We had a great stay in Poipu! Aloha! The unit was very clean and spacious and nice amenities. It was nice having the beach gear, chairs, umbrella and cooler. Also, the in unit washer and dryer was nice. We stayed three day and would have liked to extend and stay longer.

Walking distance to a couple beaches. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. Felt clean and well kept. Perfect spot for parents and 2 kids. Staff was responsive and helpful. The hot tub is not on property and is driving distance away.

Parrish was easy to deal with had no problems during our stay will definitely book again on our next trip. The view from the unit was excellent since there was no AC. Being on 2nd and 3rd floors was a must for air flow. Unit was overall clean just needs updated flooring.

It is nicely appointed w comfortable furniture and beds. Location is near golf, tennis, and pickle ball courts were not far away. We could could watch the turtles as we walked on a path by the vacation club across the way. It was amazing. Being next to the Hyatt is a plus. SeaView terrace views unbeatable.

Great condo just a short walk from the beach. We loved that it was close to the downtown areas of Poipu and Koloa. The master bedroom on the second floor and has a private deck. The second deck off the living room was where we ate most of our meals. The sound of the waves crashing at the shore could not be beat.

Terrible corporate run host. Would not let me change dates (24hrs within booking) due to death and service time. Didn't send welcome or check in instructions. When we called to ask for them, agent was SUPER rude and short with us. Gross clogged shower drains. Great location and condo, horrible host and servic3
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have happened regarding your request to change the dates shortly after you booked the reservation. We did advise you to contact Airbnb as we were unable to process the change within the non-refundable period with your original request. We then reached out to you again since we had not heard back from you to confirm that we were allowing the change in dates. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you until you reached out to let us know that the date of the service was changed and that you would no longer need to change dates. In short, we offered to help, but your situation changed and now you have left a 2-star review about a change you didn’t need to make. Our check-in time is 3:00 PM and the unit was ready about 10 minutes passed 3:00 PM. We apologize for the slight delay, but we do not send the check-in code in advance of the property being confirmed it is ready for a guest to arrive. You did not advise while you were in-house about the clogged drain, but we have advised our maintenance team and it has been taken care of. If you had let us know when you were in-house, we would have certainly fixed that for you.

Beautiful location. Well maintained buildings and grounds. The unit was well maintained but showing a little wear. Carpeting should be replaced and furniture showed its age.

Pretty much stocked with everything for beach activities. Parking was easy and right next to condo. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. We loved our place. The view was unbeatable. We spent most of our time on the lanai. The condo was roomy, clean and the kitchen had everything you needed if you were making your meals, which we did. My only disappointment is I thought the bathroom in the master suite had a walk in shower. The walk in shower was on the main floor of the condo.

This place marks the spot. Pictures are as advertised. The beach next door is beautiful and likely 2-3 minute walk from room. Parking and getting to unit was a breeze. The upper stairs lanai was so cool due to the large fan overhead. The entire place made for a memorable vacation for our family of 5. Book this unit if you want space and peace of mind knowing you rented what the listing is showing

This is an AMAZING place to stay. Luxury finishes, high end appliances, well stocked with everything you can think of (except food, of course!). Great location between Shipwreck and Poipu beaches. Do plan ahead and bring food to cook due to labor shortages and COVID concerns. The lanais were AWESOME!
