Great experience
Only complaint may be the AC was just in one bedroom. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot for kids.

Absolutely perfect!
My family and I stayed here for twelve days and wished we could have stayed longer. The condo was beautiful and absolutely perfect for four people. It was so spacious and having three beds and two bathrooms was a must for us. We didn't even use the AC in the bedroom since the outside breeze and fans kept it very comfortable throughout the entire condo. The grounds were gorgeous, lush, full of blooming flowers, and felt like we were in a tropical jungle. The pool area was beautiful and clean and the perfect place to unwind after spending a day at the beach. We were a short drive to our four favorite beaches and could walk across the street to a nice shopping center. I will definitely stay at this location again. It really felt like our home away from home. All of my communications with Guest Services at Parrish Kauai were excellent and everything was smooth from booking, checking in, and checking out. Thank you so much for making our first trip to Kauai so wonderful! We can't wait to return. Mahalo!
This was a good stay! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook! Plenty of space. Keep in mind there is no central air conditioner, only a standing unit in the main bedroom. We would wake up with a lot of mosquito bites, and it was quite warm even with all the fans on. Location is amazing with food that is walkable and a beach just a short drive. Don't skip the Annatas Thai food truck nearby! Parrish was super quick at responses and were very helpful when we needed, and we appreciated the 24/7 call line. Showers can be confusing to work at first; they use a push and pull mechanism to turn on and off. Overall, would recommend.

While the unit does not have central AC, the portable unit in the master bedroom and the fans are usually enough to keep things quite comfortable. Great condo and location
We loved this place. It was so roomy and cosy and convenient. Once you're inside you can really spread out and feel pretty much cut off from the rest of the surroundings buildings. We loved the loft upstairs. Was nice to have the second bathroom. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Living Foods is 2 mins away and is good for a breakfast and supplies for the day. You can get the best Poke bowl ever at Kaloa Fish Market which is five mins away. And Poipu is a perfect location. The canyon in the west is a bit less than an hour away, the north coast is an hour away. The airport is 30 mins. The lovely Poipu beach is super close. We did a great luau next door at the Sheraton (Auli'i Luau). Overall, we loved it!

Spacious, clean, and convenient.
The property has plenty of room for a family of four. The two beds upstairs were great for the kids while we had our own master bedroom on the first level. The property is very clean with great upkeep and a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walking distance to a few food trucks one of which has coffee/lattes. Close to the shops at Kukui\'ula which was also very nice. Overall a 10 out of 10.
The space was beautiful and showcased the surrounding beauty of the area. Shops and restaurants close by and easy to walk to. Also less than 10 min walk to 2 different beaches. Plenty of dishes/pans as well as fans in all rooms. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Loved my stay here!

Beautiful place tucked away in lush greenery, walkable to the beach, restaurants and a nearby drugstore for basic groceries. It was quiet, easy to park and an overall well kept property. The unit was exactly as described. I would stay here again in the future as it was just what I was looking for on this trip

Great place to stay and probably our favorite spot on all 4 islands in Hawaii. The place was spacious, had a wonderful layout and was wonderful to come home to every night.

Perfect for our family!
We travel as a family of four and that includes two teenagers. This property was perfect for us! The second bathroom for the teens was super convenient. The location is just between two shopping centers, perfect for any last minute needs and just a few blocks from the beautiful Poipu Beach where we saw monk seals playing in the surf, turtles rest and the most beautiful sunsets each evening. The shaded parking on the grounds was great and speaking of grounds, the lush surrounding gardens and koi ponds made for a lovely setting. Having a washer/dryer inside the unit proved to be a very necessary luxury with all the activities we did. The unit was well stocked with all the tools, pots and pans we needed. We will absolutely be back! Thank you.

It was a very comfortable apartment, with plenty of space, plenty of kitchen amenities, in a beautiful, relatively peaceful environment. Expect a wildlife symphony of roosters/frogs/birds/little critters, intermittently all the time. Loved having the small covered deck. AC in the main bedroom was great and the beds were very comfortable (firm). Pillows were average loft--not ridiculously thick and not worn flat. My 2 teens were a little hot in the evening/early night in the loft bedroom but not too bad. They appreciated having 2 single beds so they didn't have to share a queen! The office staff was responsive and very accommodating. The small washer/dryer in the unit was extremely convenient--the high humidity meant there were several mornings when our beach towels hadn't fully dried so it was nice to pop them into the dryer for a few minutes.
Great place to stay. Spacious, gorgeous, well supplied with useful amenities.
This place was perfect for the group we had. My husband and baby and mother in law. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, there was tons of items for us to use for our beach trips. The bathrooms could use a new showerhead, but other than that definitely worth the price and location. We were central to so many amazing places. Thank you!

