We have Poipu Sands 523 with a comparable view available for your consideration from October 1 – October 14. The rate is $350.00 per night + tax/fees.
Poipu sands 523 are a favorite of several of our return guest to the islands. The master suite has AC and a beautiful ocean view looking out towards the Shipwreck Beach.

Aloha….we are a family of 6 adults, with 2 kids under 5…We will be celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary in May 2017. We will need 3 separate units, 1 for us, 2 adults, l for 2 adults and 2 kids, and l unit for our twin adult sons…. They love to skim board, and we all love being close to the beach. We understand that it can be overwhelming when trying to find the perfect location for such a special occasion, but we specialize in only Kauai rentals our offices are located on both the south and North shore. We are unable to confirm reservations 1 year in advance, so you have a little bit of time to pre0select your favorites and decide which property suits your family!
Based on your preferences, it sounds like you may be interested in sunny Poipu on the South Shore of Kauai for your home base. With convenient kid friendly beaches within a short walk from the resorts and homes, our Poipu Collection features beachfront properties like our Nihi Kai Villas. Within only footsteps away from a great body boarding beach known as Brennecke’s Beach, Nihi Kai Villas also features an oceanfront heated pool, tennis/paddle ball court, and a convenient grilling area covered by a large gazebo perfect for the entire family.
Since your sons enjoy skim boarding, you may also want to consider a property on the opposite end of Poipu Beach, where shore breaks provide the perfect conditions for skim boarders. We feature our Poipu Kapili Resort within a comfortable 2-3 minute walk from the sandy shoreline, where we offer 1-2 bedroom ocean and oceanfront condos.
Poipu Kapili Resort is a luxury style resort with a custom pool, tennis courts, pool side grilling, and herb garden for guests use. We also feature a meet and greet on the pool deck every Friday where you can help yourselves to complimentary coffee and danishes while you mingle among other guests.
