Our stay on Kauai - Kiahuna was made so much better by Parrish, after a horror of a unit and customer service with Castle Resort our first 5 nights, we changed to Parrish our last 9 nights and what a difference, Parrish time and again demonstrated what true Aloha is! We will use Parrish on our return to Maui in 2025.

Great location and view….is the plus here! Don’t expect much from the bathroom shower, no water pressure! Good kitchen amenities Washer needs attention, moldy and smelly Pricey!

Great Location

We loved our stay in unit 165! Awesome views from inside the condo and especially from the lanai where we enjoyed all our meals. Love being able to walk to Keoki’s and other favorite restaurants.

The location was perfect!

The hospitality and willingness to help make our vacation run as smooth as possible. I don’t know his name, but the gentleman who came in to paint a spot on the bathroom was very friendly and accommodating. Top notch. He make it so fluid it didn’t seem like a disruption to our stay. The customer service provided by your team is top notch! We have rented from you a couple times and leave impressed each visit!

Wonderful Unit at Kiahuna!

Condo was just as described, and had everything we needed. Perfect location on the great lawn! Check in and checkout was really smooth and easy!

Rental unit location

A little better signage to the office. 7th time to Kiahuna. Since Parrish is not affiliated with Castle Resorts, it does not have beach towel service available. You need to provide two towels per person so that the laundry can be rotated. Did not have to pay the $250 VBRO fee.

Perfect location, beautiful ocean views (and sounds), cute space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiahuna #165. This is our third trip to Poipu and the Kiahuna and this was one of the best units we’ve stayed in. The access to the Poipu club and pool was an added perk that we used daily. My only feedback would be that most of the cabinets in the kitchen were utilized by dishes and pots etc, so there was no space for our dry foods aside from the counter. Closet was also stuffed with owners things. Aside from that, it was perfect. We will be back!

A booking ripoff but a beautiful spot

We had a very nice time at Kiahuna Plantation. Everything was great except the $200 ripoff from booking through you. I don’t think I received any benefit from you that if I had known better I would not have gotten from booking directly from The Parrish Collection sincerely Todd Hayes

I have no complaints. Please add shower pictures. Walk in shower was remodeled and enlarged but needs bars installed for safety of handicapped and elderly.

Been coming for 18 years. Love Kiahuna

there were a few things we had to call to ask about as there was no information given at the time of check in. the maintenance man could not fix the fan as the fan was removed. when checking in the person needs to explain where towels are-and that there are cards needed to get towels from the sport shack. We got reprimanded at the sports shack that we needed a card to receive towels.

Very well maintained and steps to the beach

Unit 165 has nothing but lawn between the patio door and the beach???? The majority of the furnishings are good with the exception of some the utensils are falling apart, also if you are going to cook and eat in, bring spices, oil etc as there non provided. Overall though, this is a beautiful place to stay.

There were no pictures of the actual unit yet at time of booking, but a property manager was able to provide a few. We were unable to find linens for the pullout upon arrival.
