We had an awsome time. The condo was amazing. We enjoyed ever second. The view was awesome. It was quite and quiet The pool was incredible. I highly recommend VRBO. However, the only criticism that I have is that I didn't realize that there would be a separate fee for VRBO. You should disclose that information in the ad when viewing condos with v r b o.

Wonderful property and community pool/spa with BBQ!

My family really enjoyed the property. It was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us and was located in a great location.

Great location on the island and fabulous layout of Townhouse located on 2nd level so quite a few stairs to get in. If you don’t mind stairs then perfect. Very clean, it has everything you need for a nice stay. The pool area is great. Pool, hot tub, toddlers pool, sun chairs and umbrellas.

The place was clean and fully stocked. The beach supplies is appreciated and made it relaxing. It is in a convenient location and we got to enjoy rainbows from the lanai.

Great place to come back to after a long day of golf, tubing and sightseeing. Ate most of our meals in, kitchen has everything you need.

Clean and quiet end-unit on the golf course. Pool and BBQ area were really nice. TV system was a little dated and difficult to use, had to manually control the cable box most of the time. Stairs werent an issue for us but could be for some on the 2nd level.

Home away from home

Our family had an amazing stay at this condo. It was well stocked with all the things you need as if you were home. We love the decorations throughout the house. Our family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this roomy condo. The unit was set up so the 2 end bedrooms were very private and more suite like. The condo location also provided a more private lanai with golf course view. Kitchen appointments could be improved by more pans and other useful cooking tools. But keep in mind i like to cook in, others may want to eat out more. Pool is close by and great for kids. Beach is a 5 minute drive. If spa days are your thing, Koloa Landing (5 min away) was wonderful and gives you pool privileges for the day. We really enjoyed our stay. Aloha

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, and the views were great. We loved the location, and the condo itself was very comfortable and well-equipped.

This property was very centrally located in Poipu. It was clean and well kept. We only had an issue with the door opening. We had to enter the code 3-4 times before it would open. Enjoyed our stay there.

We loved the privacy of the corner unit and large balcony overlooking the golf course with easy parking. The unit was spacious and clean. Kitchen fully stocked with plates, cups, spoons/knives, pots, pans and cutting board (used to cut fruits/watermelon). Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciate the beach toys and pool floats. The bathroom had plenty of towels — we ran out of toilet tissue which we got from target. Definitely would stay here again with our family.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again or recommend it. The unit was extremely well-appointed, spacious and just overall a great experience. It was within walking distance to a shopping area and a short ride to neighboring towns.

Beautiful island and perfect location to explore. The condo was very well stocked and furnishings were simple but lovely. This corner condo has great views and lots of windows. We recommend highly. The only downside was the crowing roosters at all hours of the night, but we know from experience that you can get used to it with time.

This property was delightful! So well stocked with items that were useful, maps, suggestions, snorkel gear, etc. We couldn't have been more pleased with the walking distance to the beach and comfortable, clean place to call home! Would choose this place again in a heartbeat!

The condo was the perfect size for 4 adults and two teens. We liked the location and the grounds were well kept.The kitchen was well stocked and the 3 bathrooms were great. The only complaint we have is the pool was too cold.

New, modern, spacious and in a great location near Po’ipu and all the beauty of southern Kauai. Stayed here with my two little kids (4 and 1) and their grandparents and had a fantastic time. Would definitely book again.

Accommodations were incredible! Location was wonderful! 3 senior couples shared this condo and the only thing that would have made it better is if the twin beds in the third bedroom had been the extra long twins, to accommodate tall person. Otherwise, we loved how well stocked the condo was, from beach towels right down to laundry soap! Hope to return for another magical vacation.

The condo was beautiful filled with everything we needed. We come to Poipu often and this was our first time staying away from the beach and it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back.

The 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom condo was absolutely perfect for our multi generational family of 5. The condo was perfectly clean and appeared as new. Everything worked as it should. View of golf course was quite pleasant Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, including use of the beautiful pool. We were all perfectly happy with our stay.

Great location to enjoy beaches, shopping and eateries. The layout of the property is perfect with excellent pool and BBQ access. Amenities inside the property were a little lacking; garbage bags, toilet paper etc needed to be purchased. Other than that we had everything we needed.

