by Charry HutchisonThis home is incredible, there were 10 of us, My husband and I, and our 3 grown children and partners and grand children. We had the best time, it was the first time in a very long time that we all spent a week together. The privacy that the four bedroom wings provide, was wonderful. You have thought of everything, the outdoor showers were a big hit. Everyone loved sitting outside to visit and eat, and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was a dream, It came with everything you could possibly need. Parrish's service was excellent as always. Even we were there during a storm week, we all had the best time.,the rain was crazy. It is truly an amazing home. Thank you

The house was perfect for our daughters' families and a week with our grandchildren. The large family room and kitchen worked well for us. Everyone enjoyed the pool and grounds as well as nearby beaches. An unexpected highlight was the "white pineapple" sold at a local farmer's market on Wednesdays.

Wonderful house and outdoor space for our family of 8! Very comfortable. Pool shelf was great for our toddler. The grounds on property were beautiful. Walkable to beach and shops.

Great Family Trip
by Lisa H.We've rented several properties from Parrish Kauai over the years and this one ranks in the top three. The layout, decor, lanai, plunge pool, and amenities are top notch. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was in fantastic shape. The only area for improvement is the internet service. Connectivity and wifi strength were spotty. We followed the directions in the binder to reset the router. It helped for a short time, but did not provide the consistency we needed. There were a few in the group who had to spend some time 'working' (email; zoom calls; etc.) We love the Kukui'ula neighborhood for its proximity to Poipu Beach, shopping, and all the south side has to offer. I'm sure we'll be back.

This was the perfect home for our family of eight, one set of grandparents, two sets of parents, and two toddlers, to vacation for a week. The layout, with four separate wings allowed some privacy while the indoor and outdoor spaces for communal gatherings were perfectly equipped and spacious. Great design elements throughout!
The pool area felt secluded and surrounded by beautiful foliage. The interior was top-notch, with very high-quality appliances, beds, and furniture. Indeed, this is the first house rental we’ve been in with a great chef’s knife! The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. The location was also great. While not beachfront the privacy more than made up for that. And a mere 10 feet away is a path that takes you to the beach in less than 10 minutes, or in the other direction to a fun bakery for breakfast goods. This is truly a great vacation home.
