Responsive manager
by Angie H.A friend and I stayed Oct 5-11th. The property was very clean and well stocked. There were beach chairs in the closet and everything was as advertised. When we discovered the lanai umbrella was broken, we contacted the management company and they immediately came out and replaced it with a brand new umbrella. We enjoyed the ocean view and we could even hear the waves breaking from the lanai. It was nice to have an AC unit in the bedroom. This condo is very spacious and only a 5 -7 minute walk to Kiahuna beach.

by ElaineThe condo is spacious, with great air flow from bedroom and living room sliders. The unit is well appointed, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, beach chairs and coolers. The bed is quite comfortable (soft pillows would be a nice addition). The property is quiet and views are great. We enjoyed the short walk to our favorite beach in front of Sheraton and Kiahuna, the pool was nice too. I loved the mid-week towel and linen exhange, as well as the Friday newspaper and treat delivery!

by Rachel D.Excellent location walking distance to gorgeous Poipu Beach. Near nice choice of restaurants. Social hour across the road daily as residents and visitors gather from all over the area to sit on the stone wall, sip their cocktails, and chat as the sun slides into the ocean. Apartment is wonderful. Comfortable, attractive, and spacious. Extra touches include a charging station on either side of the bed and plenty of coat hangers. The two full bathrooms are a nice treat. Very relaxing pool area overlooking the Pacific. Colorful landscaping throughout the grounds.

Unfortunately the condo was extremely hot, although there was a breeze it was a hot breeze, and it was extremely humid. I did not expect the living room and kitchen to stay at 85* 24/7 even with all the doors and windows open. I only stayed in the bedroom that had a portable AC when relaxing. WiFi was horrible could not get online ever only texting not able to do anything else online. Stairs were too much, I could not carry my suitcase up 17 stairs, not having an elevator was challenging, carrying luggage and groceries after a day of flying was brutal, then to not be able to sit in the living room or cook was also disappointing. Host was Slow to respond, not sure who to contact, no one answered phone call, Messages took a day or 2, only person that was available was the lady at the office on site. Thankful for her. Walk to beach at the Sheraton was ok, very crowded and mainly catered to Sheraton guests. Not having a swimmable beach near by was exhausting after waking up to a hot and humid 85* kitchen and living room every morning. Will not be staying here again, next time I’ll be looking for AC in entire condo and a swimmable beach closer to the condo. Other then that place was clean, and looked just like the pictures, very comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, if you don’t mind the heat or 15 minute walk to swimmable beach, and 17 stairs to climb you will be fine.

The location is central on Poipu beach, is exactly as the pictures show. We had a great time while we were there for a week. On a side note: Not having AC in the living room during middle of July was brutal but we made it work. They do say that only bedroom has the AC, so we went in with that expectation but just a caution that it can get hot if you are not used to heat.
