Sugar Mill Cottage is located in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort community. This cottage is in a great place for beach lovers, as Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach Park sandwich the property. Take a short stroll in either direction and soon you will reach beach access. And when you come back to the cottage after your beachy adventure, do not have to worry about tracking sand inside; Sugar Mill Cottage has an outdoor shower for you to rinse off.
As for the cottage itself, it is very comfortable. It measures in at approximately 1,400 square feet and has a one-level floor plan. Sugar Mill Cottage has two bedrooms, both with flat-screen TVs and full baths and split system AC throughout. However, the master bedroom has a king bed and access to a private lanai, a nice bonus.
When you step into the cottage, you will immediately notice the upgraded interior. It still has a cozy, homey feel while still providing guests with all of the modern comforts they expect. The kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful granite countertops. And the dining room opens up to a lanai, which is a great place to unwind before or after a meal outdoors.

Would you kindly let me know the availability for the Sugar Mill House at Poipu Kai in September of 2022? The dates will likely be from around the 18th to the 25th, and I’d like to know the rates too. We will be a family of five or six, which includes a three-year old grand-baby.
