The unit was beautiful and all communication from Parrish about details was timely and informative. We loved our stay at #48 Poipu Kapili! The location was perfect: a bit away from the main beaches, so it was very quiet, but still within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The unit itself was artfully decorated and very spacious (my husband and I each had our own bathroom, which was a real plus!) The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and it was just a short walk across the lawn to the edge of the water, for viewing the sunsets, or beginning endless walks along the coast. We hadn’t been to Kauai for decades, but when we come back next time, we will definitely time our trip around the availability of this unit!

We had a memorable stay in this elegant home. We loved how beautifully decorated it was and the luxurious touches everywhere (loved the bathrooms and the hair and body products). The view from the balcony is spectacular and right next to one of the top places to catch a sunset. Location was also amazing, so close to Kiahuna beach and everything else in Poipu. Our host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend and we will be back!

We've discovered our dream retreat in Kauai with this condo. Both the owner and the property management team were not only responsive but an absolute joy to interact with. Nestled in the perfect spot in Poipu, this condo gifted us with breathtaking sunset views, enchanting whale sightings, and proximity to our beloved beaches and scenic walks. Whether it\'s strolling to shops and restaurants or indulging in a round of golf, everything is conveniently within reach. The unit itself is a haven of comfort, thoughtfully appointed with renovated bathrooms that exude loveliness. The bed is a cocoon of relaxation, and the kitchen, equipped with everything one could possibly desire in terms of kitchenware, truly enhances the overall experience. As we bid farewell, we're already looking forward to the next chapter of our Kauai adventures, with hopes of securing this haven once again. by Don D.1st stay at Poipu Kapili and it will not be our last. We were ecstatic with our condo and the property. The view from our 2nd floor balcony was perfect. The unit was decorated in the Hawaiian vibe, fully equipped and clean. The ac in our bedroom worked so well we had to turn it off due to being cold! A mid stay quick linen change and mini clean up was just enough to keep the place clean for our 10 day stay. We will be back! No doubt about it.

The place was gorgeous and looked better than the photos. We could see a lot of thoughts went into the interior decoration. The unit was close to the beach but far enough to be quiet. Overall a great place and would book again!

by John IThis is our 3rd stay at the Poipu Kapili. We have been in units 35, 19 and now 48. We stay 2 to 3 weeks each year. Unit 48 is a wonderful unit with direct ocean views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and living room. 2 separate his and her\'s bathrooms. Dryer and clothes washer. The complex is well located next to the beach and has a great pool as well. Nice lanai with comfortable chairs to watch the sunsets. I recommend direct rental from the owner on VRBO. Maid service is optional, costs $120 per visit, but having been Hawaii condo owners we prefer to do our own cleaning: There are two vacuums, cleaners and paper towels in place. Hair dryers are plentiful, an easy-to-use safe, paper towels, towels and wash clothes, lots of glassware and dishes and silverware.
