I just wanted to thank Marlene and Sandy from the Parrish Collection Kauai office; we were scheduled to check-in yesterday (Saturday) but earlier this week when the threat of Hurricane Lane was quite high unfortunately we had to re-book our stay at Hanalei Bay Resort. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful in answering all of our questions and providing top-notch customer service during a difficult time. Even when they were extremely busy with caring for several guests as well as preparing themselves for the storm they helped us reschedule our plans seamlessly. I can’t thank you enough and how excited we are to stay with you next year!
Shelley Aleshire says

We have a reservation for Makahuena 5203, starting 9/17/2918. We would appreciate any updates, particularly pertaining to wave and wind damage. (We stayed in 5201 about 10 days before Iniki struck.)

Please be safe and remember, life comes first, property can be replaced. We live in Houston, TX and it has been exactly one year since Hurricane Harvey devastated us with 60 inches of rain and the worst flooding in our history. Just be careful. We will see ya’ll in about three weeks.
JP says
Mahalo all for your thoughts. We are prepared and ready.
Sharon Stevens says

We checked out of Hale Naia on Monday and are thinking of you all. There is a cat that lives under the house, we’re quite worried about him. ???? We pray that you and your families will all be safe.

Thank you – hopefully all will be well in 15 days when we plan to check in. Best wishes and prayers for the local residents who will endure this challenge (like many others). I’m certain the Aloha spirit will carry them (and us) through.
