own fault for not noticing that the listing said there is no A/C, however there were two large fans in the closet that we used and made it comfortable enough for sleeping. Corner unit also got a lot more air flow with more windows to open. Ended up extending our stay for an extra day and it was easy to do and the host was very helpful! Walkable to the main shopping/restaurant area in town and next to the resorts for additional options. Free parking also! 10/10 would stay here again.

Loved our visit. Home had everything

Loved the condo--clean and spacious. The location was terrific, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Parrish Kauai was an attentive host, and provided lots of instructions and information.
My one caveat would be to request a condo away from the road (surprisingly well traveled all night long) and the parking area (some tenants can be noisy when returning after a late dinner). In general, the facility is quite quiet, and there are many condos within it that would not hear either traffic nor parking lot noise.

Nice Unit but had some issues

(Use these old towels or we will charge you if you take makeup off with the good ones, don’t get locked out or we will charge you, take your shoes off, run fan in bathroom when using dryer even though the fan didn’t work. get out by ten and send us a message.oh and Take out the trash, put the towels in the bathroom Floor and run the dishwasher. Pretty sure we paid a cleaning fee. It just seemed a little overboard. Also thought it was odd that we weren’t allowed to use the gate at the back of the property on the ocean side since most guest would be going to the ocean side. Shelves in refrigerator had glass missing. Perhaps remove the shelf rather than leaving it in without glass. If you indicate you provide towels for the beach, you should probably have more than two. We pack based on what is included and we definitely should have brought some extra beach towels. We have stayed in a number of VRBOs before but this one seemed excessive on the instructions. We Liked the space in the unit and the grounds but probably wouldn’t stay again due to the items listed above.

We had a wonderful stay at Waikomo Stream Villas as always. We are long time visitors to the island and always stay at Weikomo Stream Villas. The units are large and fully supplied with everything a person visiting Kauai would need or want. The Parrish Group are wonderful to work with if there are any issues.There is a also a great swimming pool on the grounds. Poipu Beach is a short drive, restaurants are within walking distance and there is a golf course right across the street. We highly recommend staying here.

In der Wohnung riecht es alt. Das Bad hat keine Fenster und der Luftabzug hat nicht funktioniert. Die Möbel sind veraltet und das Bett ist durchgelegen. Die Fliegengitter sind zum Teil defekt. Wir hatten deshalb Gekos in der Wohnung. Wir sind mit der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht klar klar gekommen. Die Geschirrwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig gewaschen. Wir haben sie deshalb nur einmal benutzt. Das Türschloss beim Eingang und die Schiebetüre auf dem Balkon sind sehr einfach aufzubrechen. Ein Spannteppich hat in einem tropischen Land nichts zu suchen. Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage für die Sommermonate. Die Besitzer sollten die Wohnung von Grund auf renovieren und dabei die klimatischen Bedingungen beachten. In diesem Zustand sollte die Wohnung nicht mehr vermietet werden.

Schließlich arbeiten wir bereits mit dem Eigentümer zusammen, um die Wohnung langsam zu modernisieren. Wieder Mahalo.

Great accommodation in a great location. You are close to the beach, a small shopping center on walking distance and quite in the middle of the island for going up to Waimea and Ha’nea park. It had all the amenities and was very spacious with great parking!

Great location to beach and restaurants but definitely dim and stuffy without AC. It can be hard to leave the shades open for airflow at night due to close proximity to neighbors and the parking lot lights shining in. In suite laundry and kitchen was a big plus

This was a great place to stay if you are exploring the south side of the island. It is super close to shopping plazas and beaches, and a 20-30 min drive to the east side of the island. Loved the spacious living room and dining room, the kitchen and having a washer / dryer. Also the shower water pressure was amazing. The only con was the lack of A/C. It does get hot in the bedroom at night, even with the fan they provided.
