GREAT LOCATION AND A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO THE ISLAND!
Wonderful place to stay! Minutes from the ocean. Sunsets were spectacular:-), unit was more than I could ask for. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. It was me and two grandkids. Of course they wanted a pool but seeing they were a short walk they played in the ocean every day to their hearts content. Also was ver relaxing to me to sit on beach and totally enjoy my self with beach chairs, cooler available for use and beach towels. All I can say it was. Wonderful 7 days!
Beautiful location just 5 minutes walk from Poipu Beach and Heritage Trail. The home itself was spotless, spacious and couldn't be in a better location (other than actually on the beach). Lots of amenities including kitchen utensils and beach accessories. We would definitely stay here again and considering the cost of staying at a place like the Grand Hyatt down the street, it was a good value for Poipu w 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The garage door opener was jamming up and the bolt attaching the opener to the garage door popped off but I was able to find and retighten - should be looked at but we were able to get in and out as needed. AC was a welcome sight after spending the first half of our trip in Princeville where many of the older units do not have AC. Kept up comfy and having a W/D was indispensable after a long day at the beach and hiking. Thank you!

Good location, had everything I needed for the most part
Excellent Townhouse
Stayed here for 6 nights. The townhouse was very clean, tastefully decorated with quality beds, linens, towels and with a nice gourmet kitchen.The sunset views from the second floor balcony was spectacular. You can also see the beautiful mountains, the sea and often hear its roaring waves. Location was perfect only walking distance to Poipu beaches. The whole townhouse had AC and was nice to be able cool down and relax in the evenings after a whole day out in the sun. Parrish staff were all very courteous and responsive. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Thank you Parrish Kauai for a wonderful vacation!

Close to beach!! clean- lots of room for 2 couples
The condo is amazing! 2 stories gives you plenty of room so spread out and share with 2 couples. Very clean. only a block from the water- short walk to PoiPu beach.
Beautiful townhouse
Great location and beautiful townhouse it was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this location and we will be back.

Unit was as pictured, even better. Well outfitted with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Great quality for everything, only missing a pool.

Location and size of the unit was perfect.
The condo we reserved helped make our vacation perfect. We loved our evenings on the patio watching the sunset and listening to the ocean.
I thought the house was well designed, clean and bright and perfect location. I felt the amount of amenities and dishes, etc. was perfect. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards and even a blender for making our own pina coladas! There were a couple unexpected inconveniences. When we arrived there was no key in the lockbox so we had to wait 30min for someone to bring it. We also walked into to a note next to the downstairs TV saying it was broken and we had hoped it would be replaced during out trip so the two couples could watch movies at night but it was never fixed.
Great location, clean unit, reasonable pricing. Concierge pretty responsive as well.

The home had everything we needed. My wife and I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean and relaxing on the balconies. The home is close enough to walk in either direction to a beach and restaurants. The amenities were all in working order. Communication with Parrish was simple and check-in / check-out was easy.

Excellent choice in so many ways!
Updated, clean, comfortable, walking distance to beach and Brennecke’s restaurant with great food, close to other areas like Koloa and shops at Kukui’ula with a great farmers market and Grand Hyatt for breakfast or spa, great home base for day trips. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We would like to return one day
The unit was a perfect size for the two couples that stayed there. Spacious and had most of the amenities we needed. Initially I thought there was a pool because of the photos, but that belongs to the home adjacent to this property and we were not able to utilize that. I am not complaining however because we could get over to Poipu beach either by walking or driving and that was wonderful. Great restaurants nearby and conference center at the grand Hyatt was only a three minute drive for us to participate in work activities over there. Great views from the bedroom we saw whales breaching. Maybe will be able to rent the larger home on the waterfront another time. We would love to bring our family there one day. Thank you!

What a beautiful vacation home! Even prettier than the pictures. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with all brand new utensils, etc. Beds were so comfortable and bath products smelled so yummy. Loved everything about it!! Would highly recommend this home.
Apartment was good, close to the beach, quiet.
