Hot tub and kids pool was closed due to construction. Pool wasn\'t very un with the plywood barrier installed for construction. Ruined the vibe.
Mahalo for your feedback and 5 stars, we are pleased you enjoyed the stay overall, and we understand about the kids pool closure being disappointing, however the large pool remained open. All guests were advised prior to arrival on this AOAO project, we appreciate your understanding that the scheudule is out of our control and we did compensate you for the keiki pool and spa being closed during your stay, even with the large pool open as we had advised it would be, Mahalo.

The unit is great, it has everything you need. The rooms are big, and the beds were very comforable. My group of 2 adults and 3 kids has plenty of room. The location is great too but we were bummed to find out that the hot tub was not working at all during our stay as this was one of the ammenities we were looking forward to use.

We advised guests as soon as we were notified by the AOAO of the inoperable hot tub, and they had it repaired as soon as possible, we apologize that is was not during your stay, however it has been resolved. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Kaua’i condo! The unit is newer, modern, and finished with high-quality touches throughout. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed — it truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to beach gear and extra linens. You can tell the owners put real care into making sure guests are comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we loved relaxing on the lanai in the evenings after a day of adventures. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kaua’i.

The house was very nice and clean, the house was fully loaded with everything you need. Prefect layout of the house but the we did have a couple of issues.
The thermostat is supposed to set no lower than 73* degrees according to the host manual, but in the middle of the night, we would get up because house would start to feel stuffy and warm and the thermostat would be at 77*degrees and the room next to the laundry room would be very hot , to the point it was uncomfortable to sleep. I called maintenance 3 days in a roll to come fix it , and they came promptly, and reset the settings 3xs but it didn’t make any difference, after 3 days of attempting to fix the problem, we unfortunately just dealt with it for the remainder of our stay .
Hopefully now they got the thermometer under control.

We had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai in Koloa. The entire property was very well cared for and maintained. Would definitely stay with Parrish again, but we will try it in Maui next time for sure. Thank you again for being so responsive and accommodating. MAHALO!

Unit 1J provided us with a very pleasant experience because it was well equipped which made our stay very comfortable and accommodating. The keyless entry was also a great feature. And being on the first floor made it easy for our Seniors.
