The home was absolutely beautiful. It felt like no one had ever stayed there. Extremely clean and well thought out. This house was absolutely beautiful and met all our needs. We felt the need to hang out and not run around as the house was so nice to stay. We hope to be back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kukuiula Makai Cottage #33. From the moment we walked in, the house just felt amazing — calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed in a way that makes it easy to settle in and truly relax. The layout worked perfectly for our group. Everyone had their own space and privacy, yet the shared areas were inviting and comfortable for spending time together. The kitchen was a joy to use — well equipped, spacious, and clearly designed for people who actually cook. We spent a lot of time gathered around the island and out on the lanai, moving easily between indoor and outdoor living due to massive retractable glass doors. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, with great beds and quiet, private spaces that made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. Having the separate guest cottage was a huge plus and gave everyone that extra bit of breathing room. Little details throughout the home made it clear how well cared for it is. The pool and outdoor areas quickly became our favorite spot — perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and evenings winding down after long beach days. At night, the skies are beautiful making it so easy to enjoy the Hawaiian sunsets/skies. We also loved how easy it was to walk to the nearby shops and grab coffee, meals, or anything we needed without getting in the car. This home struck the perfect balance between high-end and welcoming — just beautifully done and incredibly comfortable. We left already talking about when we could come back, which says everything.
