We have visited Kiahuna since 1989 and have always booked through the property management. Booking through Parrish was so easy, and the unit was wonderful both in location and comfort. We can't wait to return!

Great location! Kids loved running around on the grass and beach access is wonderful. Access to the athletic club was perfect when we needed a break from strong currents and wind. Grounds are beautiful and condo is very spacious. Beds are quite firm so just be aware if you don’t like hard beds!

by Maria H.Excellent views. The property management company isn’t responsive for simple issues like running out of paper towels & toilet paper on a 10 day stay. Also on check in loads of dead insects were all over the lamps. I’ve been coming to Kiahuna for 20 years and this isn’t the usual experience I’ve had here. I’ll come back again because it’s such a beautiful property but I won’t use Parrish Collection properties again.

We have been staying at the Kiahuna Plantation for over 40 years . This is the first time we have stayed in unit 23 . Great location and incredible views from the second story balcony. The unit itself was fairly clean considering the amount of use it gets. The kitchen supplies were a bit light … it would have been good if we had extra plastic bags for the trash. Otherwise everything else was great. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay in Unit 20 at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Poipu was a dream vacation. The unit is a 30 second walk to the beach. The view of the ocean from the upstairs living area and the downstairs master bedroom are wonderful. So even if you're not at the beach you feel as if you are still there. The decor is updated and was clean when we checked in.
We love the Kiahuna plantation resort for its family friendliness and its beautiful location. This unit is beautifully furnished, beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Overall a great stay.
We have been staying at Kiahuna for about 40 years and have always gone through Outrigger. They have been great but Parrish is a step up!

by Craig S.Great location, great view of ocean and sunsets. Overall the place was very comfortable. Many exterior blinds were broken and the small second bedroom with twin beds is good for kids (not adults). The property management team was very responsive and helpful. We would staty there again.

by Robyn W.Great location on the coast. Beach equipment is a plus. Unit is a little tired/dated. Beds are uncomfortable (too hard). Sheets need to be replaced (pilling). Numerous window louvers are inoperable or broken. Outdated information in "house book". Needs a little TLC. We've stayed in many vacation rentals a few not as good as this and many better than this unit. If we return to Kauai we would not choose to stay in Poipu.

I have stayed at different units at Kiahuna Plantation over the years. The units and grounds are very well maintained. This particular unit, however, is in a great location and has an amazing view. The condo was well stocked, even had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. The icing on the cake was a washer/dryer in the unit. A very comfortable condo in Poipu. Would definitely stay here again!
