Very nice property. Close to amenities, beaches, shopping. Some beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. in garage a nice convenience as well. Would highly recommend.

excellent place to go on a family vacation, a clean place with a good location in a very nice neighborhood in conclusion if I had to go back I would book the same place 10/10 thanks for the experience.

Location was very nice and outside grounds very well kept. Not far from beach or shopping. Overall great place, but, carpet was dirty as bottom of socks were black. Kitchen chairs need replacing and couches and carpet need shampooing.

Overall an amazing stay. The place was quite and private. It was really clean when we arrived and in a really nice area. Would absolutely recommend.

Very satisfied with our stay at Princeville! Location was great. Close to shopping Center and Farmer’s Market. The Parrish Team was very communicative and gave clear instructions and recommendations. They were also very helpful in helping us retrieve an Airbud we had left behind at the place.
The perfect stay for the island get away
The property was in prestine order. The location of the property is in a great area. Many comforts of home and i will be looking forward for another trip to Kauai. Perfect for a family of 8. Many thanks..
