Family vacation
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the shampoo, soap, tea and coffee upon arrival. The condo’s decor was beautiful and updated. The beds were comfortable and we loved listening to the ocean as we fell asleep. The overall property was very family orientated with plenty of outdoor space if needed. We used all the beach items and loved completing a puzzle during the night. When we come back to Kauai we will try to book the same space. Thank you for creating a wonderful home away from home.

Quiet and relaxing
10 days with family. 2 bedrooms provide nice separation. Large oven view balcony. Smaller resort so pool area was not busy at all. Great location and have stayed at this resort before. Plan on coming back next Fall.

Nice view from the apartment
This was an incredible find near Poipu Beach. The condo was super clean, spacious, had all the amenities, and matched the pictures. The staff was very friendly and proactive with all our questions. The only con was that there wasn't an AC, but there were more than 6 fans to help with the heat. Totally worth the money!
The place was great. Took us a few days to realize that the termites were the reason for the "sand" on the floor. Main TV did not work, but the front desk was quick to resolve it. Even though it did not get "fixed". Overall, a great place.

Kauai Family Vacation
We absolutely loved the Poipu Sands resort and our condo. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and our condo exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort was perfect. Close to Poipu beach but just away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was bigger and better than it looked in the pictures. We had a great view of the ocean off our Lanai with a nice grassy field to keep us separated from the Hilton. The unit itself was bigger than it looked in the pictures and had a great layout for families. Bonus was use of the snorkel, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. We had bought snorkel gear then kept it in the packaging and returned it after our trip.

Spring Break
Stayed for 6 days with our 3 college kids for spring break. Condo was perfect sized for our family of 5. Great location with beautiful views. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful outdoor view, great interior space
Clean place with nice interior that feels livable, unlike most condos which are stripped bare. Plenty of kitchen ware for cooking and dining, good sleeping and sitting accommodations, and welcoming interior view. Excellent view of ocean in well-kept area of Poipu. Most certainly recommend this place and the team who service it. Thank you.
We loved staying here. It exceeded expectations. The access to the beach, hiking up above Shipwreck beach, and trails on the coast and around the neighborhood were awesome. The closet with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, sand toys - all above and beyond (even found water shoes for one of my kids who had forgotten his). The kitchen was really well stocked, rooms were big, and the lanai had lots of seating (we ate outside almost every meal). Super close to shopping and restaurants and more beaches. We had two maintenance issues which were both addressed within hours of us texting. We will stay here again!

Great location. Roomy and well stocked.
Great location. Lots of room for our family of 6. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all our meals at home. The large patio was used all day: reading, lounging and eating. Fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler is a plus.

I had such a great stay! It was a lovely and clean place, in a great location. Easy access to walking paths and fun things to do in Poi-pu and Koloa, and easy to hop on the highway to explore other amazing locations on Kauai. Would definitely stay here again!
You’re doing everything right. Just keep doing it. We’ve stayed several times in Parrish units and have always been happy.
Not worth it due of the lack communication. It made difficult for us to wear the clothes with airdry. Messed up our plan.
Aloha Tina. We only received word that the washer was broken just before your arrival. It is nearly impossible to get repairs that quickly on Kauai. We immediately offered to have your laundry professionally washed and delivered to you, but you said you'd prefer to handwash your own clothes. We offered to exchange your used towels, and you said you would just continue to use the ones you have. Airbnb has issued a partial refund for the washer being out of service and we are working on a repair. We think two stars is an unfair review considering we did our best to work with you on a solution, but you declined each time.
Great place. Great location. Perfect for a family.
This condominium was perfect for our family!! We have 4 adult children who all needed a break from their work and busy lives. We loved the balcony (linhay) and used it for our meals, reading and just enjoying the view of the ocean and the wonderful breezes. The instructions were very helpful and we appreciated all the amenities that were included, especially the beach towels and all of the beach equipment. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the tea and coffee for our first morning there. Everything was meticulously clean. The location was perfect and we were able to get to all of our activities without any traffic hassles. It seemed less touristy in our location and more relaxed than in the northern part of the island.
This is an absolutely beutiful place to stay. It is within walking distance to the grand Hyatt and has a good view of the ocean. I truly appreciated that the parrish company informed me, ahead of time, of the pool closure that was going to occur during our stay. I also appreciated that they informed us of expected road delays while we were there so that we didn't miss any of our excursions.
This location was perfect for our family vacation! We appreciated the smaller & more quiet property. The unit was clean & comfortable. I love having a small kitchen & washer/dryer while traveling with kids. Kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of utensils & appliances. Beaches are within walking distance or a short drive. The unit provides tons of beach items including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards & snorkel sets. We brought our own cooler bag, but saw there was also one provided. The Parrish management company was great about communicating before & during our stay to cover any needs or concerns. Kaui/Poipu was a perfect getaway while traveling during covid. Our youngest wasn't eligible to vaccinate yet. We felt safe & appreciated the overall courteousness throughout the island. I would definitely book a reservation through Parrish again.

No surprises. Exactly what you see in the photos. I would say even better! Short walk to the beach. Great location. Clean. The washer didn’t work while we were there and the management company quickly offered laundry service! Amazing experience. Will come back here again.

This condo is epic! Top 5 best places I have rented from Air BNB. Great bathtub, uncrowded pool, walking distance to the ocean and so many fresh towels!!! I want to live here.
