Amazing home located in a quiet area, steps from the beach, what’s not to love! All possible amenities and kitchen utensils, if I had a desire to cook. Close to so many great restaurants, food trucks and we could walk to the beach to snorkel. All that we expected from the provided pictures and more.

The pictures don’t do it justice! Absolutely beautiful home with indoor/outdoor living. We saw sea turtles swimming in the waves while enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. The house was perfect for each member of our family.

This house is almost perfect! The property is beautiful, the house is lovely, and the view is perfect! The one and only downside is not enough storage, at least in the bedroom on the street side of the house. I would suggest getting rid of the tiny dresser in the closet and adding more shelves. I will certainly come back when we'er in Kauai next. The kitchen is well stocked it even has good knives which isn't always the case.

House is located in a great area. Private office the beaten path but close to beaches, snorkeling, surfing and more. The sound of the waves crashing never gets old. Views are spectacular. Management company was responsive and gave tips for all of our inquiries. Would stay again.

Was perfect.

Wonderful stay. I wish more properties had AC. Jaimie responded instantly to everything and helped us during a VERY trying time with our airline. TVs didn’t work properly and dishwasher was malfunctioning.

First, proximity to ocean! Next, the set up of the rooms with bathrooms was great. We couldn’t get the whole house speakers to work outside but they had someone come who was very friendly and helpful!

Just Heaven!

My husband and I have rented this property two years in a row! We love it that much! The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a beautiful ocean view to enjoy rest and relaxation in Kauai. This beautiful and well cared for property is close to great restaurants, golf, the public beach – but leaving it is hard to do because the location and home are so gorgeous. The home is just perfection on Poipu Beach.

Loved the sound of the ocean, beautiful home

We stayed 5 nights at this oceanfront home and enjoyed it very much. It is right on the ocean and we saw lots of turtles swimming just where the waves break. The beach was very rocky and we never attempted to swim there, though we did see surfers out there one day. You could walk on the lava rocks with shoes. The views were incredible and we had a full moon one night that was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We used the pool everyday and the hot tub which was in an enclosed area but still looked out over the ocean. The only thing I would mention is that two of the rooms had open windows into the living area that were only separated by shutters. This may be a privacy concern for couples sharing the house, but for our family group it was great. Also the pool is on the side the house and was a bit far away from the lanai and rest of the action but still no big deal. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Christie was extremely attentive to our requests and represented parrish very professionally at check in. The small, but private beach in the back of the house was fantastic, the incredible landscaping on the property. The beds were very comfortable and the house was good.

The spa and “work out room” was not exactly as the listing made it sound. The work out room was an old elliptical. It was slightly disappointing as we planned to use it but we ran outside instead. Linens could use replacing. Overall we had an amazing time.
