Unit E210 at The Villas at Poipu Kai was fabulous. It’s a beautiful, spacious, well appointed unit. Everything we needed for a perfect vacation was provided (beach chairs, cooler, pool towels, laundry supplies, dishwasher supplies, shampoos, even coffee and filters for that first morning) Working with Parrish was flawless. I can highly recommend Parrish. We will come back to Kauai one day!!

Great unit and great vacation
Hi, This was a fantastic unit and completely met our expectations. Parish was great with instructions and information. Tips you may find useful, unit doesn\'t have spices and cooking extras (think olive oil). I liked this because this is a bit of a personal thing so making our own arrangements concerning this worked well. We could also hear little feet above us. The family renting the unit over ours had small children and we sometimes heard them running. Was not a major issue for me but some people are more sensitive about this.

Top notch ppace but beware of noisy neighbors
Beautiful place on lovely grounds overlooking the pool. Beds comfortable and a top notch kitchen. Short walk to the beach . My only complaint was we had a family above us whose kids screamed and ran around every morning at 530am. Nothing the property can control. I did find a box of earplugs provided by the rental which tells me its a common problem. It was predominantly in the master bedroom. Had I known about this issue, i would have booked elsewhere.

This is not a common occurrence despite the box of earplugs that you found. They were left as a courtesy for those individuals who may be light sleepers and be awakened by any noise during most sleeping hours. That unit is a rental, like yours and it just happened that there was a less considerate family visiting that week. We are sorry for the disturbance this caused. Next time, please give us a call so that we can reach out to the other rental and ask them to be more aware of how sound travels throughout the building and to reconfirm the quiet hours for the resort. Amazing location and comfortable villa!
My mom and I stayed with my two young kids. Cannot say enough about this villa, it's comfortable, clean, and the location cannot be beat. It's a beautiful short walk to the beach. The pool is small, but never got too crowded. We booked a visit for next year while we were staying!

Great accommodation!
We rented E210 at the Villas at Poipu Kai for a month so we would have enough space for our kids and grandchildren to come and visit. From the moment we walked into the unit, we appreciated the decor, the cleanliness, the huge lanai overlooking the pool, the spacious master bathroom…and as we lived in this beautiful space, we were treated to high end appliances, Mikasa cutlery, Henckels knives and everything you could want to make meals in the condo. Parrish equipped the unit with abundant paper products, dish and laundry soap, and bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream by Rituals in every bathroom. The only downsides, which were nothing to do with Parrish, were: there was not enough insulation between floors, so we were woken up more than once from kids running in the Penthouse above us (at 4:30 - 5:00 am); the Tommy Bahama chairs needed replacing (zippers would not even open since they were so rusted) and the boogie board was broken in half, and the pool could definitely have been warmer. For any other questions or issues, Parrish responded very quickly and, as with the other two times we have booked through them, the professionalism and efficiency are clearly evident, from the original booking to the time to check out. Thank you to Kevin and Jason, who kept in touch with us though texts! We had an amazing stay in this property and would highly recommend it to other families!

I cannot recommend this condo enough! It was extremely clean, comfortable and full of amenities. The pool area was even better than expected and we loved being able to look over the pool from our lanai. This was also our first trip with our 8 month old baby and we felt very comfortable letting her crawl around due to the cleanliness. I work in the hospitality industry so I have high expectations when staying in hotels / private rentals and I was very impressed with Parrish and the condo itself. Everyone was very accommodating and the condo exceeded expectations of our whole group! We will absolutely stay here again! What are you waiting for? Book it now!
It was such a nice place and so well- equipped
The grounds were well taken care of and full of lush tropical plants. The pool was great. Our condo was top-notch and fully equipped including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, broom and plenty of laundry detergent. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed except paper towels and foil. The plantation decor was tasteful and the rooms and lanai were plenty big for 5 of us. 2 bedrooms had large en suite bathrooms and the third required stepping into the hallway to a bathroom.

Kauai stay
The accommodations were spectacular and a god value for the money. Check in was easy. Location is pretty good with only a 10 -15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Rental
Clean and pictured as shown online. The pool is located just outside the unit and is exclusive to the villas so it never seemed crowded at all. Great walking location to the beach. The condo was very well equipped with everything you will need to get you through the first couple of days, eg: toilet paper, napkins, soap, toiletries, dish soap, laundry soap, etc... Very impressed that we didnt have to spend money on all the basic necessities. My only critique is the window covering in the master bedroom glass doors. The sheer curtains remain a mystery to me as to why someone would think this was a good idea. I would recommend replacing it with something solid for privacy as these are see-through directly into the master bedroom. Every other window in the entire condo has solid window covering except these glass doors.

Great Place for Three Couples
We loved the lanai overlooking the pool with a glimpse of the ocean, and the nice walk down to Poipu Beach where sea turtles lay on the sand.
Very nice property. Close to the beach and pool. Ample parking as well.

Almost a month in paradise
We stayed for 27 days the unit is wonderful and so well cared for in fact the entire complex is just as beautiful as it appears in all the photos and so much to do on the island. The location of the unit is perfect too. The only area we wished was more cared for was the gym. In general appears not cared for and somewhat forgotten. The room was moldy and no cleaning supplies anywhere to be seen. Our only other observation was when kids were upstairs the noise of their running was clearly heard. And many times in the morning and evening disruptive. The pool area is well cared for and very clean. However the fact that there are limited maybe 9 lounge chairs and one table and chair suggests that the builders were not expecting the large groups the large condos attract.
