The views were fantastic. I really appreciated having soaps available for laundry, dish washer and showers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, even coffee for the first morning. The internet was fast and dependable. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Overall I can say this was one of the best rentals we've ever had.

Ocean and sunset views are spectacular, grounds are kept spotless. Front desk is very helpful with any question you might have. WE plan on making this an annual trip.

This rental is exactly as shown in the posting. Beautiful ocean front property that felt private and luxurious. The pool was lovely, well maintained and located very close to the rental; this was amazing for my kids! We appreciated the extra services provided including having our groceries placed in the condo after our late night arrival. Communication was great. The only thing to note is there is no snorkel gear as the posting says. Other than that, this is a fabulous place to stay! Will definitely return!

Really nice property - view was terrific and easy walk to a number of places and restaurants. Got way to used to morning coffee and watching whales from the patio. Well finished and communication was excellent on check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Parrish was communicative and professional. When a small issue came up it was quickly resolved. They worked hard to accommodate a late check out request last minute (to extend an hour)

Beautiful location with lovely view of the sun setting over the ocean every evening. (This is a spot where locals park along side the road to watch the sunset .) Truly well appointed space. Lots of good books about the area. Very responsive to text messages. Convenient laundry. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to cart things easily were available. Be aware this is a 2-story property, with bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms have air conditioning if you want to close the sliding glass doors and keep outside surf sounds quiet (but I found them so relaxing!) Great for families as well as couples. Highly recommend!

by Timothy T.Having our unit power warshed during a stay was not good. We were notified days before arriving that our dishwasher was not in working order. Although we were compensated for this inconvenience, however hand washing dirty dishes while on vacation was not in my vacation plans ???? Pool needs a hot tub.
Mahalo Timothy for your 5-stars and understanding. The AOAO tries very hard to maintain the buildings in fine order, thus power washing and painting need to happen. We are sorry it interrupted your stay. Also, we apologize for the dishwasher being out. As we mentioned, it was a special order built-in which has now been replaced. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We will pass on your comment to the AOAO about the desire for a spa. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
