The Villas of Kamali`i at Princeville is a luxury townhouse style resort located at Princeville Resort on Kauai’s lush North Shore. Very similar in design to the Villas on the Prince, these two and three bedroom townhouse style units are bright, spacious and offer golf course, garden and mountain views. The Villas of Kamali`i is within walking distance to the golf course club house and Princeville’s other amenities and activities are just a short car drive away. The resort features club house with community barbeques and a swimming pool with a hot tub.

This place was amazing. The only complaint is that the parking was not described correctly. Also, the hot tub was down for four days during our week stay. The host was responsive when we needed things. The area and the house were very pretty and clean.

We specifically chose this location for the advertised A/C. We were there for a wedding & the bride was planning to get ready for her big day at our place (because of the A/C). We knew only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had A/C, but when we arrived, only 1 room's A/C was working. We notified the Property Manager immediately (although it was 8pm) and were told that nothing could be done over the weekend. It was disappointing that a property of this size doesn't have an A/C company on speed-dial. They did stop by that evening with 3 stand-up fans, which we appreciated. The Property Manager visited the next day, to confirm the unit wasn't working & say they'd left a message with an A/C company, but there was no guarantee of availability. We said we'd be patient, but that the A/C MUST be working Wednesday morning for the bride's prep time. Randomly, the A/C started working the 2nd night. We updated the property Manager, but also specifically asked that the A/C company still come by ASAP. Of course, the A/C stopped working within hours of making that call (guessing it ran for 10 hours)? More calls & texts to the Property Office & Manager, but no answer until the night before we checked out. Meanwhile, we had a sweaty bride and this portion of the trip was RUINED. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency on Parrish's side to FIX what they advertised as an amenity. I know A/C is a luxury, but if the description had said "1 MAYBE 2 bedrooms with A/C", we definitely would've chosen a different property. We did get a call from a Manager the following week (after we returned home), who offered a small reimbursement. What they SHOULD have done, if they knew the A/C company couldn't come out during our stay, was to get us into a different unit which had working A/C. They should've answered our calls & texts while we were on the island, not when we were already gone. They could've done so much better.
Aloha Trish. To clarify, we answered all of your texts and emails, but at times, you were using the after-hours emergency line, during regular business hours, which isn't monitored throughout the day. We apologized many times about the A/C breaking down. Just like in any place, things can break. We worked as best we could with the HVAC technician to find a solution to the issues but, on a small island, we have a limited number of techs and an even smaller inventory of available parts to make quick repairs. We also delivered 3 additional stand-up fans. We did not offer a refund until after you checked out because we needed to calculate the number of days you were without the amenity to offer a fair refund. Unlike a hotel, each property is individually owned which is why we cannot just move you from one unit to another. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We have since been able to make the AC repair.
Communication from Parrish was excellent and so was the condo. We had a very comfortable stay with all the amenities of home. There were a few chickens hanging out in the back, but it was mostly quiet. Definitely 5 stars!

Amazing! The close location to areas up North like the cute town of Hanalei was perfect! We especially enjoyed our snorkeling trip with Na Pali Catamaran.
Wonderful Condo
We rented this condo for our family vacation. There were 12 of us, Six of us stayed in this condo, and six stayed in another condo in the same complex. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.This is our second time staying at the Villas of Kamalii and we all enjoyed everything about it. There is a pool, hot tub, and barbeque area, which we used often.The condo is located close to so many beautiful beaches, some within walking distance. The town of Hanalei is only a ten minute drive from the condo. There is a grocery store about two inutes away. The owners of this condo were helpful, friendly, and responsive. We are already planning our next vacation here!

A very spacious house, well appointed, and really well situated in terms of location. I was able to get up every morning and grab an early coffee in Hanalei and still get back in time for my kids to be up and head to the beach, which was only a hop, Skip, and a jump away from this place if you can find the private path to a rather secluded beach. (Hint: it’s near the little Nourish Kiosk) Absolutely wonderful time!
Clean, cozy, well decorated and equipped home at convenient area. We enjoyed the nine days stay. Highly recommended.
