The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. It accommodated 7 adults quite comfortably. All of the necessities and them some were available! Very happy with our rental. Thank you!
Excellent!
This rental was everything and more! It was perfectly comfortable for 7 adults, and came so well-equipped. The kitchen was perfect to cook meals in, baths and bedrooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. We made use of the beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, etc.! We were there for the marathon, and it was a perfect location and so close to the start and finish line. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Comfortable stay
Enjoyed our 14 day stay! Condo was roomy, conveniently located to stores, beaches, activities. Beach equipment available was a real plus and we used the umbrella, sand chairs, and wagon every time we went to the beach. Management was responsive to our needs and responded promptly each time. Appreciated the shopping bags left for our use too!

Clean, quiet, well landscaped
The Host was very accommodating. We had everything we needed to make our beach day perfect! The condo was beautifully furnished and comfortable and it included everything we needed to make a meal. We enjoyed relaxing on the private Lanai in the early mornings and evenings. We had dinner several times at the Golf Club restaurant "Paco's Tacos" Everything was absolutely delicious! The grounds at Parrish Kauai were beautifully landscaped and quiet. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub area! We had a wonderful time and Parrish Kauai made it all possible!! We will definitely come back!!!!

Beautiful condo
It's a beautiful condo and facility. Full of upgrades, our stay was very comfortable. We each had our own room and bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out on the lanai and watch the birds. The only downside for us was the distance to the beach.

Beautiful condo with great utensils for cooking. Swimming pool and grill were a plus. Quiet and relaxing environment. Will definitely come back.

Great Location ; new feel
Communication was timely from initial reservation through checkout. Facility is kept up and very close to Poipu beach. Not a big deal but some units require assigned spaces away from the unit. However each unit has a garage which you can use. Highly recommended and good value.

We loved our stay here! It was super roomy! It was great place to stay on the south side. The condo was clean, well stocked and had extra stuff including boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler, even bags for shopping! We loved the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful home to spend a family vacation. Loved all the amenities of the community. The home was very well stocked and maintained.
I love everything about our stay. From reservation to checking out. My family and I really enjoyed it.
This place will not disappoint. The condo was much bigger than we thought. It has a very nice open feel. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make meals and even bake a cake. The beach accessories in the garage where a huge plus and very handy to have. The grounds are great and very convenient to play a round of golf, easy access to the beach and quick access to fun day trips. We had a mixed group of adults and kids and everyone was pleased. Each room has its own bathroom so that was also a big plus. We loved our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our whole family really enjoyed our time! The condo was luxurious and spacious. Visiting from Oahu, it felt so nice to have so much greenery in the backyard and to have A/C and so much space. The location was wonderful in Poipu. There are so many great things nearby, from the beach to dinner at Merriman's and all the shops. Check-in and out was simple and clearly explained. We loved it! We had a wonderful weeklong stay in Kauai. We loved that this condo had two main bedrooms for two couples. It was in a great location with easy access to multiple beaches as well as other parts of the island. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards that were provided. The condo, patio, and pool provided a wonderful place for downtime. Our questions were answered promptly via text. We would stay again.
Beautiful Condo but cannot control the Air
Beautifully decorated and clean condo. Our complaint was that you have no control over the thermostat. Owner controls it so if you want it colder while you sleep or to get ready in bathroom, you cannot control it. We were so hot at night and while getting ready. Owner keeps it at 74 and will not go lower so if you are ok with 74, you’ll love the condo but it you want it lower, I’d recommend staying at a different condo.

Because of the humid environment in Hawaii, some AC systems are required to be set between 72 and 74 to prevent damage to the system while providing a comfortable environment inside. We are sorry that you feel this warranted a two-star review.
My daughter and I travelled from Australia for a family wedding and could not have been more relaxed at this accommodation. It was close to everything we needed, the rooms were above and beyond what we expected and the pool and gym were well utilised. Pure luxury and somewhere we would easily recommend to family and friends.
Despite the thunderstorm weather we encountered while on Kauai, the accommodations were perfect for some cozy, laughter filled “in-house” time for our group!
Beautiful, clean, updated property and a great location!
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 7(all adults). Plenty of space for every one and they had everything you could possibly need for kitchen, beach and comfort! It took just a few minutes to drive to the beach (and there are several in the area), the pool area was large and Resort like, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night and it was never crowded. We loved enjoying our coffee out on the lanai and watching the roosters every morning and this unit felt very private and safe! We parked in the provided outdoor parking space but there is a convenient (deep) garage, It was just a tad difficult since we rented a large mini van to get it in and out but that’s okay because the parking spot is close. Really cool that they have grills through out the complex which we did use once! All in all, we would definitely stay here again when visiting the south side of the island! It was very close to shops, restaurants, several beaches, botanical gardens, and the grounds are kept in pristine condition! We don’t golf, however, if you do it looks like a beautiful course.