This is a beautiful property! The place is very clean, as shown in the VRBO photos. There are 4 beach chairs (Tommy Bahama type), a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards (1 adult sized and 1 slightly smaller, maybe youth sized), a large Igloo cooler, and several pool noodles, stored in the outdoor closet. We really appreciated the fact that these items were available for use. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, with ample sheets and pillows, and there’s an inflatable mattress (I think it was queen size) in one of the closets, as well. The kitchen amenities included a regular coffee brewer (not a Keurig) so bring ground coffee and not K-cups; they did have coffee filters in the cupboard. We did have a minor issue with one of the showers but Candice was great and had a plumber sent out right away. He knew what was needed to fix the issue, went to store, bought the part, came right back and installed it. We did use the air conditioning at night but let the tropical breeze blow through the place during the day. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation and will definitely stay there again in the future!

Also, there is construction right across the parking lot and street from the unit. We would stay there again.

Great condo and resort! Location is good, not right on the beach but close to it. The condo is spacious, roomy and very comfortable. Seemed very new! We really enjoyed the lanai and spent a lot of time out there. Pool area is great, and BBQs located around the resort were a plus. We used those almost every night. We were a little disappointed by construction going on right across the road from the condo, but it wasn’t a big deal because we were typically gone during the day when construction was going on. All in all a great place and would definitely stay there again!

We could not have been happier with our stay at Pili Mai! We were 3 couples traveling together, and this was our home base for the 5 days we were on Kauai. The layout was perfectly designed with the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Views from the balcony were gorgeous, and we did see the full rainbow over the golf course. Some of the best restaurants on the island are within 1 mile. We drove the entire island...from Waimea to Hanalei...and did ATV riding, ziplining, surfing, hiking, and visited the seals/turtles. Everything was easily accessible from Pili Mai!

The unit is what we expected based on the review rate and is even better. We found everything we needed and really enjoyed our 7-day stay there!

The entire week in Kauai was amazing. Our 3bd 3 ba condo was perfect. The whole booking, check in, and check out process was a breeze, thanks to Candace and her team. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

On the good side: spacious rooms and excellent facilities (bed, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor swimming pool) quiet and luxurious, close to beautiful beaches and hiking On the down side : the cleaning was not up to standard (we had to call the manager upon arrival because there were lots of hair and dust, and still had to clean ourselves

This was a wonderful home. Very clean, great amenities and thoughtful touches (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc). Spent a good bit of time on lanais. The roosters were noisy, but that’s a bird problem. Ten out of ten recommend and would come back for a return visit.

Candace was very accommodating in adjusting our check-in/out time. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking morning breakfast. Would definitely book this property again.

This property provided everything needed... beautiful accommodations, good communication and a great location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood (except for the roosters in the morning but this would occur no matter where you stay), very comfortable condo that served our 3 couples exceptionally well. We loved the fully furnished kitchen and spent time out on the lanai visiting and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location was perfect for trips to all other parts of the island as we did Wiamea Canyon, North Shore, East side and especially sunsets on Poipu Beach. We highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heart beat.

The unit was one of the best we have ever had with VRBO around the world. Very large unit equipped with everything you could want or need for your stay. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely stay again for our next visit to Kauai. The only challenge for older people is that it is a 3rd floor walk up, but it is well worth the effort!

Excellent place to stay - the apartment was larger than anticipated and even better than the photos! Everything was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable, and we appreciated having A/C and all the amenities we needed. 2 full separate baths, 2 bedrooms, and two lanais with an ocean view of Brennecke's beach and mountain view on the opposite side. Would definitely stay here again!

I get why this place is always booked! Everything about this place is great and it’s very clean! We enjoyed the spacious layout, comfortable furnitures and all the amenities. Huge plus to see hundreds of parakeets fly into the trees next to the building around 7:20pm every night. It’s a bit too far to walk to the beach but we discovered a free shuttle that will pick you up at the property and take you anywhere in Poipu which is convenient especially because parking is very limited at the beach during the day. The property provided everything we needed to cook meals. It even has a rice cooker, blender and coffee grinder! We will definitely try to stay again soon!

The ocean view penthouse is a real gem. It is spacious. It had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms even though only one was advertised. The decorations are very tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the ocean is excellent. There really is nothing negative to say about this property (beware if you have trouble climbing stairs as there are a few flights of them you will need to use to access the property). We enjoyed using the pool. The location is great with a beach park only a half block away. The complex is very peaceful and quiet. We highly recommend this property if you are staying in Poipu.

This property was close to many locations and very clean. They have a closet with beach supplies, which was a nice addition.

Perfect location, gorgeous views, clean, well-stocked. Essentially 2 master bedrooms. Kids loved the pool.

