From the moment we arrived it was so peaceful and beautiful! We loved the smell of the fresh flowers on the trees out back, the birds, the outside seating and the entire property was so nice!! My husband and I loved the gym and the view from up there. The kids loved the pool. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant which was a bummer. The beach was so nice and peaceful. In fact the North shore was amazing. I wish I would have stayed longer but we split our time between north and south. I would definitely stay again! And the walk to the car and beach definitely gave me a workout! ??

This is a great condo. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The view is good -- but the location of the condo as the lowest one on what is basically a slope means it is not quite as good as what the surrounding condos enjoy. This is a pretty minor complaint -- the grounds in general are beautiful, but next time I would probably try to see if there's a condo to rent a bit higher up the slope. Also, the condo has a couple of minor quirks -- there are two poorly situated shelves in the shower that I kept bumping my elbow on and only one sliding door leading into each bathroom and closet area. But again, I'd call these minor issues. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the Hanalei Bay resort, with its great pool and jacuzzi, and beach access. And the condo itself was very comfortable. I slept well!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos here at Hanalei Bay resort and this condo was just beautiful! The outside lanai was just absolutely wonderful and so peaceful and quiet. So many birds came by and you just can’t beat the view. This location can’t be beat - has a fantastic view, an amazing pool, walkable access to a beach (or a golf cart ride!). Everyone at the resort is so friendly and accommodating. This unit was beautiful - the master suite is breathtaking! Plenty of kitchen items for us - 4 beach chairs - an umbrella, a cooler and even some snorkeling/swimming gear! Can’t ask for more! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay in Hanalei Bay
by Elizabeth M.Our family of 5 (2 adults + 13,10, 8 year old kids) stayed here for a week of beach time and hiking on Kauai. The rental was clean, in a beautiful location, and close to Princeville and Hanalei Bay. The resort has 2 pools, a restaurant, take out pizza, beautiful grounds and helpful staff. Our unit had a washer and dryer, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, various sand toys, boogie boards, ponchos etc) kitchen supplies, AC in all rooms, and privacy. It was just lovely! We spent our time at Hanalei beach, Hanalei town, various hiking trails, local restaurants, the pools, and at our rental. We cooked some meals and ate on the back patio enjoying the beautiful view and gardens. It was a wonderful vacation, and this rental unit served all our needs. We can't wait to return!

This was our second stay at the Hanalei Bay resort and the condo hosted by Parrish Kauai was great! We have a 2 and 4 year old and being able to run around on the lawn right outside the back door was amazing. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (even some toys and beach items!). The condo is at the edge / bottom of the property, which is great for privacy and views, but there are some hills to be aware of (although the resort has golf carts running to pick you up with a quick phone call). It's right next to the smaller pool at the resort which is also great to have near by. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

This was our first visit to Hanalei Bay and it did NOT disappoint. Resort/Condos were great and area has a laid back vibe. HBR is definitely a great place to stay, check in was easy and location was central. Property is large so if you need assistance getting around make sure you plan to call and wait on the provided golf cart transport. If you plan to cook the best grocery is in Princeville. The market in HB is limited but has the basics. We will definitely be back, Parrish made the process super easy to check in and out and were responsive to all questions we had, thank you!

Semi-secluded stay at HBR
by Jeffrey E.Spacious unit at the far end of HBR; a little bit of a hike to get to the parking lot but there's a golf cart/shuttle to carry luggage and the advantage is that the view is unobstructed by any other buildings. The unit had a well stocked kitchen. We had some mechanical issues; one air conditioning unit wasn't working when we arrived and then the ceiling fan stopped working as well, but the a/c was fixed the next day. The unit was very clean and no signs of any mold/mildew that can plague some other properties. The grounds are beautiful and we particularly liked the tennis courts and the availability of a tennis pro for drills.