Our condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The location was great and the team was in communication with us every step of the way. They provided great information and recommendations and checked in a few times to make sure we were didn't need anything. It was a great experience and we are already looking into other properties with the Parish group for our next trip.

It was clean and well appointed.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was comfortable and clean, and close to town without being in the middle of the hubbub. Parking was easy, check-in was a breeze. We got a lot of use out of the beach towels and equipment!

Great location excellent cleanliness and awesome host
Roosters on the Lanai
This is a good location for South shore beaches. Conveniently located to Waimea Canyon. 1.5 hour drive to the Na Pali coast. Unit was nicely furnished and was clean. Spacious common area (kitchen/living room). Bedrooms were on the small side, but adequate, with a bathroom for each bedroom. Two en suite bathrooms. We appreciated the beach gear amenities although 1 of the 3 beach umbrellas was broken. The garage only accommodates a compact-sized vehicle so we had to park in the outside reserved spot for the condo. Good proximity to resorts and restaurants. Roosters visited us on the lanai and provided a morning alarm clock service. We would consider staying here again.

The property was one of the best we have stayed at. The location worked well for our travels around Kauai. I highly recommend the property.
This rental was perfect for us! Much bigger than expected, had a fully equipped kitchen and large washer/dryer which were welcomed after camping along the Napili Coast. Thank you for the perfect stay!
Beautiful condo, great location
This unit was beautiful and sparkling clean. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 -- my daughter was thrilled to have her own bedroom and bathroom! Beach chairs, beach towels, and a boogie board are all provided. The ground floor lanai was such a nice spot to enjoy my coffee in the morning. The development is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants, golf, and shopping in Poipu. Parrish's communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. Kauai is absolutely gorgeous, we had such an amazing trip. I would highly recommend visiting Kauai and staying here!

This one of the nicest Airbnb that I have stayed so far. The condo unit is nice as a 5 start resort. Every thing is nice and clean. Love that they provided the beach towels and washer/dryer. Didn't have a chance to use the onsite pool or jacuzzi since we were out every day. Would love to come back again.

The pics do not do this home justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. The location is perfect. The communication was easy. My mother in law left something valuable behind. I called the emergency number and they (Hillary) didn’t stop until she found it and got the item back to us. Kauai is the most beautiful travel experience I have ever had and I will NEVER stay anywhere else upon my return !! We loved the units! We rented 2. The larger unit was not ready when we arrived due to late check out ahead of us. Not our fault nor did they accommodate or compensate. We had to call to communicate. We had 2 phone numbers and 2 units and too much confusion. Regardless, these units were fabulous! Still don’t understand why the 2 bedroom did not have a foldout sofa? The larger 3 bedroom did. Seems like a no brainer. That seemed deceptive and caused us discomfort. Someone had to sleep on the sofa which was not a bed. Overall, it was a really nice experience! We felt like it was an excellent value and we will definitely rent again here. It’s nice!!!

I am not sure what you mean by deceptive. We list all the rooms, beds and if applicable, sofa beds. Each unit is individually owned and furnished as that owner desires, and not all units have sleeper sofas. I see you booked eight people for the three-bedroom and four the two-bedroom. This unit sleeps eight, noting the sleeper sofa as the bedding type. In any event, glad you had a nice experience and will return. We look forward to it. Aloha

Perfect family stay
This we a great home for our family. We had three different families in the home and we all felt like we had our own space and also a great amount of communal space together. The pool was perfect meaning we only needed to pack up for the beach! The only down side was one bedroom with the twin beds did not get great air flow so it stayed warm but they did provide us with portable fans. Overall a GREAT place to stay.
