Excellent stay and great property. A/c was cold and condo was very clean. Neighbors were quiet. Loved sitting on the back patio and enjoying the view.

Great Condo. The location is a little remote

Clean, quiet location

The condo unit was beautifully furnished and accommodated 3 people perfectly. It could comfortably accommodate 3 couples as well. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the location, the AC, the Lanai, and being close to the pool. It was very quiet also. We highly recommend the unit and would stay there again!

This is a centrally located, very spacious, updated, well stocked unit. Close to pool, grill, and exercise room. I didn’t realize how big Princeville is and how severely limited parking is near beaches. Unless you get up super early to claim one of the six (!)spots near Hideaways Beach, you will have to have someone drop you off or schlepp the 15 mins there by foot. There’s virtually NO public parking in the resort. View is of mountains which are nice. We had minor issues with hot water and beds but Parrish is attentive.

The condo was perfect for our girl\'s trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen since we cooked most of our meals. The actual location was perfect: close to shopping and great beaches. We definitely would consider staying here on our future trip.

Great area
by Jamie S.We enjoyed our stay in Princeville and also at The Plantation! The condo was great and so was the large outdoor patio. The only downside is you can be seen from the outside while showering in the master shower at night. The double windows in the shower are frosted. However, you can still see a fully illuminated silhouette. We found if you keep the main light off in the bathroom and turn the toilet area light on or the closet light on with the door cracked you are good. The front bedroom does get hot since there is no AC in that room, so keeping the blinds and curtains closed does help to keep it less warm. There are several fans. The property management company was very responsive and checked in every so often.
