Honu Kai Villa #1

We just spent 10 days in villa 1 right on the ocean through Parrish Properties and it was an amazing vacation spot. The house was beautiful and we could sit on the back porch and watch turtles, dolphins and whales every day. We even saw seals a few times. The property was well maintained and the staff was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back.

My family had a wonderful time on Kauai. We have stayed on the island multiple times and this was the best location we have had on Poipu. The ocean was right out the back door and we watched whales, dolphins, seals and turtles every day. The beach was just a few minutes walk away.

My stay was great, the house was awesome and I look forward to coming back next year.

My interactions with staff over the phone and through email were always courteous and helpful. It’s difficult to make arrangements when you are so far away on the mainland and you have to trust a company to help you make arrangements. Parrish Kauai did a nice job of making things easy.

Honu Kai Villa is a spectacularly beautiful home. The Hawaiian decor was amazing. We had so much fun cooking in the well-appointed kitchen looking out on the ocean and then eating by the sunset. Easy walking distance to the beach and surfing for our two sons who love to surf. Would definitely recommend. Parrish was so responsive to any issues we had just as they were the last time we were in Kauai.

Magical Hawaiian christmas. We loved the ocean front home. The deck offered the best setting for beautiful sunsets nightly. the home was perfect for our family of 6 for the week. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Our host was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at a parish property again.

This was my family's first visit to the Hawaiian islands. We spent the entire trip on Kauai staying at Honu Kai Villa with Parrish Kauai. The home was perfect for my family of 6. The views from every room in the house are stunning. Turtles and Dolphins every morning, stunning sunsets, the brightest rainbows we have ever seen, and easy walks to Brennecke's Beach for body boarding, Poipu Beach for swimming and snorkeling, Brennecke's Broiler for dinner, Brennecke's deli for breakfast, Puka Dog for lunch, Little Fish for coffee, an absolutely perfect location. The decor is perfect for a Hawaiian beach home. The home has everything you need to enjoy a night with the family, enjoying dinner, sitting on the patio, watching the sun set and the waves crash against the rocks. The team at Parrish were excellent and ready to help with what ever we needed. We cannot wait until we can visit again.

If we are fortunate enough to travel to Kauai again, we will be staying with Parrish. Their offerings of homes are second to none, the locations are top notch, the staff is courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to any need, going above and beyond all our expectations.
