We are headquartered in Poipu Beach, Kauai and operate front desks at Poipu Kapili Resort and Nihi Kai Villas in Koloa, as well as in the Princeville Resort. On Maui, we operate in the Kapalua Resort in West Maui. Through various departments and locations we have over 120 employees working together to ensure each other’s success.

Executive Assistant – Poipu – Looking for an experienced, highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the owner of multiple established Kauai and Maui hospitality and service businesses. This full-time position requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, discretion, follow-through and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business environment. This is a hands-on support role that requires initiative, follow-through and the ability to keep tasks, communications and projects moving without constant direction.
Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, email and correspondence support, project tracking, document preparation, travel coordination, vendor and owner communication support, filing and record organization, task management, deadline follow-up, and other administrative and operational support duties.
Position will also assist with basic HR administration and coordination, including time clock review, employee record organization, onboarding paperwork, tracking required forms, helping coordinate employee communications, and supporting management with follow-up on personnel-related items.
Ideal candidate has prior executive assistant, office management, hospitality, real estate, legal, accounting, HR coordination or senior administrative experience. Excellent computer skills are required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and general cloud-based systems. Candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, calm under pressure, comfortable handling confidential information, and able to communicate clearly with employees, owners, vendors and business partners.
Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, but occasional flexibility may be required.
Executive Housekeeping Manager – Poipu/Lihue – Looking for an experienced, hands-on and highly organized Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead a large housekeeping department across multiple Kauai locations. This full-time senior leadership position oversees approximately 50 cleaners and support staff and requires strong experience in housekeeping operations, team scheduling, training, quality control, accountability and daily field coordination.
Responsibilities include managing daily housekeeping operations, assigning and monitoring work, hiring and onboarding new team members, training staff to company standards, reviewing time clock activity, coordinating with dispatch and inspections, managing supplies and inventory, assisting with laundry coordination, documenting performance issues, updating software systems, developing department procedures, and ensuring properties are cleaned, inspected and guest-ready on schedule.
Ideal candidate has prior executive housekeeping, hotel, resort, vacation rental, property management or large-team operations experience. Candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with employees and managers, address problems quickly, and maintain consistent standards across a busy, high-volume hospitality operation. This position requires someone who is organized, fair, firm, dependable, professional and able to lead by example while creating a positive and accountable work environment. Excellent computer skills, communication skills and attention to detail are required.
Salary based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays.
