What a fantastic place to stay! The condo easily fit our group of 6 and provided everything needed to cook meals! Plus you’re right on the main trail to walk either to shipwreck or Poipu beach

Beautiful, large condo in Poipu a short walk to a number of beaches great for snorkeling, relaxing, and enjoying the Hawaiian sun. My family loved all the space afforded by staying here and all 3 bathrooms were well-equipped and never ran out of hot water. The furniture was nice and the kitchen was large as well, definitely would stay here again!

My family and I had such an amazing time here! It was so beautiful and just like the pictures maybe even better. Super close walk to the beach and food. I’m so happy we booked our stay on Kauai here!

We had a great time at this spot! It was comfortable, clean, and had all the kitchen amenities. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach right down the path. The pool and hottub access was a nice addition. We really liked the location and felt the place was good value for the money. Highly recommend! As a quick fyi -- they have a stroller wagon, pack n play, booster seat, and all sorts of beach toys so don't worry about carting that stuff with you to Hawaii.

They responded quickly to our questions and concerns. The unit had a closet that contained a small cooler, beach chairs and various other beach items that were very handy given its location to the beach.

We had a great stay thanks to the clean and well located condo. We had a three bedroom and three bathroom which was large enough to host 3 couples, two with babies under 8 months old. The pool was easy to get to, clean and not packed with people. We could easily walk to Poipu beach, restaurants, Little Fish coffee, and just about anything we needed! The condo had all sorts of beach supplies like beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas. We will be back!

Wonderful spot. Walking distance to two beaches and very close to the location where turtles and seals sleep on the beach. Very close to the pool. We cook frequently while at AirBnBs and this kitchen is particularly well stocked. The closet also had a nice selection of beach stuff that worked well and augmented our experiences. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful.

The unit was within walking distance to Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. The wagon and beach essentials made the trip enjoyable. We will definitely come and stay again!! Make sure you eat at Puka Dog next to Poipu beach.

we had a fabulous time here!! it was amazing, spacious, and clean! we felt right at home. we had everything we needed, plus some!! I would definitely stay here again!

The rental met and exceeded my expectations! The rental was large and spacious. Bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Everything that was needed could be found in the rental. I didn’t expect so much beach equipment that could be used and we took full advantage of them with Poipu Beach located nearby. The pool and hot tub were located nearby and also the bbq grills. Used the bbq’s several nights which allowed us to save money on meals. There were still some good restaurants and bars located nearby to go to as well. What also was great was being informed with any updates or changes regarding the reservation through texts and emails. Our stay seemed like it went by so quickly that we wished we stayed there for at least a few more weeks! The next time we visit Kauai we definitely will look at any Parrish rentals that are available. Mahalo Nui Loa!

This condo is so nice and beautiful! It was Perfect for me and my husband, and 2 adult kids. There were 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, assigned parking, laundry facilities, nice beds and showers, a well-stocked kitchen, pool, hot tub, and lots of beach equipment which we used. The beach is a close 10-15 minute walk, and we saw resting sea turtles daily, up to 30 turtles on the beach at night. We traveled all over the island during our week there, and all thought the south shore was the best place on the island to stay. This place is wonderful!

The location is wonderful. Best part of the island for sure. This place was great. The 3 bathrooms were a huge bonus. The house had all the accessories we needed. Thanks for the great vacation stay.

Loved the apartment and all the amenities that came with it. Beach toys for kids, cutlery for cooking and eating. Would definitely stay here again. Complex was well maintained, BBQ grills clean, swimming pool spotless, grounds well gardened.

Great place located within walking distance to the beaches and close to restaurants as well. Kitchen was well equipped and a closet of beach gear was available. Would definitely stay again!

Really nice place! Clean. High quality appliances. Great A/C. Extras like boogie boards, snorkel/masks, coolers, beach blanket, and beach towels. 10 minute walk to the Ocean beach. Close to restaurants and stores.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is in a great location. The condo was very clean and Beach towels and beach chairs were provided for us. We ate a lot in and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Communication was excellent!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great location and host provided many beach amenities, e.g. chairs, boogie boards, etc. This was completely unnecessary, but very much appreciated. House location was great and we could walk to beach and several locations for food, groceries, etc. Highly recommend!
