Beautiful Kiahuna and beach. Great location. Quiet and clean. Great parking options. I love the green geckos while visiting and the plumeria smell so great everywhere on the property. The orchids are beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Just as described! Loved being close to a lot of fantastic local restaurants & the beach. Large lanai with comfortable chairs. Perfect for early morning yoga as the sun rose. I was aware but the only “wish” is that it had air conditioning. Hard to get good trade winds where the condo was positioned. During the day, you could open the shutters & it cooled down but apprehensive to do after dark. It was well equipped with multiple fans that kept it from being stuffy. The decor was beautiful - just as pictured! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Fantastic Location! Kiahuna is a great location for being in the center of all that is great about Poipu. We loved the walkability to all the restaurants and shops. The best part was the convenience of being able to walk to the best beach every day. All you need is your swimsuit. Having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is great! As a fitness trainer I truly appreciated a good workout. We jogged every morning and love all the beautiful views along the way. Kauai is a special place for my family and me as we have been visiting the island since the 70's. As a former vacation rental owner on Kauai, I highly recommend booking through Parrish. We will definitely book this condo again!

Great location near the ocean. The unit was quiet and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Great view of the ocean and well situated in the Poipu area — close to shopping and restaurants. My wife and I had a great time staying here and we'd happy stay again!

This is a beautiful, well equipped property in Poipu. We were in the middle of everything and steps away from the beach. If stairs or having no air conditioning are a problem, this fabulous place is not for you. That being said, my 80 year old mother had no problem. Mahalo!

We had a great time at the Kiahuna Plantation! The unit was clean and comfortable, the grounds we're beautifully landscaped and we were steps from the beach (there is a smaller beach right out front and it's about a 10 minute walk from Poipu beach as well). The resort is close to many amenities and South Kauai attractions. We would happily stay again.

Great Stay - 5th stay at the Kiahuna Plantation
by Michael B.We have stayed at the Kiahuna at least five times. We love the property. Property maintenance is excellent (although lawn trimmers, tree trimmers, leaf blowers, etc. can be noisy at times). The beach is lovely (although on this trip we spent more time at the beach opposite Brennecke's restaurant because the ocean there is better for the grandchildren). Still we love the beach between the Kiahuna and the Sheraton. Access to shopping and restaurants is excellent.

A lovely stay in a place which must be close to Paradise. We loved our stay at the Kiahuna (our fifth stay there) and the Parrish unit was beautiful.

This property was as-described, very clean, had nice views of the ocean and was a 2 minute walk to the beach and is centrally located in Poipu. A couple things worth noting- there is no AC, luckily the temps dropped down to the 60s so we were ok at night, but during the summer I imagine it would get uncomfortable. Other thing I wish we knew was that the condo complex itself is noisy, we could hear our neighbors most of the time. There were lots of families with small children and we were on our honeymoon so it wasn’t exactly peaceful.

Amazing Views and Location

Not only did we have a great beach view and short walk to get to it, but it’s also located near a few shopping areas that were easy to get to as well! The property was great, clean, and very quiet (aside from the roosters of course :P)!

We are grateful for choosing the Kiahuna Plantation through The Parrish Collection. This was our first visit to Kauai. Accommodations were fantastic. Unobstructed ocean view, quiet grounds, walking distance to many activities, and short drive to everything the island has to offer. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone. We did not learn until our last day that the Plantation also has a water sports hut on the grounds that provides all that is needed for your beach activities. Surf lessons also available. Great place!

Had a wonderful stay here. Our host was super responsive to all of our communication. We had a tiny issue while we were there (locked out) and they were super quick to respond and help us.
The condo is absolutely beautiful on top of it. And having laundry in suite was a huge bonus.

Incredible view (and sound) of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.
Great view, but...
by Alexis R.The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean., but....The bedroom window and door faces the stairwell, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. The condo has no air conditioning, which made it very warm during our stay. We usually are fine with no ac, but not this time as there wer no trade winds. Because there was pest control during our stay, we ended up being locked out once we came back from our day of travels. It took the property company an hour to let us back in, with no compensation. We missed an hour at the beach that we were hoping for. If the view is what you ar looking for, this condo is for you. Otherwise, you may want to consider looking further.
Aloha Alexis, we agree, the view and unit is fantastic. Also, we agree, when the trades are blowing it is most pleasant, but there are times the days and nights are calm. Sorry you did not feel comfortable leaving the louvers even slightly ajar, as those windows are quite safe. That is how most units on the property allow the trades to cool things down. The pest control is a regular maintenance needed and I am not sure related to your keys not working. We got there as quickly as we could with a freshly programmed set for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Fantastic updated unit with a commanding view of the ocean.
Online booking was seamless and communication was flawless. We were able to check in to the unit early which was a huge plus and the unit was well located and exactly as pictured online.

Nice Community with Good Amenities

The views were lovely, great beach and the Athletic Club where the pool is located, from this unit was about a 10 minute walk and it was very nice as well with a complete outdoor style gym, tennis, pool, hot tub and very good restaurant. This particular unit is called a 2nd floor unit but it is up 3 flights of steps. The plus side is that it does provide great views. The unit itself is not overly private since it’s located at the top of the steps . With no a/c we needed to keep the blinds in the open position for a cross breeze. At night if was very comfortable for sleeping. I must add though that the management company was very responsive and I would certainly contact them again if I was returning to Kauai.
