Pili Mai at Poipu #15C

Wonderful, spacious condo with A/C. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach gear. Spent hours on the deck and appreciated how separated all 3 bedrooms were from each other.

Place was as advertised. Very nice place for a family well equiped and had everything you needed including beach chairs Only issue i had was fan in bathroom didnt work and fan in front bedroom sounded like a alarm. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Nice location, spacious, and pretty decent amenities. Would have loved a beach umbrella, but having chairs and a cooler to use was awesome.

We loved our stay in the roomy and comfortable condo! The community had many amenities, it was quiet, lots of foliage, sidewalks, parking, and wonderful location close to shopping, food, beaches! The condo was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which gave everyone space and privacy! Loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the foliage! Thankful for the cool AC on hot days! Everything we needed was here and greatly enjoyed by all!Beach supplies were nice and washer and dryer a bonus! Loved the area of Poipu and saw Sea turtles sunning, Hawaiian Monk Seal swimming.Great snorkeling on many beaches around the island! Costco was a great bonus! Great for families!

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pili Mai. The staff was wonderful working with our group by allowing us an early luggage drop off and being very prompt at answering any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It had everything we needed.. The process was easy and the location was great! I would definitely return.

This property was awesome. In great location, close to places to eat, could walk to beach, had a great pool! Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The only negative was air conditioning just didn\'t keep all the rooms cool. Had plenty of fans so that helped. Still would stay here without hesitation. Very clean and super nice!

We loved our time at Pili Mai. The property management company communicated very well and check in/out was easy. The cooler was missing from our unit, I texted them and they delivered a new one first thing the next morning. The community was beautiful and well maintained. No complaints!

The condo was very lovely and we had everything we needed. A quick walk to the beach, quiet, comfortable and cozy. I will definitely recommend to any friends going to Kauai. Mahalo.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was perfect for our large family and having three bedrooms and three full baths was wonderful. We had an issue with the AC being loud at one point but as soon as we notified them, they were quick to correct it. Check in was easy and communication was great. The location was nice too. Not right on the beach but still in a good and easy spot to get around.

We were so impressed with the property! It had everything we needed and the management company was extremely responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Even the neighbors below us were friendly and accepted the fact our 4 kids weren't the quietest at times. The pool area was fantastic and offered a great spot to BBQ or hang out. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Clean, spacious and well stocked property in an excellent location. Had minor issues with back lock and water dispenser however property management provided great customer service. They were over within a few hours to fix the problem. Only one car can park in driveway. Garage is not accessible for use. I was a bit worried on finding parking for second vehicle however never had issues with second car in visitor parking. Beach gear was very helpful. Would be ideal if it could be stored in garage rather than bringing it upstairs in the unit. Overall, great location being close to beach and shops. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay alongside our daughter snd family in another condo. Weather beautiful, island gorgeous. Pili Mai wonderful!

Great property close to beautiful beaches.

Five of us stayed in this Pili Mai development second floor condo and were very comfortable! The photos of the property are accurate and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the three bedrooms (one with twin beds), and three bathrooms, found the mattresses comfortable, had plenty of bath and beach towels, and there were beach chairs for our use. Having a washer and dryer available was so helpful. The kitchen has a massive granite island and was well stocked with dishes, silverware, basic pots and pans. We relaxed with coffee in the morning on the deck off the living room and despite proximity to neighbors, were not at all bothered by noise during our stay. The neighborhood seemed quiet and friendly and is so close to Poipu Beach- easier to drive than walk the mile or so on a hot day, but so nice to not have to go far. We felt close to the things we wanted to get to on the South and West shores. Can't think of any obvious bad parts, no hidden disappointments. Would stay here again, highly recommend!

Prior to and upon checking in, property manager kept in contact and advised me what was expected upon checking in. Unit had more than enough of extra beddings and pillows, as well as towels, for my party of 8 guests. Unit was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed from pots and pans, to a rice cooker. Community pool/jacuzzi/bbq area is excellent. This is my second time staying there, will definitely stay there in future. Mahalo Parrish Kauai!!

Nice property. Unfortunately the closets were all filled with chairs, boogie boards etc, that we had to shlep out and leave in the hallway to have closet space. The screen door was broken on the porch when we arrived. We would have loved to enjoyed the island breezes flowing through the condo instead of having to run the air conditioning (which temperature was very difficult to control)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and peaceful. We would highly recommend it. It is in a great location to travel around the island. Management was very responsive.

Wonderful space - open living area, very spacious. Property is very close to everything but feels secluded. The bedrooms are not directly next to each other so it gives a feeling of privacy if more than one couple are using the space.

Everything about this place was great, but every 10 minutes the AC would make a sound like a LOUD clap of thunder or someone dropping a fridge on the floor. It got old real quick and looking at reviews, looks like they have no intentions of fixing that issue. Which is a big deal, because it can easily wake light sleepers and since it’s so frequent, make it hard to get to sleep. If you have children that nap or are scared of loud noises, I would avoid as your vacation will no longer be a vacation. Water temp also never got super warm???

Great condo in a really nice complex. Near the beach and restaurants and a nice swimming pool. It was a perfect place for our family's stay on Kauai.

Super clean and beautiful surroundings

If not for an ongoing problem with AC I would have given 5 stars across the board. When the ac kicked on or off it made a booming sound behind the wall, located near the return vents. It was not too bothersome during day but was loud enough to wake us up during the night. We had to turn the ac off all night, every night and rely on fans. I called the first morning (Wed.) to report the problem. They didn’t call back that day. After I called them the following day they said they’d get someone out that afternoon. The following am they said someone would come out to check by afternoon. When I got a call back from manager he said the ac repair Co had checked AC compressor located on ground level ( we were in 2nd floor unit). He said they couldn’t replicate problem so the “AC was fine”. I told him being awakened nightly by booming sound was not “fine”. He even gave me the “this isn’t the mainland” speech. Everything about this condo was perfect, except one of the key amenities. I would expect a large property management company to have handled this professionally and with courtesy. Btw the staff answering the phones were very courteous. The manager did ultimately agree to allow us a later checkout time, a concession without which this review would have a been a “2”.