We had some difficulty finding the place since we arrived at night. They sent us detailed driving instructions that were still a little confusing. Upon arrival we were surprised to find it was a 2 bedroom since all the pictures on line show one bedroom. My wife and I would’ve preferred a one bedroom assuming it would’ve been less expensive. The second bedroom had 2 double beds in it so the apt would be well suited for families. The place is spacious and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The place was very clean which we appreciated. You can see the ocean over the tops of many roofs. The apt has a neighbor and when you’re both on the balcony you can hear each other. Once the balcony doors are closed it’s pretty quiet although occasionally you can hear neighbors through the walls. While technically the apt. meets the definition of a “penthouse” it’s just an apt. on the top floor of connected buildings. Calling it a penthouse might be overselling it a bit. It was great that they had snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Overall it’s a very nice place.

Amazing spacious suite in a fantastic location! Beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom and beautiful sunsets off the deck. Beautiful Oceanview throughout the day. Walking distance to Poipu beach where you can see the turtles in the surf or lying on the beach. Good quality kitchen and accessories. We loved every part of our vacation; it was perfect for our 16 month old to safely run around. We would've stayed there comfortably for months if we could've. Highly recommend!

Nice and comfortable stay in the fully equipped vacation home. From kitchen to beach necessities we had all we could need. Me and my husband enjoyed the sunsets off the balcony and walked to the beach for snorkeling and relaxing. Mahalo

Pluses: Condo was nice, clean, walking distance to the beach and Brennecke's restaurant. I even walked to the Poipu shopping center for a Starbuck's one day, but for some people that might be too far to walk, it's a short 7 minute drive though. There was enough kitchen utensils for us, however bring your own spices as there are none in the condo. Great view of the sunset, but you are looking over the tops of the houses in front of you as this condo is in a residential area. Didn't bother us as it's so beautiful here. Short walk to the pool area. Minuses: You can hear the people in the condo next door pretty easily when you have the sliders and windows open, but since it's Hawaii everyone has their sliders and windows open, so just be aware you will be hearing people while you sit on the lanai. This particular condo was on the third floor which has great views, but those who have issues with walking might not like the three flights of stairs to get to it. Our biggest complaint was with the property management team. They were not very good with communication. Every time I paid my deposit and then final bill I never got a confirmation that they received it. Then when I inquired about check in info they just sent an email that they knew we were coming and would give me the info 24 hours prior to check in without telling me what time check in was. When I didn't receive any info the day before we were about to arrive I emailed them through VRBO and did not hear anything back. I finally called VRBO after 6 pm the night before check in and she was able to contact the management company who then finally emailed me the check in info. There was no communication as to check out info, not even what time we were to leave the condo. I've never dealt with a management company like this so it was a little unnerving the day before check in and you don't hear anything and wonder if you have a condo to move into after paying all this money, not to mention you have no idea what time che

All three bedrooms were spacious, clean, very quiet. The living room had a comfortable sofa (with sofa bed that we used for one movie night), dining table was large with plenty of room for 6, and the kitchen had nice appliances with enough utensils, dishes, bowls, pans, ECT for Thanksgiving dinner and to make birthday cakes for our kids. The only thing I don't like is that trash bags were not supplied past the first couple of bags. Also the toilet paper was inconsistent and if we had used up the roll we'd have to buy more. We knew this going in, but come on. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Property is beautiful and well maintained. There’s always a concern about getting what’s advertised and the pictures are accurate. We had a family of 6 sleep with everyone having their own bed. Very comfortable pull out sofa and additional tall queen electrical air mattress if needed. Kitchen is stocked with all basic cookware, dishwasher, new sponge and detergents. Washer and dryer are new and nice. I brought laundry pods and did a load of towels/clothes almost every night. Rooms have shower towels, hand and wash clothes. 6 thin beach towels a couple pods are provided at home, maybe enough to do a couple loads. You will need to throw all towels in wash at check out so save enough pods for that. Cute restaurants and shopping with in walking distance if you’re comfortable or very short drive. Great location for south shore. When the beach and shopping were crowded we could escape to a quiet spacious condo on the corner of golf course and mountains. The condo had a rolling cooler we used once for grocery shopping (Costco in Lihue) I packed small soft coolers and ice packs for the daily hikes and beach. There is not enough ice in freezer to try and make daily for cooler and water bottles. 4 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs, umbrella, grass mats, plastic tube floats. We bought boogie boards from Costco. There’s also easy rentals near Brennekes. Long/CVS pharmacy very close and well stocked. Overall great location. Exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Also, Candice was awesome to work with!

