This was a great and quiet location and everything was set up well for our small group. Comfortable beds and everything we needed was available. (Beach chairs, coolers etc) The communication was always very friendly and professional and easy to understand.

We had a wonderful time during our stay on Kauai. The kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of seating, and there were quite a few beach supplies (chairs, coolers, etc...) on the front porch had we wanted to use them. The home was spacious and beautiful, the lanai was so nice to enjoy our morning coffee before we got moving for the day, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was perfect after long days of hiking. Our last night lacked functioning AC and was very hot/humid. I hadn't realized it wasn't working until we had been home for a couple hours and things were not cooling down. Understandably they were unable to get someone out to look at it that night, but they did have an emergency line for communication about the issue which was appreciated. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! We can to Kauai for the beaches, hikes, and all nature has to offer but were thrilled to enjoy the downtime between adventures so much. There was plenty of space and the photos don\'t really do the place justice. We also really appreciated how well equipped the unit was! Mahalo!

This condo was perfect. I stayed with my 2 adult daughters, and we each had our own room and bathroom. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and came with everything we needed. Sitting out on the lanai in the mornings and at sunset was wonderful!

Comfortable and clean. Nice location and the pool and hot tub were nice. Grilling area next to the car parking was very convenient. Distance ocean views and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck.

Lovely condo, nice pool area. Gym could use updating. Grounds are nice. Parrish very good to work with, extremely responsive and accommodating. A pleasure dealing with this company. Overall, a great experience, (even though it felt overpriced. )

Everything was very easy, from booking, to checking in, to checking out. There was excellent communication between the company and myself throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company and property while staying on Kaua’i. This property in general was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We didn’t do any cooking at the property, but we did find that there were most items needed if one was to cook. One pleasant surprise that I didn’t remember seeing in the listing was that there was a bin full of beach items on the porch area for use. It was a beautiful property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Poipu Condo
by Debi P.This Pili Mai condo was perfect for our family. Our two adult children loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. Location was great as it was close to shopping, restaurants and Poipu beach. The condo was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The a/c kept us nice and cool. It broke one day, but the management company sent someone to fix it right away. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Kauai. We all agreed this was the nicest rental we have ever stayed at! It really felt like home.

Place is amazing it has a slight ocean view and entire place is great. Close to Poipu Beach Wich is great but does have a lot of coral reef and for kids this may be a little tough. Grocery stores and restaurants are all so very close 10 min drive . I recomend Anini beach for kids no waves no coral reef great way to distress and have kids run free. There is a Starbucks a few blocks down you can always walk there.

Beautiful place to stay!! Would definitely book again!! Loved the back veranda. The 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths worked great for us. We appreciate it being stocked with dish/dishwasher soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. A huge plus was the beach umbrellas, beach chairs, ice chest, snorkels etc. for use! We really enjoyed the pools (kids pool was perfect), hot tub and gym. We had a wonderful time! Great location!! Highly recommend!

The Pili Mai property in Kauai is a fantastic location in Koloa, close to the wonderful Poipu beach. The unit was a gorgeous 3-bed, 3-bath with new appliances and beautiful decor and fixtures. Even the toiletries were luxurious. We enjoyed the pool and gym on property as well. A fabulous visit!

The unit was gorgeous. Decor was modern tropical. Equipped with everything needed for beach and hiking excursions. Kitchen came with every appliance, utensils and storing. Bathrooms were clean with shampoo, body soap, conditioner and lotion. Absolutely loved everything about it. Will definitely be back!

My family of 4 (two teenagers and a husband) and I stayed in our condo (#13K) for two glorious weeks. We loved it and felt comfortable all 14 nights. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds and roosters! Having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer were excellent, and all of the kitchen and beach needs (chairs, towels, umbrella) are a part of the home. The three bedrooms are a good size and fully equipped as well with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel....In the bedrooms, I would have preferred a much firmer mattress, but that is my personal preference.
We loved being close to great restaurants and places to buy groceries. Poipu Beach Park is 5 minute drive and absolutely beautiful. (Yes, we saw turtles and seals!) Some days we chilled out at the condo and used the pool and hot tub on the property, and other days we left for day trips to the beach and sightseeing.
It's a beautiful and quiet place. (I wonder if any of the condos have an ocean view.) We will definitely return!