The condo is so comfortable with a beautiful green outlook off the balcony. Everything was clean and tidy.
We felt right at home and had everything we needed to have a great stay.
We really enjoyed the area as well.
Poipu beach is a close drive where you can snorkel, see turtles each afternoon/evening.
There are very handy shops a short walking distance for last minute essentials and to get something to eat and drink. A great coffee stand close by and Starbucks a short drive if that’s more your vibe.
We enjoyed stocking up on food from a supermarket a bit further away, rather than spend too much on meals out. But there are great eating options around if you really want to enjoy yourself and not cook at all.
It is a good location to drive to other parts of the island that are fun to explore as well.

Pleasant experience
Nice place next to Poipu beaches. Quiet and lots of space for a family of 4. All necessities were provided and we had a comfortable sleep. Keep in mind that roosters are running wild on this island so the first night you might hear them early. Next nights we started to tune them out. Also, during summer, the loft area might get really warm - our teens were complaining a little as it was warm when they were falling asleep, but they had a good night sleep anyway.

Kauai Bliss
Great spot close to Poipu Beach. Only complaint - It would have been nice to know the pool was not in service.. but who wants to waste time at a pool when you are in Kauai anyways?! Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Waikomo Streams. We’ve been to Kauai 3 times and this was our first stay with them. The rental was perfect for our needs and the little condo complex is surrounded by a stream and literal jungle, it was incredible! Such a beautiful spot to sit on the lanai and relax. The whole complex is also very peaceful and private. It was also very walkable to local restaurants, multiple beaches, and fun shopping opportunities. All in all, excellent stay and we would stay here again.
Parrish’s listing was SPOTLESS. The home was clean and so very beautiful. The views from the lanai was beautiful. The home had all the amenities needed. Thank you so much!
Wedding stay
I rented this out with my family for a week and it was a great place. I’m not sure if there is much that can be done about occasional bugs, but other than that scaring the girls, it was a great time. There is only one private room. The other is upstairs and has no doors, not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Great place overall and I would stay again no question.

The host was very responsive! The home was very roomy & pleasant place to come rest. Although I wish the home had AC ? The master room with AC was not enough but overall, very comfortable & felt very much like home away from home ?☺️ Recommend!

Very smooth reservation process and check-in/out
House could use some updates and better lighting in the master bedroom. We knew prior to our stay as it's noted in the listing that there is only an AC unit in the master bedroom. I think depending on the time of year you go will dictate to how hot it gets in the loft. We stayed in August which is the hottest month in Hawaii and it made it hard to sleep upstairs, even with the multiple fans provided and windows open. Condo was spacious though and the kids loved the loft. Overall we had a good stay.
Such a beautiful, pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Perfect location. Loved access to the pool as well! Mahalo nui loa. Looking forward to stay here again in the future!
Convenient and spacious
Very large condo close to Poipu beach. Shaded parking lot! The kitchen was well equipped. There were four of us, two adults and two teenagers. The master has a portable AC unit that was extremely loud at night. The upstairs sleeping area was very hot even with the windows open and all the fans turned on. Maybe it’s the time of the year, but I believe a central AC would be better. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay! We did not feel cramped when we returned to the unit at night. And two bathrooms were definitely a plus!

Excellent Location!
My family and I travel to Kauai quite often and love finding new places to stay when we’re on island. This location was an absolute gem. We were right next door to Koloa Landing, minutes from the beach and stores, and central to just about everything. The space was perfect for family and I would highly recommend it. Excellent!!

Waikomo Stream Villas
Lush landscaped grounds with multiple birds in the area including the ever present roosters. Comfortable accommodations throughout which worked well for two couples. Access to a nice swimming pool, but the water temperature was a bit on the cool side. Short drive to some very nice beaches, and it was interesting watching the turtles come ashore around sunset at Poipu beach.
The condo is big and nicely furnished. Easy access to small beach. Very clean. This is the place for us when we return to Kauai.