Such a beautiful location. End unit, quiet, gorgeous sunsets! The decor and quality of all contents were so nice. Loved having Pacos Tacos and Keoikis within walking distance. This was our 4th visit to Kauai and definitely not our last. Mahalo for a great home away from home.

I have rented a lot of places in Hawaii on VRBO and this was the nicest by far in every aspect! Upscale furniture and bedding, and everything you could need in the kitchen. Lots of room for our family and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The host Candace was readily available whenever we called. The beach was a bit farther than I thought but still walkable if you weren’t bringing a lot, and it was truly an excellent beach for all ages, with snorkeling, a small island you could walk to on a sand bar, and turtles every day. Loved every minute, Thank you, Candace!

We were very pleased with this spacious condo. It was nicely decorated with an ocean theme and overlooked the golf course with the ocean in the distance. It was easy to walk to stores and restaurants and everything else was a short drive away. Appreciated the beach chairs, towels and cooler. Large dining table on lanai was nice but it was hard to keep area clean from bird droppings. We would definitely stay again if traveling with a group of 6. Candace was also very friendly and informative in preparing for our trip.

Our family had a terrific time staying at Pili Mai. The condo complex is modern with a great pool, hot tub, gym, and BBQs. The apartment is also modern, spacious, light, comfortable, clean, and replete with every amenity a family could want. The kitchen is large and contemporary, and it's well-equipped with the basics. The unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler, which we used almost every day. The view from the lanai of the golf course and beyond (to the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other) is spectacular. Candance and Cathy at Kauai Calls are extremely responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother. The only very minor downside to the experience is it's a bit of a walk to the beach (about 20 minutes to Kiahuna and 30 to Poipu), but only a five-minute drive. We would gladly return here.

We enjoyed our time here very much. The condo is massive with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. The condo was well stocked. We grilled out many nights and there was plenty of utensils and plastic plates and cups suitable for the pool. Highly recommended.

Plenty of space, clean and comfortable and so nice to come “home” to this unit after a day of adventuring. Quiet, end space with gorgeous views and personal stairs and front door area, which was nice for keeping Sandy shoes and beach towels. There were a couple things not stocked that would’ve been nice - like dish soap and salt/pepper, but we had every kitchen tool and appliance we could’ve hoped for and loved how spacious the kitchen and front room were. A word of caution for those with children: Our kids are generally well-behaved, but of course, still children so they’ll move more and are loud sometimes. We seemed to be too loud for the neighbors below us at times, as the man started to lecture our children when they were out on the balcony once, and he saw no adults. Thankfully we had the screen door open and could hear what was going on, and gratefully, it was our last day there, and we kindly apologized and told him we were leaving, but it would’ve been a little frustrating had that happened early in our stay, feeling like we had to hush our kids even more the whole week. It was a good reminder to us that we’ll just need to stick to bottom-floor units from now on. 🙂

Pros: Great location. Spacious & clean condo with well appointed kitchen. Quiet building. Parking lot. Lush grounds. View in photo is accurate. Cons: dryer unit inoperable, sewer smell near pool area, construction on nearby buildings of complex. Note: The construction was relatively quiet and did not start too early in the morning.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon in May 2021. The interior was stunning. The view of the beach with palm trees swaying in the wind was lovely. The temperature was wonderful too, cool inside and warm on the lanai. Given the pandemic the kitchen wasn\'t stocked, but that\'s understandable. We really appreciated the beach equipment, too. The proximity to the beach and a couple cool restaurants was perfect, too. The beach had seals and turtles each time we visited. It was a perfect way for us to start our honeymoon. Definitely recommend!

The only thing that I didn't care for was looking down into the neighborhood houses. I was under the impression that it was a closer view. Also the neighbor was smoking downstairs in the morning which filtered up to the balcony, but no worries, we just moved to the front one. Overall, it was super!

Beautiful, clean, cozy apartment just one block from Brenecke beach. This booking exceeded my expectations in every way. Full kitchen with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the beach. Comfortable beds with pillows and linens. Bathroom stocked with bath towels, shampoo and soap ready to use. Everything clean and inviting. Entire apt has remote controlled AC.

