Had a wonderful time! Great communication, good location, beautiful place, had everything and more than we needed! Highly recommend!

The area is gorgeous and close to the beach! There is a pool, gym with in the apartment area! It was a bit difficult to get the Airbnb per navigation but it is easier to find looking for apartments building numbers. It is a perfect place to stay with your family! It was nearly a perfect stay other than the stove not working but we were told beforehand, which we appreciated. There was a hot plate available so it all worked out and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything was clean and felt like home. The host was very responsive and attentive. I would love to stay here in future visits to Kauai!

What I appreciated the most was how I could communicate with them via text message. I was able to ask them questions about beaches in the area, food places to eat at, and much more. That was very helpful as I was new to the area. When I had trouble finding the location, I was able to call them, and they picked up immediately and told me how to get to my place. Having their availability that readily accessible was extremely helpful.

Stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time! The AC worked very well to keep us cool after a long day of exploring and the location was very spacious for our party of 7. I would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was very nicely furnished, but the air conditioning was a bit cold at times even after turning up the thermostat. We resorted to closing the supply air register damper in the master bedroom be cause it got too cold. Otherwise, the service in replacing a defective hair dryer was very prompt and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! Parrish Kauai was super attentive and helpful. Quick to respond and help with anything that we needed. The house was perfect for all us to stay. Enough space to sleep 9 comfortably.

We loved staying here and Koloa is a great area in Kauai. We had great beach days. We appreciated the boogie boards and lawn chairs that were available to use. Poipu beach is very close and highly recommend watching the sunset there and watching the turtles come up on to the beach. We also loved brennekes beach which is near Poipu beach for boogie boarding and snorkeling. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after dinner in the evenings. Everything we wanted was available and vet clean.

We stayed at Parrish Kauai’s Pili Mai condo with a family friend. Is was our first time in Kauai and couldn’t ask for anything better. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had all basic amenities for the stay. Location was convenient as we were close from shopping area and beaches. Host was very responsive and took care of requests and issues in a timely manner.

This was the perfect place for our Hawaiian vacation! My husband and our kids/in-laws spent a week here. It was nice to be all together but have private spaces. Having a kitchen saved us money on food, and the kitchen had everything we could want! Washer and dryer also lifesavers! Lots of room to hang out, loved the big balcony for outdoor meals! Hose outside for washing off sandy feet, and it was nice to have beach chairs in the condo that we could use!

This was a great place for our group of eight to stay and explore Kauai. It was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the extra touches, such as the drying rack, laundry soap, and beach towels. It was very close to Poipu Beach, a Safeway grocery store, and in a safe area. This listing mentions two sofa beds, but there was just one sofa bed. We found a twin size cot in a closet and used that. It also mentions a private hot tub, but there was no hot tub in sight.

We'd definitely stay here again!

Other than the snafu with no one contacting me regarding check-in, it was a great stay. Beautiful property and beats any hotel you can find.

Nice complex

The condo was perfect for our family of eight. There was plenty of space throughout that we still had some privacy. It was walking distance to a shopping center and a short drive to the beach. My only suggestions are to replace the beach chairs and boogie boards that are available for use, the chairs were rusty, and the boards were cracked. Those are just minor details for a beautiful place at a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pili Mai. The condo was lovely, and well suited for our three generation family. Easy walking distance to the Whalers and Starbucks and stores in that center. Short drive to the beach, or walking is possible. We would visit again.

This is actually the second year in a row we have stayed with Parrish. The location and amenities are amazing. It’s our favorite spot on Kauai!

We loved the condo. It was really clean with everything that we needed. Beautiful view, plenty of space to sit and relax. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!!

Most everything was perfect. Had an issue with the door lock but it did get fixed very quickly. We missed the binder with the rules and mistakenly put towels on the banister but that was quickly resolved as well. The only think I would change is having items like foil, cooking oils and such since it a so pricey and wasn’t going to pack it to take home. Otherwise our stay was great , location was great and we would stay again..

Well equipped and very clean. Very spacious. The only problem was the lack of specific instructions to locate the unit upon arrival. We did call the emergency number and they were very responsive and assisted us. There was a map in the unit showing directions from the airport. This would have solved our problem if we had gotten that in an email prior. We would definitely stay here again.

All staff was always friendly and attentive to all communication before and during our trip. That was something I greatly appreciated. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It made our trip even better!

My family and I had a great time staying at Parrish Collection. It is close to the beach and restaurants. The place was clean amd exceeds expectations. Check-in and check-out was easy too. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful townhome! It was big enough to accommodate our large family comfortably. Very updated and all the cooking utensils, dishes, towels, and appliances was a nice surprise. Our unit faced mauka and sitting out on the lanai with the island trades was so nice! I would stay there again for sure! It might seem a little pricey but we had a big group and if we had to rent three separate units it would have been more $$$. Plus it felt more like “home”. The dishwasher was out of service but no big deal, we had plenty of “manual” dishwashers! Someone was always available for any emergencies or questions. ❤️

Beautiful modern unit with lots of space. Very comfortable. The owner has maintained it beautifully. However, the management company, Parrish, was not very helpful or responsive. The dishwasher was broken upon arrival and never fixed over the course of one week. Also, check-in process was not flexible. We requested check-in when unit was clean and ready, however we still had to call at designated check-in time of 3 pm to gain access codes, even though unit had been ready for some time. Lastly, after we originally reserved unit on Airbnb, Parrish sent us a sales tax up-charge, claiming that Airbnb made a mistake. Not a great experience with Parrish.

Great place to stay and the entire process and communication was good. We enjoyed our time here.
