We loved staying at our place. Nice and spacious. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, and we left information for them. We were compensated for 1 thing and we were greatly appreciative. We had a wonderful vacation and would be love to stay there again. Great location, nice and sunny! Mahalo!
Awesome condo with amazing views
The condo was exactly what we needed. Slept in comfortable beds with the sound of the ocean lulling us asleep. The balcony was so nice to eat breakfast in the mornings at the table and see the beautiful views of the ocean. There was an issue with the family room television and the property management was prompt and took care of the problem. Plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer was so helpful because of sandy clothes from the beach. This was such a fantastic place with beautiful gardens outside and pathways along the beach. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and making our vacation so wonderful!

Incredible space! Great access to the ocean and view was unbeatable.
The only negative was it was hot, which I expected knowing it didn’t have AC. I texted the number provided and asked for an extra fan and someone replied and said they would look into it and never responded back. I also emailed them to ask about a fan with no response. Other than that it was beautiful and the perfect location

Exceeded our expectations!
Our experience at Poipu Sands #334 was fantastic! The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of four. We were extremely pleased with how well the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked since we cooked most of our meals at the unit. There were also ample beach accessories, coolers, umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear and toys to elevate our outdoor time above basic beach towels. We loved the location and the sunrise views every morning! We couldn't have asked for more. I was a little concerned about the lack of AC being on the 3rd floor, but the tradewinds and fans kept us quite comfortable. We loved being the only unit at the top of our stairs; it allowed us to feel comfortable leaving our door open with just the screen most of the time. The grounds were incredibly manicured and our unit extremely clean. As a communications professional, I really appreciated the prompt communication and forethought given to the user experience by the property management. They were textbook! We will definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.

Poipu paradise
Parrish Collection was extremely easy to work with. The property was excellent and as advertised. Very attentive with quick responses. We had a few minor issues with the room and they were prompt to fix. The room had everything we needed- view of the ocean, close proximity to the pool and close to the beach. Poipu is our favorite area and always enjoy our time here. We do love our AC and unfortunately the rooms do not have any but keep front door and back doors open and the cross breezes work. We were on the 3rd floor so didn’t worry about anyone coming in the back door or windows. I highlighted recommend renting from the Parrish Collection

Kauai Paradise
Had a great stay in this Parrish Collection property. Everything was perfect from the communication to the property itself. We will definitely check out their properties for future visits.
Clean and comfortable Condo
the condo is very clean and well kept. close to the beach and has everything that is needed to have a great relaxing vacation. I would return to this condo again if I visit Kauai again.
Stay in Poipu in Kauai
Very pleasant place to stay, can see Ocean from the top floor balcony. Not a whole lot of noise to disturb you! The place is very clean, the breeze is wonderful and you can keep the sliding glass doors open at night since you are on the top floor! We very much enjoyed this stay! The location was good for us. The condo was just what we were looking for, and I did not notice any noise from the other folks around us. Cool breeze was great and had the sliding doors open all nite. The furniture was very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with items to use. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Wish I would have booked more days with you!

Kauai Get Away
Great Location. Great Views. Well maintained. Fast Internet. No complaints about anything.
Amazing sunrises overlooking Keoniloa Bay
Every morning, I would take advantage of the amazing sunrises overlooking the Keoniloa Bay, one advantage to being on the third floor. Online check-in saved time getting to the condo and starting our vacation. We loved to the 2 bedroom suites with a large living space. The Hawaiian cross breezes were amazing. No need for air conditioning. The large lanai with chaises was a favorite place to sip tea in the morning while watching to the waves crash on shore. The kitchen was well-equipped and open to living space. The suite with the lanai did have a very tired bed, you could see indentations in it. Other than that, I wouldn’t change anything. It was absolutely beautiful!
Really nice place and beautiful view of the ocean
We had a very nice time. The place was clean and large enough for 4 adults. The lanai is great. We sat outside for meals and reading and for bird watching. The nice breeze kept us cool at night. The pool was also great! Location is convenient too!

Loved this place and every thing about it!
Wedding in paradise
Top notch in all parameters. We loved the proximity to Shipwreck beach. The wedding was held at this beautiful venue. The view from the front deck was exactly what I expected. Check in and check out was seamless. Another touch that was exceptional was the sports/rec closet. Available for your use: snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and tennis rackets/balls. It was a beautiful setup and garners my highest recommendation.

Communication was excellent, spacious rooms, great view and easily accessible to everything
Building 3 is a nice location with ocean view and ocean breezes at night (no air-conditioning was not an issue during our May visit) Easy walk to Shipwreck Beach, but strong currents kept us out of the water. The place itself is clean, but a bit weathered, and somewhat updated.

Absolutely spectacular view and lanai. Beautiful, clean and cozy interior. Lots of room for our small group of 3 people. Great tennis courts, and a short 5 min walk to the beach. After a few days of activities the washer/dryer was an awesome perk. We got to lug all clean clothes home-which makes returning to life a little easier.

Lovely large condo with great view in Poipu
Great quiet location. Top floor gave us a sweeping view down to the sea. Loved the oversized lanai and bathrooms. There was plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds, lots of beach stuff in the closet, fully equipped kitchen. No AC, but nice cross breezes to cool us down. lovely place.
