Absolutely impeccable location right next to Shipwreck Beach. The views were just awe inspiring every morning - watching the sun come up no less due to the time change. Condo is exactly as described, and the view from the patio toward the Hyatt will forever be engrained in my memory. We were unlucky to lock ourselves out of the condo immediately upon check in (door automatically locks as an FYI) and getting assistance from Parrish was as easy as a phone call. They arrived as soon as they could and I’m so thankful for their top notch service. Other than that - the condo was perfect size for a family of 4 and so comfortable to come back to after a day of snorkeling and visiting beaches. Kitchen was full stocked and we were able to enjoy meals easily. Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone and would stay again. Thank you for everything!

The space and the view and the peace. 🙂 Oh, and the awesome blender! We had such a wonderful time and a big reason for that was where we stayed. We will definitely consider Parrish for our next vacation on Kauai!!!
Views are stunning
by Kristyn & Troy C.Perfect location for watching the sunrise in December. We also watched whales and dolphins from the lanai. Waves crashing made for a perfect sound machine to fall asleep to. Suggest taking the heritage trail which is a short 5 minute walk to the start to watch the sunset from the bluff. The only thing we would change is that bright lights from the hotel light up the lanai more than we would have liked.

Absolutely lovely 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous views of Shipwreck Beach! Has everything you might need for dinner in or going to the beach! Great balcony with table to eat at or play games while watching the surf!

This condo was amazing! The views were spectacular and the interior was beautiful! Access to a great beach, beautiful grounds and you can hear the ocean all the time! We will stay again.
This is our fourth visit to Poipu, staying at a Parrish property. Parrish provides a flawless experience, from their website, to booking, instructions, support, property maintenance and ease of departure. Poipus Sands is the nicest of all the resort properties. Poipu itself is the perfect vacation spot - sunny and warm, bookended by wonderful Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. We will be back!

Great location - amazing view. Property a little tired
by Craig H.You could not get a better location and view for the area. The sunrises where just stunning watching from either of the two decks at the property. Given Covid check-in process was relatively straight-forward. The property is clean and fully functional. Just a little tired and worn in some areas - e.g. Carpets to upstairs bedroom/bathroom.

by Bill D.Great place to stay. Grateful for cooler, beach chairs in closet. A few items for future guests: toaster took Forever and barely toasted-could stand a new one, no colander to drain pasta in kitchen, no washcloths or extra towels upstairs..
