Beautiful week in Kauai
This property was a perfect fit for our family! We had two oldies (grandmas) the one level (minus the on step to the master suites) made it so easy for them to get around! It was equipped with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you’d need. Living space was perfect for the littles to play, the teens to play cards and hang until early in the AM. The location was perfect to the north shore beaches and shops! Thanks for letting us feel like home during our stay in Kauai!

The house was very spacious and comfortable for 12 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the house beautifully furnished and the TVs and A/C units working very well. We had a wonderful family celebration and look forward to returning one day ?
It was pricey to stay at The Palm House but so worth it. I was traveling with a large group and we were so happy to have room to spread out. It was a very comfortable place to stay.
Palms house review
The Palms house was wonderful!! The home is beautiful, spacious, and has a gorgeous view off the front porch! It easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children!! The check in process was smooth and the management was great!! They were easily accessible and communicated quickly and clearly!! Would highly recommend and stay again!!

We had the best stay! The house is well stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and beach toys. Very clean and spacious for our family vacation. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. Great location, walkable and safe. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. They were so helpful and understanding when I forgot to leave the keys at the house and helped me find a solution to return them to them. Highly recommend and we would def stay here again! Perfect for a family vacation!
This is a perfect home for a large family gathering! We had a family of 10 stay here and everyone had more than enough space. The check in process was so easy along with a link to directions that brought us right to the front door without issue. The house is roomy and homey and is well stocked whether it was the kitchen supplies or beach supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views. We could not have chosen a better vacation home!!
Beautiful House
This was perfect for our family and friends. Shared with another family and the large kitchen and dining area was phenomenal for breakfast and dinner. The house was spotless and had some awesome added benefits including beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and boogie boards. The location is fantastic since Princeville is quiet and the access to the house is quick and easy. We loved our stay!
Stayed at this beautiful home for our first family trip with our 6 month old this past month. It was absolutely amazing. The house is exactly as pictured and had all the essentials we needed to make our week long vacation feel like home. Will definitely consider staying here again if we have a big group come with us again to Kauai.
This place was amazing to stay at for my first trip to Hawaii. It’s big enough & quiet, the bedrooms have enough space, & there is even beach outdoor items in the garage for tenant use. The golf course out the backyard is just gorgeous. Walking out the front door to see a waterfall in the mountains is just a bonus.
Our vacation was made extra special by having a comfortable home to come home to after a busy day exploring Kauai.
Great for families!
This is a wonderful home for families! The open kitchen and living space was great. We had a family of 11 stay here and everyone had more than enough space. The check in process was seamless and the house comes with everything you need to enjoy the beach! The morning view of the mountains from the kitchen is incredible and the neighborhood was nice to walk around. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again!!

5 star hotel feel of luxury in a home w all the perfect amenities! House was gorgeous, and felt sterile and untouched while welcoming at the same time! Everything is labeled. Host is exceptionally accommodating. Cannot express enough how wonderful this rental is. Price is a value for the luxury and cleanliness. Excess linens and towels were a huge perk (although we didn’t need extra). What an amazing house and host!

Great place to stay! A little pricey, but beautiful. It’s also a little far from the main neighborhoods near the airport (45 min drive) but nonetheless still a beautiful place to stay!

The best house I’ve ever stayed in my life with my friends!!!
We had a great time at this amazing place. The house is soooo huge and beautiful inside. Kitchen is such a dream! The communication was super easy and quick and the house looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there and hope to come back as soon as possible.

Amazing home!
My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week. It was so spacious and clean! All details were considered and we felt right at home! The kitchen is big and has everything you need if you are cooking any meals at home. The house is conveniently located next to some beautiful secluded beaches and we loved walking and exploring the area. The area is really quiet and safe and we enjoyed the jogging trails around the golf course too! This was our favorite vacation home ever - we can’t wait to go back again soon! Peaceful beauty
For the moment you walk in, the peaceful surroundings invite you to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island and this lovely home. A home that embraces family fun and being together, the layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining area is open and seats everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and well designed. The linens are fresh, good quality and the outdoor grill and seating is just perfect for the whole family. And an evening stroll in this pristine neighborhood is perfect and very relaxing, the view that surrounds the home is picture-perfect. We cant wait to revisit this home and the beautiful island of Kauai.
This Place Has it All
Location. Amenities. Space. Great open floor plan. Plenty of bedrooms each with its own AC unit. This place has it all. My only complaint is that I'm not there now.
Great Accommodations for Large Group
First impressions of the house are amazing, and it only got better throughout our stay. We appreciated the open floor plan that allowed our group of 12 to easily gather in one area (kitchen/living room/dining room), and yet not be crowded. Plenty of space to relax in any of the five bedrooms with a lot of natural light and modern furnishings. Location of the house within Princeville is great with quick access to nearby grocery store and restaurants. Hanalei Bay Resort is down the street (less than 5 minute walk) offers a really nice dining and bar experience. Also, the house is located within a 10 minute drive of Hanalei town that has a nice variety of restaurants, and a great family beach.

A Sanctuary in Paradise
Just finished my stay at this beautiful and tranquil house in Princeville. The house is just off the Makai golf course in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. This house had all the modern amenities needed to assure our comfort. We had a large group (12) and everyone was very comfortable. All of the rooms had individual AC units, which made for great sleep. Very conveniently located with access to great hikes, golf, etc...Everyone loved their stay and if coming to Princeville, I would highly recommend hanging your hat here.
