Maintenance Operations Manager – Lihue/Puhi – Looking for an experienced and dynamic professional manager to run the day-to-day operations of our new Maintenance Division. Reporting to our owner and managing a team of over ten plus, this full-time senior position must have maintenance or operations management experience as well as strong organizational, leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality experience, but others may be considered. Responsibilities include hiring, training, team scheduling, maintenance documentation and follow-up, software system updates and training, developing and updating department procedures, multi-vehicle fleet management and other related duties. Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills and are a must, as well as the ability to multitask. Candidate must be detail-oriented, flexible with work schedule and possess the ability to maintain a positive and energetic work environment while motivating staff and meeting specific company standards. Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule may include weekends and holidays.
Front Desk/Guest Services Manager – Poipu – Seeking an experienced manager/leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of five front desk locations (including one on Maui) and supporting team members. Person oversees our guests services from guest check-in until checkout as well as post-stay follow-up. Superior multi-tasking, decision making, team management and follow-though skills are essential. Person will be the “face” of our guest service commitment, able to address complaints courteously and professionally, work to resolve issues expediently, follow-up with supporting team to ensure resolution, and train front desk team to do the same. Ideal candidate has long-term hotel experience with a degree in hospitality or hotel management is preferred, however other relevant experience and/or training will be considered. Compensation based on experience and total includes incentive bonus program. Normal work schedule may include weekends, holidays and travel to Maui.
Front Desk and Guest Services – Poipu and/or Princeville Responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our front desks with a commitment to the highest level of customer service. Position is required to tend to our guest, property owner and/or vendor requests and inquiries in-person and via phone. Superior multitasking, decision making and time-management skills are essential. Duties also include assisting with company administration and management of various other office projects. Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Normal work schedule may include weekends and holidays.
