Beautiful island condo
Excellent location on south shore of Kauai. We have stayed multiple times in the Pili Mai complex and love it. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Ample space for family with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teens loved the extra space and pool area. Beautiful Mountain view from lanai. Rental agency is very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

We liked the area and the condo. On one of the 3 bedrooms,the AC did not work well , when we lowered the temperature the other two rooms were freezing. The disposable didn’t work and water in the sink didn’t drain, so my husband opened up n got it fixed . Other than that everything was good. The service people were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if coming back to Kauai.

Very nice comfortable condo. Our team was on Kauai for a work trip and we weren't able to do much in the way of outside activities.

VRBO Excellent property! Clean, great lanai with mountain views, and the AC kept the condo cool. Beach goodies in the garage was a huge plus and great communication with property management company. Will plan to stay again in the future.

Family vacation
VRBO Check in process was quick and easy. Good location. Unit was close to pool. Only 2 issues: front bedroom with king bed would get hot even with ac. Vents were open. Guest who slept there just had to deal with it. Second: stools are needed in the kitchen. Middle island in kitchen is where everyone would socialize. Just needed somewhere to sit

Accommodations were great. Loved the pool and the lanai.
Condo was very nice, beds were comfortable, lots of storage for food. Plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher soap nice to not run out when you are washing a lot of towels each day would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay on Kauai! Was perfect for our family of 6. Spacious, clean and very updated with everything you could need to enjoy the island. We enjoyed walked to shops and restaurants and a very quick drive to the beach. Recommend Keoki’s paradise for a meal for sure! The pool and hot tub are fantastic as well. Communication and check in were excellent too. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a family

The condo is great. It’s especially modern for Kauai, where even the most expensive places seem dated. It is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. It’s in a great location, with all south and east shore destinations within 60 minutes in heavy traffic. One thing, though: the garage is really only big enough for a golf cart. But there is a designated parking space for the unit next to the garage and we always found another empty space, but I would not expect more than that. Also, I could not figure our the coffee maker but that’s most likely on me
Great Property and Location
This property was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. The pool area was very relaxing and everyone was super nice. It is located by the golf course and Poipu Shopping Center, which had many restraints to try. We are planning another vacation to Kauai next year and will definitely stay at this property again.
A Little Bit of Paradise
Nicely appointed condominium with plenty of room for 6 adults. Enjoyed our stay. Could have used more coffee mugs and flatware. There is a gap in the flooring in the kitchen and entry way that poses a tripping hazard for seniors. The front bedroom air conditioning is such that ancillary fans are needed to keep the temperature reasonable for sleeping. The proprietary coffee blend is divine. : ) We would come back!

Beautiful, very clean, air conditioned condo! Convenient location on south side of Kauai, comfortable beds, good internet connection. Appreciated the secure garage and used the beach chairs and snorkels. Relaxed at the pool after our visit to Waimea Canyon. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo
This condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. It was well stocked and also had a lot of beach gear as well. It was close to the pool and it was just a short drive to get to the beach. There were shops and restaurants close by as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
This property is fantastic! Very clean and includes everything you'll need for a great vacation in Kauai! Communication was great for check-in, check-out, and the small issue that we had (smoke alarm beeping - they sent someone over almost immediately to take care of it). From beach gear, to shampoos and lotions, and all the kitchen supplies you will need, it was all there. In-unit laundry was definitely a plus. Patio was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the beautiful Hawaiian temperatures. Large TV's in the rooms (we never turned one on!), comfortable beds, and overall just a great place. Although the property is not directly on the ocean, it is only a short walk to restaurants, shops, convenience store, and about a mile to the beach.

This is a very nice and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need for relaxing holidays. The description on AirBnB is very accurate. My wife and I together with our two children (11, 13) spent one week here and we enjoyed every single minute. Communication and check in were very easy. There were body boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. in the garage. The place is in walking distance (~10 min) to a very beautiful beach in Poipu, but you can also take a dive in the large pool. A small supermarket and some restaurants are also nearby. Nevertheless, a rental car is highly recommended to see more of this beautiful island.

Great Location
The property was a great size for three couples. We all had our space and then lots of communal areas, too. Beds are comfy, kitchen fully loaded with all the utensils, pans, blender, etc you could want and nice appliances too. Loved Poipu. Easy walk to beach but we would often drive to haul our beach stuff. Great restaurants nearby. Easy access into Lihue and points North. Few minor issues with the floor gaps, temp hotter in front of condo and cooler in back, but nothing major. Pool is great, but runs on the cool side. Cleanest grills around! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Superb location!
This property was even better than expected! Large, comfortable dwelling. We were very pleased with the exception of the fact it was stocked with TP, Paper Towels, D/W tablets for a 1-week stay. Since we were staying 10 days, we contacted the property management and were told that was our responsibility. When I indicated that's not the way it normally is at other places, they dropped off enough to get us through. The Parrish Group is great to deal with and we will rent this unit again!

This place was spotless and was in a great location. We loved the pool and hot tub! A short walk to shops and restaurants. The A/C was great!
Our stay in Poipu was easy and relaxing, with a great condo to return back to each day. The place was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities needed. The indoor AC and outdoor deck made for great escapes in and out of the heat. The location worked well, as it was a 5 minute walk to a small convenience store and Starbucks, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. My family looks forward to visiting again in the future!
