our group loved our time spent at this condo! it is a lot more spacious than it appears in the photos and we were pleasantly surprised. great location for the south shore and super close to poipu beach. we were also able to check out late with no extra fees which was greatly appreciated. would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Stay

The added amenities including pool and beach towels, beach chairs, and extra snorkel gear were very convenient. A couple things could be improved as there were only two couches in the living room which, unless you want to be super cozy with your travel mates,

Our stay here was wonderful and certainly exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautifully appointed and the landscaping was lovely. We appreciated having 3 bedrooms with three bathrooms. That was definitely a plus. We had not anticipated the use of a garage so that was a nice amenity. Location was perfect. Communication with the staff made our experience feel personal. This was our family’s first time to the island of Kauai and this place just made it that much better! We felt at home with everything we needed and we all had our own space at the end of some long days. They are very responsive and are ready to help if you need anything. I loved all the communication and check ins asking about our stay. This location is very close to a little shopping center and the best beaches of Poipu. We will most definitely be visiting Kauai again and we most definitely will be staying here again!!

We loved our stay. Three couples—including us with our one-year-old—stayed comfortably in the unit. There were most of the utensils and kitchen appliances you would need or want, the unit was spacious and had plenty of seating for the six of us (with room for our baby to walk around and play), and having three bathrooms was a huge plus.
It was about a 20-30 minute walk to the beach (designated sidewalk ends about 100 yards from the entrance to the complex, so you’re walking on the side of a quiet road for most of the time), or about a 3-minute drive. There are several beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, etc. in the garage. Plus, a stroller and booster seat high chair!
The area around the unit is quiet and walkable, it’s very close to the pool/hot tub, and it’s very convenient to have a garage (not connected to the unit, so don’t forget to grab the garage door opener when you get out of the car) and designated parking spot right by.

Great in every sense!!! Customer Service with Parrish was outstanding, great recommendations and awesome responsiveness! The condo is wonderful, location is great, the walk to the beach isn't so bad about 20 minutes and the surroundings are fabulous, highly recommend!

by Earl L.Enjoyed time with family. Location is excellent for exploring Poipu and other South Shore areas. Unit needs some care...had to turn off ice maker in order to stop water line leak...thermostat inoperative...and 3 of 4 under cabinet kitchen counter lights not working. Overall Kauai experience was positive.

Can’t Go Wrong Staying at Pili Mai
by [email protected]This was the 2nd unit we stayed in. Both were beautiful 3 bed/ 3 bath. They were clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds/pillows. They had some nice touches like boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, reusable shopping totes, coffee. The area is awesome! Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Good running path as well. Next to golf course. Definitely worth staying in this unit or any others at Pili Mai.

this place exceeded our expectations. very nice and modern, pool/fitness room complex was excellent, the best I\'ve seen as far as the pool goes. No problems with temperature control. I would be fine staying here again. The roosters and chickens all around were a novelty.
Island Paradise
by AnonymousThe property was very clean and comfortable. Close to beaches, shopping, and all the Poipu things, but far enough away so that it was peaceful. The beds were comfortable. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. Kitchen is large and well appointed. Know that you will have to purchase anything beyond salt/pepper for cooking. We appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards! It was also nice that the unit has a separate designated parking space in addition to the garage. We enjoyed the pool, although during busy times, chairs were often not available. This might have been due to COVID restrictions. A couple nights we struggled to find an open grill (they are spread throughout the property). Also, this is a lower unit and you hear footsteps if others are staying above you. If you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, contemporary, clean, and had such nice details like boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, laundry detergent, nice bath products, a bag of locally roasted coffee, and a Vitamix. We enjoyed the community pool, as well. We would definitely stay here again. This location is great for exploring all parts of the island.
