Ocean Perfection
Perfect views, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen (except missing a cookie sheet and we added a Keurig) great full sized washer and dryer. Hard to handle the ants but we did a pretty good job.
Wonderful experience, premium location, fabulous view, and a welcoming feeling in a well- equipped apartment with excellent bedding.
Beautiful condo and amazing views!
My husband and I stayed in this condo 5 nights and it was the best vacation we\'ve ever had (we travel often). The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. We cooked a few dinners and the kitchen was well supplied. The bed was amazingly comfortable including the pillows. The shower had great water pressure and hot water! We loved listening to the crashing waves at night when we went to sleep. The lanai was our favorite place to hang out- the views of the sunset were amazing and our favorite part of each day. The one and only complaint we can think of would be the parking is a little tight but manageable. The management company was wonderful and made our check in and check out easy. They were available for anything we would need and checked in to make sure all was good. We were very pleased with Parrish. The island of Kauia was the last Hawaiian Island we visited and now our favorite. It is beautiful and has a lot to see and explore. The entire trip was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
The views from the lanai!
Our stay was wonderful from the day we booked until we left. The communication and instructions were excellent and once we were there the follow up was great. It was nice to know Parrish was interested in how are stay was going. Thank you so much for the most awesome vacation!
Perfect, amazing view and amenities
We have always loved poipu, and enjoyed this trip even mor due to the fabulous view, tasteful furnishings and all the amenities! Only downside was pool, but who goes to Hawaii for the pool!
Amazing ocean views! So close to the ocean that it is LOUD at night so be forewarned if you are a light sleeper. Hosts we're very responsive to a few issues, and overall a very pleasurable experience.
Amazing view of ocean BUT….
VRBO 10/20/2021 at 4:37 PM The location and views were fantastic. Watching the sunset while sipping on a homemade rum drink was wonderful. But this apartment is hot and stuffy and sleeping well was tough for all 4 of us. Surprisingly, the condo is protected from the off shore breezes so not great airflow in the bedrooms. The fans help but are loud. The guest room off the courtyard was quiet until the rooster living in the small courtyard starts crowing around 5 am. Also the lights in the courtyard area of each unit stay on so it is quite bright. We had some flea problems and this condo offered no help with that. We did find vacuuming them off the bed and walls in the kitchen and bathroom helped quite a bit. We LOVED the view and the ability to cook but would not stay here again because of the poor sleeping environment.

Just to reiterate what we said to you when you called about the gnats, we cannot do much as pest control companies will not address them (as you had requested) and they are difficult to avoid sometimes. They swarm after rains at this time of the year and are attracted to the light at night. Typically they are gone after a few days. We apologize for any discomfort caused by them, the heat, and the roosters. Sometimes the lack of trades does make it feel warmer than usual. We are sorry you will not return to this great property and hope we can find an alternative that better suits your needs. Aloha
Perfect location. 20 minute walk to the beach. Amazing view from the deck. Super clean. No A/C, but the constant ocean breeze was wonderful.
First Trip to Kauai
We booked this due to the location and views from the listing. It was as expected and had incredible views. The unit was well stocked and the property management made the visit simple. No AC however, there were several fans which worked well. Only about a 12 minute walk to Brennecke’s and a couple of surrounding beaches. The plunge pool is small but was a great last day relaxation spot. We would stay here again.
The view and peacefulness of this u nit was amazing. Pictures don’t do the view justice.
