Unfortunately my stay at Parrish was underwhelming. There was nothing that particularly wrong, it was just a very meh place, especially for the cost. Had the nightly stay been a lower price, I would’ve given this another star, but I still wouldn’t stay here again. The cost is comparable with the other “close to the beach”spots in Poipu but I felt like I just chose the wrong place. The layout is very weird with the 2 bedrooms downstairs as well as the 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom is decent sized the other is small. The doors have slits in them, so no privacy as you can hear the other bedroom and visa versa. The upstairs just doesn’t feel comfortable, nothing felt inviting about it for me. The balcony that faces the beach has another unit in front of it that blocks any decent views. The unit has 3 bedrooms but only 2 beach chairs. They will give you a referral to rent a 3rd beach chair, which is just disappointing. Overall for the price, just not worth it.

Beautiful location - amazing apartment
by Jan S.We stayed 7 nights with our 3 year old son and 7 months old daughter. We had an amazing time. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped and calm. There was a highchair for the baby and two step stools for the toddler. The pool was great and it is a 10 mins walk to the beach. Kaua’i is such a beautiful island. Thanks for having us, we had an amazing time and would definitely come back!!

Wonderful stay in Koloa within 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach! The Parrish team was very responsive and the maintenance team took care of our concerns very quickly! The condo was well stocked with all of the kitchen necessities and the space was super comfortable! We would love to come again if we return to Kauai!!

We loved the Nihi Kai grounds, the pool, the easy parking and the lovely lawn and gardens that our children could explore. We appreciated that we knew how to reach and find the staff but they weren’t overbearing at all, very subtle and professional. We would love to come back!

Our family of four had a great stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the kid friendly beaches, and watch the sunsets at night. Parking was convenient and provided easy access to the unit. AC and washer/dryer in-unit were great and priorities for us. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Perfect Spot!
by Kara A.Our family stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect location for us. We loved being just a short walk to a great little beach and having a pool onsite. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family of four and the washer/dryer on site was great for allowing us to pack light. The unit was super clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and responded to inquiries immediately. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The place was wonderful. It was clean and convenient. Our stay was quiet and the surroundings were peaceful. We rented a car and it was a great starting place to get everywhere on the island. We were also close to the beach and appreciated the beach gear provided. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome place, close to poipu beach, had all the amenities and beach gear as well.
There was a weird smell from the AC, not sure why but that was the only con.
Amazing location in Poipu!
by Chantelle C.Our family loved our stay. The property is just steps from the ocean and walking distance to two beaches. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. My favorite part was having morning coffee on the main lanei off the living room with a beautiful view. We used the pool a couple of times and was great for our family. The hot tub is more of a small kiddie pool which was great. No need for a HOT tub in Poipu with the heat.

Good location
by Ray R.Very nice condo, clean, and great location. Only minor negative is that both bathrooms are in lower level along with the bedrooms. Other disappointment was that the condo project did not have access to the local fitness center as was noted in some information we had prior to our visit.
Paradise in Poipu
by Neil S.We traveled as 2 couples to enjoy this delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Poipu, close to the beach with gorgeous views. Property had great amenities and was quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of food options in the area. Location allowed easy touring all over the island.
Great location and everything we needed!

Beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, they provided beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler and there was even a boogie board, although we didn’t use it. They are very thoughtful about making sure guests have what they need. Laundry soap (washer and dryer were nice to have!), grocery bags so we didn’t have the buy them, an ice maker in the freezer.. it’s the little things that made the vacation so much easier. Having AC was a must! We went during a muggy time due to rain and can’t imagine what it would have been like without air conditioning. Parking is easy and the property is beautifully landscaped with nice walking paths. A 2 min walk and you are ocean front with a great spot to see sea turtles! It’s about a 7 min walk to Poipu beach. We had an unexpected partial ocean view from the top floor balcony which was also great! We had a few small issues during our stay but the property manager was quick to respond and take care of things. This is a great home base for your trip to Kauai!

Great balcony & within walking distance of many things

Great location in Poipu, steps away from the beach, turtles, and beach restaurant. It was definitely the drier side of the island (mid December) so we were happy to drive north east to gorgeous silky sand beaches and north west to incredible hikes. The listing was large, clean, and had beach gear for us to enjoy. Would def come back!

One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in!

The bedrooms are downstairs and the living space upstairs was plenty for our group of 4. Wifi was good, the view was beautiful and kitchen was well stocked. Check in was smooth, communication was great from booking to check out, and everything was so comfortable and clean. we didn’t even hear the construction happening - highly recommend staying here!

4th of July Spectacular
by la m.Came from Oahu for a weekend getaway. Our stay was one to remember. The villa was spacious, clean, well equipped, and everything was in working order. We made use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and even had a 4th of July BBQ at the Pavillion. We were right across the beach and just a short drive away from shops and restaurants. We definitely would stay here again. Mahalo!!
