Great place, quiet neighborhood. Quick 5-minute drive to grocery/ shopping/restaurants. Beautiful view. Large room- master with soaker tub. Lots of closet space- everything you need in the kitchen for mealtime- cooking; washer and dryer. Quiet building, nice neighbors. Close drive to a good beach.
The house was new and amazing. My family and I had a great time staying there. Will definitely come back in the future.

Perfectly dreamy
Love this beautiful place! Lots of big widows so the sunlight can pour in, nice white soft towels, cozy beds, a bathroom for each bedroom, large deck with soft chairs and table for outdoor eating or relaxing and best of all in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood close to the golf course and ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay.
Thumbs up! The pros... nice area, easy check-in, enough space for our family of five, plenty of beach gear, close to Hanalei. Cons... it needs to be upgraded, shower has a lot of mold on the blinds, the roosters living in the tree behind the home are noisy, back bedroom gets hot and only one standing fan works. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

While there isn't much we could have done about the roosters, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay. We reached out a few times to see how everything was going, but you didn't mention the shower or the broken standing fans. We always try our best to make your stay perfect, but it seems like these items got missed. We would have replaced them and had housekeeping come back to touch up the shower. Nice Home away from home
The location is beautiful, view of the golf course is nice. The unit is fairly clean, could use a good deep, detailed cleaning. The beds are good, and provided amenities promised were all available. 6 people stayed a week, and didn’t run out of anything. We cooked several meals and always had what we needed in the kitchen. I give it a recommendation.
Great vacation home
My family and I stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved the home. It had AC, was close to various beaches, restaurants, etc. It was right across the street from a fun golf course and so many walking trails right out your door. The facility had a nice family friendly pool that a hot tub and also grills to use. If were back in Princeville, we would definitely stay here again.
This home is located in a great area, with easy access to everything on the north and east side of the island. However, our experience with this home was a 3/5. The portal which Parrish provides is a great idea but I think overall unnecessary and confusing. I'd rather just get all of the information and be able to contact them through Airbnb. The home was superficially clean, for example, there were some dirty socks found from previous tenants behind the hamper in the room with 2 beds. There was also a noticeable smell upon entering the home. The coffee maker did not work but I was able to get it replaced after submitting a claim on the portal. We found 2 cockroaches inside the home, we reported them to Parrish and they brought us traps but it still tainted our experience and comfort inside the home.
Aloha Alexa. We are glad that you enjoyed the location of the home. We use the guest portal to communicate while you are in-house, but you could have called, texted, or continued to use the Airbnb chat as well. Please accept our apologies for the socks. We are diligent about the cleaning, but unfortunately, there are times when things get missed. We would have had Housekeeping come back to tidy up any areas you needed if we had known. We also want to assure you that all of our properties are routinely treated for pest control. Sometimes you may see them more right after the treatment, and this is the tropics and pests can be found in the home although rare. In the end, it sounds like our team was able to assist when needed and when we were advised. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and we look forward to hosting you again.
Everything was as described, perfect quiet location! Each room had their own bathroom which was ideal for our family. Beach towels and chairs were a nice touch. Parking space included was a plus. Mountain view is gorgeous, will be booking again!
A Perfect Escape
My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was so clean and quiet and in a great location! We felt comfortable and really enjoyed the way the condo was decorated and set up. We enjoyed coffee out on the private lanai every morning. The property manager communicated everything perfectly for us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay…
We had a great stay. Our only hiccup was at check-in. We were supposed to be able to access the condo at 3pm but the cleaners were still working when we got here and were not done till about 4:45. Other than that our stay here was great. The location is wonderful. The community here is always amazing. We had enough room for our party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The patio was great and we had some nice outdoor dinners. The internet is great here. We had no issues with all the devices we had. The ps3 in the living room is a bit outdated and the controllers didn’t work. It’s a nice feature but you may want to update it with a ps4 or ps5. The kids did mention that the couch was poking them (down feathers). So the couch may need a refresh. A large sectional would do wonders in the living room as its nice to just fall into a comfortable sofa after a long day of activities with the kids. The room with the double beds does not have A/C but they have fans in there to help. We used the beach chairs in the garage but a couple of them could also use a refresh. The washer and dryer were new and worked great and were a +++! Some boogie boards would be a great amenity as well. We will definitely stay here again! Beautiful location for your Kauai adventure. Central to everything, including the grocery store with the best poke ever! It was clean, well appointed and equipped with central air. Everything you need- we used the kitchen daily, were able to do laundry & had meals on the lanai. Plenty of space for a family with comfortable beds to land in after a day on the beaches and trails. Would highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.
It's a perfect location for doing the hikes in the north shore area. The proximity of the condo to Hanalei town is super convenient!! Highly recommend this property!!
Beautiful and quiet
what a wonderful place to relax, cool down and get comfortable in after our adventuresin Kauai. the added extra touches of having a washer/drier, beach gear, Kona coffee waiting on usand beach totes made it even more special. it was a vacation we will always remember
We had an excellent stay. It was a very comfortable unit with a nice porch for outside dinner in the evenings. It served as an excellent place of rest after staying busy all day in paradise. The management was responsive and easy to work with although you will have to do some correspondence outside of AirBnB which is a little out of the ordinary.

Overall stay was great. Spacious condo. Pool was small but very clean and never crowded. Check in was super easy. The biggest disappointment was that the washer/dryer wasn’t working which we didn’t find out until we got there. I would have never booked it had I known or at the very least packed a little differently. I understand things break sometimes, but they could have given us a heads up. Other than that, it was great!

Great Unit in Princeville
Community pool, community barbecues, partial golf course view from the unit, very large master bedroom. All three rooms can have their own bathroom close by (3 beds and 3 full baths). No access to the garage. The management company (Parrish Kauai) was excellent. They were proactive in their communication, organized, and available for assistance.

Beautiful 2nd floor condo in an amazing location just off the golf course, a few minutes walk from the beach and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. If you want to experience the north side of Kauai there is no better home base of operations than this amazing condo. And it has all the necessities for a wonderful experience. My family didn’t want to leave and we made memories for a lifetime.
