We’ve stayed on this property for 5-6 years, 4 different units. Generally pleased with accommodations, some better than others. Staff is very helpful and prompt.

Our 6th year visiting the islands, and the first time we would not return to a rental. We’d give the condo 5* based on the finishes (kitchen and bathrooms were top quality), and property (well maintained, walkability). We’d give the “experience” a 1* based on them not disclosing that the thermostat was regulated to 74* at its lowest. We have a child who sleeps and naps in 68*, and we would have moved on from this listing if they had transparently disclosed this restriction.

This apartment is perhaps the best AirBnb we have stayed in!! The location is fantastic, just across the road from the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets sitting in the yard. Everything in the place is of high quality, from the furniture to the kitchen appliances, cutlery, silverware. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were very nice and let us checkout an hour later than scheduled. It’s walking distance (10-15min) to the Sheraton, shopping and restaurants Would highly recommend this apartment

Could’ve stayed a month! The units are independently owned so they are all different. We booked through Parish Kauai unit 59. It was gorg, I would recommend the two floor sea front units. Amazing views and whale watching…sleeping to the sound of ocean waves. The grounds were well kept, assigned parking, quiet relaxing pool. Walk to the beach. Hawaii sunsets galore. Great location to shops and restaurants. The onlyyyy thing to note is the road - it’s great for people watching, a few loud cars accelerating unnecessarily, but overall didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely come back.

This is probably one of the most memorable staying experiences I’ve ever had on an island. This place is very clean and the amenities are up to date. The airflow is fantastic and the location is very convenient for coffee/beach lovers like us. I highly recommend this place.

The views were spectacular, the place was so cute and clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy, best sleep I’ve had in a while (maybe that was the lovely sound of the ocean too!) location was great, plenty of walkable things to do, places to eat and shop etc. Easy drive from the airport, nice “home base” if you plan to drive and explore different parts of the island too! We would love to stay here again!

Great Poipu beach condo
by kirk uomotoOur family had a great stay. The unit is newly remodeled and right on the water. The unit is fully stocked with appliances. There are beach chairs and umbrellas as well as snorkeling gear. Cooler. Walking distance to the beach and 2 local shopping centers. Kukuilua shopping center has a great farmers market on Thursday’s by the way. Would highly recommend. The departing gift on our check out date was a nice touch- juice and haipu cream puffs. No hesitation recommending. Hope to stay again in the future.

Paradise is calling
by U KleinschmidtThe view and location pretty much render you speechless and breathless! Open the master bedroom sliding doors and fall asleep to the crashing of the waves. Located right across from the shore, wake up and have your coffee on the lanai and take in the sights and smells of paradise. Beautifully remodeled and spacious, each large bedroom is en suite with a soaking tub in the master, and smart Toto toilet. No detail was overlooked in this remodel, new appliances and elegant modern kitchen design. Washer/dryer and downstairs shower was super helpful for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Snorkel gear was a major plus too! Walking distance to an open air mall with shopping and fabulous restaurants. We've already booked our second stay!
