Absolutely lovely 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous views of Shipwreck Beach! Has everything you might need for dinner in or going to the beach! Great balcony with table to eat at or play games while watching the surf!

Our stay was even more of our expectations.. Unit was perfectly located to beaches restaurants and restaurants.. Unit itself was fully equipped for the perfect vacation down to all beach gear you would need

We highly recommend booking a vacation stay with The Parrish Collection. Our stay at the NIHI KAI Villas in Kauai was wonderful. Our villa located in building 8 had the most amazing views. Our unit was well stocked and super comfortable. The staff presented us with a welcome gift for our anniversary that we were touched by. Even after booking our stay I received a personal phone call welcoming us for our upcoming stay and offered a contact for information and recommendations. Kevin, Jennifer. Sean, Skyla – Jennifer very patiently showed all several units when we needed a last minute reservation. Kevin always had a solution for everything and listened carefully. The privacy, the parking, the view, the responsiveness from the Parrish team. It was a very comfortable and attractive condo. The owners had many quality items in the unit – dishes, bedding, towels, utensils. It was beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The wi-fi was spotty or did not work but we were able to patch in to another unit. the light fixture/fan in the master bedroom came loose and it was dangling from the wires and the dishwasher kept running until we figured out it could only be set for an hour. The one thing that was difficult to deal with (and I realize this has nothing to do with the Parrish team) was the lawn and yard maintenance. Every morning Monday through Friday at approximately 8:30 to 9:00 the yard crew would start up their mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmers, blowers. I certainly understand that the grounds have to be maintained, but really, every morning? I don’t know why they could not schedule it to get it done all at once or at times when the guests are gone for the day instead of a time when we are sitting on the lanai having our second cup of coffee, figuring what we are going to do for the day. I also think that there is a push to maintain the grounds before high season starts so those of us who intentionally come to the island before high season have to suffer the noise. When we checked out on Monday morning, December 21 there was no maintenance equipment running which I found interesting. We were considering renting the unit we were in for December 2016 but do not want to listen to the maintenance crew getting the grounds ready for the Christmas, New Year’s season.
