We had the loveliest stay! The space was very clean, the view was stunning and we enjoyed seeing the sunset. We had everything we needed to feel right at home and when we had a minor WiFi glitch the host resolved it the same day. We’d highly recommend staying at Parrish Kauai Pali Ke Kua!

Pali Ke Kua 143 is a fabulous unit! It feels recently remodeled and everything feels and works great.
Great Princeville location with a large grass area that leads to the bluffs overlooking the ocean. Walkable to Hideaways beach. Also has a great path down to the private Pali Ke Kua beach.
The unit is set up as 2 primary bedrooms... each with its own bathroom (there is not a common "guest" bathroom). We had one person sleeping on the sleeper sofa which was in a semi-separate area that was not in the primary living room.

by Mayur R.The stay was great they had games and other items for use, chairs, beach towels etc.. the unit was clean. We stayed 3 nights. The location is close to everything, the online pictures do not do the views justice. We had 2 complaints, one is the unit comes up as air conditioned however it is only one bedroom. Two in the pull out couch bed area the kids woke up at night with a few bugs crawling on them. As this is tropical climate that was not as bad as it could have been If Ke e’ beach is not on your list of places to go, you will want to add it, great snorkeling, not over crowded, beautiful short hike.

We loved the updated kitchen, and walk out to the cliffs overlooking the ocean for sunset every night. Great location for walking and accessing gorgeous beaches and all of the north shore activities. Close to a small grocery store too. Incredible views all around the area. Loved having binoculars and games and such. Quiet and gorgeously landscaped complex.

Cliffside serenity

Perfectly positioned right by the cliff side overlooking over 180 degree views of the entire North Shore. Inside the home, there are special touches and amenities to suit your every need. Kitchen is modern and is more than well stocked with cooking supplies. Loved the “activity” closet and drawers with games, movies, books, boogie boards, coolers, snorkel gear, yoga mats, weights. You will no be bored! The decor is superb with so many islandy treasures and chic decor. AC in the master, but didn’t need it as the island breeze flows nicely through the place. The property is so nicely maintained. Great for walks among tropical gardens, and a short walk to awesome pool/hot tub and private beach. Thanks for the binoculars! I watched the whales from the lanai. This was my first solo sojourn to Kauai and I felt super safe and relaxed here. Enjoy paradise!

The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal in, the lanai was perfect for relaxing and reading while still seeing the beautiful ocean. The inside was exceptionally clean and had lots of extra touches! It was great to have coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards… everything you could need for the perfect Kauia vacation! I can’t want to go back and stay here again!

Updated kitchen and bath and fantastic service from Parrish and owner! We stayed 9 nights and truly enjoyed the property and surrounding areas, including the paved private beach access (it\'s steep but short!)

Spectacular View

Beautifully furnished condo with all the kitchen utensils to cook whatever we needed. The location is VERY quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

The place was great! Location was perfect & everything was clean. The only negative I would note was that the second bedroom was listed with 2 queen beds on Airbnb site. When we arrived there was only 1 bed per bedroom.

The location was great. However the unit was not sound proof and we could hear the guest upstairs with a baby, all night. Within the unit itself, there was no privacy.
Aloha Eliza. We are happy you loved the location. Apologies for the neighbors. Part of condo living is having neighbors. Usually, if we are made aware, we can give them a call to discuss the noise. The unit is two separate bedrooms. The sleeper sofa is in a separate family room off the dining area and the owners have even provided a privacy screen in the closet. It is described as a great room layout, which means the kitchen, living, and dining are all together in one space. The photos in our listing accurately reflect the layout as described. If there was something we could have done to make your stay more comfortable, we would have loved the opportunity to help.

The location was beautiful. Sitting on the patio was mesmerizing, staring at the ocean. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen and amazing snorkeling. We saw a turtle the very first day! I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay and we already booked our trip for next year at the very same place and date! We can’t wait to go back!

A really wonderful view with lots of great beaches close by. Excellent communicators. Only one room is air conditioned fully, but the space was quiet (we could not hear our neighbors at all) and very comfortable!

Perfect place to stay
by Shauna (Rodgers Family)Our family at six absolutely loved the Pali Ke Kua resort. We stayed in Barrie’s condo 143 and it was perfect for us! Very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Barrie was very helpful with sites to see, restaurants to visit etc. So easy to work with! Each evening when we were at the condo we would go out the back slider door and walk steps away to the Cliff area to watch the sunset. Absolutely breathtaking! We loved the large slider doors that had such a great view from inside. Hideaways pizza was also very delicious and just a few steps away from the condo. We have the most amazing memories from our trip. It just wasn’t long enough! I would highly recommend this condo.

Relaxing stay at this VRBO
by Debra P.Nice walkout unit with a great view of the Ocean. Whale watching every morning on the lanai while we drank our coffee. The sunsets are spectacular from the grounds of this property. The trip down to the private beach is quite a trek, but so worth it for those who are able to handle the incline of the trail. We took advantage of the many activities available around the island such as Kayaking, hiking, biking and snorkeling. The pool is very private and usually not busy. After a day out exploring it made for a nice place to relax and take a swim.

We enjoyed staying at Parrish Kauai. The condo was well equipped with kitchen items. They also provided lawn chairs, small ice chest, snorkel gear, and binoculars. It has an excellent view of the ocean. We really experienced the phrase " we are on Hawaii time." We would definitely stay here again.

I was nervous at first because there weren’t any reviews but this condo was everything we needed and more! From the easy communication with Parrish to a super simple check in, our stay started off perfectly. The condo was so spacious our family of four had no trouble enjoying our own space when we needed it. The condo had everything in the kitchen and the “fun closet” so that we could have any meal we wished to cook and all the beach gear we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed reading the guidebooks for tips, we watched whales from the porch in the morning with the in-house binoculars, and watched the sunset below the mountains by just walking to the end of the lawn. We would stay here again and gladly stay in a Parrish property again for the excellent hosting!
