Founded in 1984, The Parrish Collection Kauai has long defined the standard for island luxury and authentic hospitality. What began as a small, family-run operation in Poipu has grown into a strong island-wide presence, with dedicated offices on both the South Shore and North Shore, and on-site front desk operations at Poipu Kapili Resort and Nihi Kai Villas.

Intentionally capped at 300 select properties, our collection reflects a commitment to quality, consistency, and truly personalized service. Today, more than 120 local professionals — including in-house housekeeping, maintenance, property care, and concierge/front desk teams — bring our mission to life each day, united by a shared dedication to excellence, integrity, and the genuine spirit of aloha.

This depth of expertise and presence across the island ensures that every property, guest, and homeowner receives the highest level of care and attention. Our reputation is built on enduring relationships — with our guests, our homeowners, and our island community. Parrish Maui

Building on the trusted reputation of our Kauai operations, The Parrish Collection Maui represents a thoughtful extension of our legacy of excellence in island hospitality. Established in 2022 through the acquisition and rebranding of Aloha Vacation Villas, our presence on Maui is centered in Kapalua, one of Hawaiʻi’s most exclusive resort communities.

With a dedicated on-island team of experienced in-house professionals overseeing operations, maintenance, and guest services, we deliver the same hands-on care and attention that define our brand. From the oceanfront Kapalua Bay Villas to the Golf and Ridge Villas, every residence is managed with precision, consistency, and aloha that travelers and homeowners alike have come to expect from The Parrish Collection.

Our Maui operations reflect the strength of our broader organization — an experienced local staff, established vendor network, and a commitment to transparency and personalized service. Together, they ensure that each stay and every property in Kapalua embodies the timeless design, meticulous care, and genuine island warmth that have defined our name for more than four decades.

Blue Wave Hawaii

Born from the needs of our hospitality operations on Kauai, Blue Wave Kauai was created to set a new standard for professional laundry and dry-cleaning services on the island. Our facility was designed and constructed from the ground up, integrating state-of-the-art equipment and environmentally sustainable processes to support both commercial clients and individual customers.

In 2023, we expanded to Maui through the acquisition of Maui Quality Dry Cleaning, followed by Aliʻi Dry Cleaners in 2024. Using modern cleaning systems, eco-friendly GreenEarth® technology, and meticulous quality standards, we continue to build on the legacy of two great local companies.

Today, Blue Wave Hawaii provides reliable, high-volume linen services, specialty garment care, and retail dry cleaning — supporting hotels, resorts, homeowners, and local residents alike. Our team combines innovative technology with the personal attention and integrity that define every Parrish brand, ensuring excellence in every thread.

The 100 Collection™ imprint on a property indicates it is part of a collaborative effort to set the gold standard for vacation rentals. The professionals caring for these properties must meet the highest hospitality standards. Additionally, properties in this collection must pass specific quality, safety, and cleanliness inspections. Only locally owned and/or operated vacation rental brands are invited to be considered for this stamp of approval, which is issued by a trusted peer-to-peer collective of leading industry owners and managers, known as doyens.
