Property is as described. No AC, but that was my fault for not reviewing the property before booking. Clean, well maintained. Nice towels. Main bed was comfy. Pillows and bedding seemed nice and clean. 19yo in other bedroom said the beds in there were way too soft. Maybe littler kids wouldn't mind. Nice, clean, functional, but ready gor a makeover. We had friends staying in another unit a couple doors down and it was updated. A little envy. If we hadnt seen it, maybe I wouldn't make this comment. I recommend replacing drip coffee pot with a new one because I can't count how many times the filter basket fell off dumping grounds everywhere. Fridge was nice and big. Well stocked kitchen. Walking location to beach and Puka Dog. Short drive to Koloa. Would I stay here again? YES! But I'll still look for a unit with AC.

Very beautiful and spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Close to the beach. It does not have any AC but it wasn't a deal breaker for us!

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and some shops. Beds and pillows were clean and extremely comfortable.The unit could use a refresh on the wicker furniture (uncomfortable couch), broken window shades, and outdated electronics, but we would stay here again for the location and the beds.

Nihi Kai #805 is a very spacious and comfortable unit. This was a perfect stay for my family of four including 2 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. our family had a wonderful stay here, we enjoyed coffee, cocktails, meals and family time on the lanai. This is our second time staying in a Parrish unit and we will continue to do so when we return. Thank you!

Bright, airy, and cozy, this condo and property provided more amenities than we needed. Caveat: no air conditioning, but we wouldn't have used it anyway. Clearly this space has been well taken care of, although nearly everything seemed to be circa 1980's -- lots of déjà vu for us.

GREAT LOCATION & NICE VIEW

The furniture is ratan with Hawaiian style floral print-perhaps dated- but comfortable. we kept all screens open during our stay, so it was cool enough to sleep. It is a 5-minute walk to breakneck beach. Sunrise & sunset if you wish to see turtles.

Nihi Kai is a great complex. Perfect location, big units, nice pool. We loved being in building 8 as the view was wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous too! Would definitely stay here again.

by Kris W.This condo is located within walking distance of one of the best snorkeling beaches with two lifeguard stations and a 10 minute drive to food carts and restaurants. There are two grocery stores in Koloa which is also 10 minutes away. The grounds were beautiful and the complex was quiet. This unit does not have AC and we did not need it in May with the high temperature of 83 degrees. The kitchen was well stocked.

Great location to Poipu Beach!
by Kristine D.Thus condo is within a short .35 mule to Poipu Beach to swim, watch the turtles and the sea lion who visited the black rocks st the end of Nalo Road. Great for our 5 yr old daughter. Poipu Beach has a covered playground and an awesome baby swimming area at the beach. The condo was wonderful to have two full bathrooms. Only downside is no A/C so it got hot during the day and evening. Plenty of electric fans to help take the heat off. The full kitchen was nice to have to stock with food as well. The pool was big enough to swim and cool off after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely come back here again!
