Close to everything, but secluded and private. We had a wonderful month in paradise.

We stayed at this property for 21 days. Both the owners and property managers were really helpful and quick to respond to any type of questions. I have nothing negative to say about this property. It was well stocked with the items we needed. There was no bugs, which we\'ve experienced in Hawaiian rentals in the past. We love the Princeville area. My kids lived at the pool and we used the barbeque almost every night. The pool area is cleaned and prepared every morning prior to it opening. Property grounds are very well kept. Parking was easy for our rental van. The condo had good beds and linens. Highly recommend and I would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! All of the great reviews were absolutely correct: very clean, well-stocked kitchen and linens, great location, and efficient management. We will definitely be back!! One word of caution that was not an issue for us, but could be to someone else: the tub/shower in the primary suite were a little difficult to access and the bed was very high, so beware if you have any physical limitations.

We had a wonderful time staying at his location! It’s everything it appears, and also in a great location. Very close to all the resorts and not long of a drive to many beaches. We had a wonderful time and would love to come again.

This is the second time we have stayed in the condo and the experience was great and what we expected.

Thank you for a well-stocked, clean, comfortable (and tastefully decorated!) “home base” for our family to enjoy the island from!! There are beach chairs, games, plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies- including a rice cooker and crock pot! We appreciated- and used- Samantha’s tips. Until next time- Aloha!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was great. It was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Really convenient to have plenty of hot water for showers as well as beach chairs, umbrella and washer/drawer in the unit. Close to everything in the North Shore.

A very comfortable and well-appointed home that served as a perfect base of operations for the island. Would definitely return.

We were lucky to find this condo at the last minute and were very comfortable there. It was clean, well stocked, easy check in and was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to many activities and also a wonderful place in itself to relax and read a book. We are spoiled with nice pillows at home and so I will say we all felt the pillows here could stand to be a bit fluffier but other than that, I wouldn’t change anything. We will definitely return!

We spent a week on this property with friends. Everything that we could want or need to have an incredible vacation was included. We had all the kitchen supplies to create wonderful meals, and beach stuff to have a great day out. The amenities at the property were so well kept. We loved having the pool just across the grass. Everyone we met at the pool and onsite were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a very nice place. Traveling with two adult children so we needed three beds, this one had two twins in the second bedroom. Good location, not close enough to walk to beaches but they aren’t to far. Liked the small town, remote feeling of the area instead of the croweded and resort feel beaches. House had the basics for basic cooking, etc. AC worked well. Didn’t go to pool but it looked nice. Grounds well kept up, clean when we Arrived. Overall a really nice place, good location….I would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience here. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in a beautiful area.

We got there to a note at check in saying the Washer leaked and won’t be fixed during our stay. The noise from the hot tub crew was really annoying, and since the AC broke for two days of our stay made it worse. We also had issue with DW having bugs in it and I was asked to clean it out. Garbage Disposal was also broken during our stay. To be fair the property manager did respond to maintenance requests but overall property was a disappointment

Property was as advertised. We did have LOTS of trouble contacting the place regarding info, check in when we arrived I reached out via every available number and email about getting access and was met with no responses at times and made our check in about 2 hours AFTER we could have because they wouldn’t answer and give me the info to get in. They let us stay an hour past check out but was frustrating after traveling all day and wanting to settle. There was minimal problems with the resort itself the only complaint was an upstairs neighbor everyday at 4a would be banging stomping slamming talking extremely loudly just didn’t make for a super relaxing unit but besides that it was as advertised and well stocked with all the things you may need for cooking, babies and beach.

Such a beautiful and relaxing home, everything was perfect. The location of this unit couldn’t have been better near the pool and sitting out on the lanai for breakfast and dinner made for an ideal location.

The home was perfectly supplied with everything we needed, we especially enjoyed being able to use some of the beach toys and boogie boards.

The property management group was communicative the entire time, and I loved that they were tech savvy - communicating with us via simple text messages.

I would definitely recommend this place! Such a sweet , family friendly home!

This is a great property. We especially enjoyed having the pool right outside our unit. The separation of space is great for four adults. A few items need some work, but overall a nice place. Caution: the master bath (jetted tub) is very difficult to get in and out of (even for my 6 foot husband), rather a hazard with wet surfaces.

We had a wonderful stay in your condo and appreciated how roomy it was, how well stocked the kitchen is and how comfy the beds were! The location was perfect, right by the pool yet quiet and private. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai before heading out to explore Hanalei & near by Anini beach. It was our first time staying in the North and we really lucked out with the gorgeous weather , even when we explored the beaches north of Hanalei. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending your condo to friends / family. Mahalo!

Very comfortable and convenient location. I met a very nice

Chicken family. A mom, dad and 2 juveniles who came by every morning for coffee. Easy to walk to some wonderful beaches. I would love to stay there again.

My husband, adult son and I spent a week in Kauai. This condo fit our needs perfectly. The condo is clean and comfortable. Easy walk or drive to the Princeville shopping center for shopping and restaurants. We’re looking forward to our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo.

We really appreciated having a beautiful, comfortable, roomy place to relax. There are lots of extras like beach equipment and towels. We also enjoyed having so much space to spread out, even in the bathroom. Loved that there is a TV in the bedrooms and living room for when we wanted to just chill. It was really great having the Princeville shopping center so near by if we needed groceries, gas, wanted to eat out, listen to live music, go for ice cream, get something at the hardware store… Pure convenience.

I highly recommend!
