We enjoyed our condo, pool and grounds at PoipuKapili. We have visited friends staying there but this was our first stay there. We look forward to coming back.

The host was super communicative and helpful and friendly. The condo is really nice and in a great location. Everything about it was top notch. There were 2 issues that were significant but can be made better. The wifi was terrible. I know it’s nice to get away from Wifi on vacation but it made it hard to research things for our trip. It would work well for very short periods of time and then go back to barely working or not working. They were responsive to the issue though it did not get better. Also, the AC is a mobile type unit in the room. It’s loud and not very effective. I’m a terrible sleeper so it was probably a bigger issue for me than it would be for most people. There are multiple fans but the room does still get pretty warm. This issue could probably be ameliorated pretty easily. Central AC would be nice. We had much better wifi on our airplane. Other than those 2 issues, the airbnb has lots of great things going for it. We also couldn’t watch movies bc wifi

Usually, we can get any connectivity issues cleared up right away. It seems that we needed to get a technician to address the issue after your departure. Spent 6 days in this beautiful condo. The location was great for exploring the island. We have discussed going back and staying here again. Very relaxing.

We have a decent size group and it was not easy to find a condo that could keep us close. They were great to work with the condo's are great. This is a great place to adventure out from. The he landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area is kept clean and open and not always packed. The Internet has worked great allowing for streaming abilities.

We rented 2 units at Poipu Kapili to accommodate everyone who came to Kauai to visit a family member who recently moved there. We celebrated an early Thanksgiving, spent mornings adventuring and hiking- and afternoons by the lovely pool. Evenings were spent watching the sunset directly across the street from the property. Parrish Kauai does an outstanding job of overseeing their properties. Our condo was meticulously maintained and had everything we needed for our stay (except for air conditioning on the 1st floor- and it did get hot downstairs). The grounds were equally as meticulous, with lush landscaping throughout. Everyone from Parrish Kauai was extremely welcoming and eager to assist. Thank you for making our time in Kauai so special!