We liked everything about this spacious, sparkling clean and well-appointed condo. We stayed 8 nights. The parking is convenient to the unit, and the grounds and common areas well tended. We enjoyed our view to the golf course, and the nene geese that were walking and flying around the fairway. Although construction work near the unit is evident and ongoing on weekdays, we were not inconvenienced by the work, and did not hear any construction noise. The unit itself provided plenty of room for the two couples in our party. The kitchen, with its upgraded appliances, was equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware for us. It is always nice to find salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent supplied. All of the kitchen tools and equipment we needed were furnished. We were also happy to have a clothes washer and dryer, and beach towels. We used these items more than once! The information booklet was useful, and the door codes and unit information were all accurate. WiFi worked in the living and kitchen areas, as well as the master bedroom, but didn\'t work so well in the bedroom closest to the entry. We would stay here again, and recommend this unit to others. It is a great location, and quiet.

We loved our nightly sunset views, quick walks to snorkel beach, great central location, and beautiful decor and grounds. We hope to return soon!!

I recently stayed here with my family. The check in and check out process was very easy. The condo was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with everyday appliances that made staying in for dinner easy. The sunset from the lanai was spectacular. It was about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops and 20 minutes to the beach. Or a quick 5 minute drive and you were at the beach. Great location. We would stay here again.

The condo looked brand new and clean. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It fit our family of 8 very comfortably. Loved the views from back deck or even from the dining room window. Perfect location. Close to shipwreck beach (our favorite) and great restaurants and shopping. Plus close to airport and other sites on the island. Loved getting into the large hot tub after a day at the beach and the gym facility was nice too. Also loved the washer and dryer in condo so we could wash our beach towels after a day at the beach. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. When we checked in something was wrong with the sound on the TV. Candice was super helpful and got someone out right away to fix it. Would totally recommend this condo to family and friends and will be back. Our only recommendation is to get better mattress topper/pads for the beds. The beds were not great but some padded mattresses pads would make all the difference.

The property was even bigger and better than advertised. Exceeded all expectations. Location location location! Quick walk to the best beach I have ever seen. Access to everything. Property was perfectly clean equipped and comfortable!

Just as advertised. Beautiful spacious condo with wonderful views. Great space for 5 adults and everything was new and well thought out. Communication with the property manager was awesome and made life easy. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this property. It was as advertised and met our expectations. The location is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. The place is clean and offers all the amenities you need. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

The space was perfect, maybe too perfect for us. We were on our honeymoon and didn’t need all the space and didn’t even step foot in the massive second bedroom. This property is a definite when we come back with friends or family. Just a little too big for a couple. But the property was beautiful and it had a great view and our sunset watching was great from the patio. The amenities were as described and we used the BBQ and pool daily. Great spot and looking forward to planning our next trip here soon.

My wife and I loved our stay on our recent trip to Hawaii. The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We loved having breakfast on the lani and looking at the ocean and then having cocktails on it as the sun set every day. Easy walk to the beaches and Brenekkies (pardon the spelling but we usually walked because of too many cocktails on the beach!). The condo has the little extras with beach chairs, cooler, etc. that meant we just had to find the store! We had a great stay and would stay again!

Unit is well-kept and well-furnished. Has all the amenities needed. Right on the beach and near restaurants. Easy parking. Highly recommended

Very well appointed, tastefully decorated (2 bedroom 2 bathroom) condo. No built-in heating or air conditioning though portable heaters and stationery air conditioners in the bedrooms keep things comfortable. Grounds beautifully maintained. Pool sparkling clean. Ocean views from the lanai are expansive. We watched whales most mornings. Beach chairs, a little cooler, a shade umbrella and pool noodle are all stocked in the unit. The first trip up three flights of stairs loaded with luggage and shopping was a slog but after the initial time, it was no bother. We’d gladly stay again.

We would truly go back to this property in Kauai! The accommodations were perfect - and had all we needed to make our visit perfect. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, towels, washer and dryer, lanais, fans, air in bedrooms, clean and neat. We walked to a restaurant, the beach and snorkeled and saw sea turtles and monk seals on the beach. Thank you!

Overall a very good experience. I would not characterize this as a penthouse since it is on the 3rd floor of an apartment/condo complex but the amenities were nice. It was a battle to keep the apartment cool with the 2 room air conditioners. The company that overseas this apartment was very professional and helpful.

This condo was appointed with everything we needed, it was just like being at home. The Condo was close to all of Poipu within easy walk of the beaches, and restaurants. The natural wood ceiling to the A/C in both bedrooms, wall hangings and the care by the owner has taken of the property is very apparent. we would book this property again with no reservations.

Enjoyed this condo as a landing spot each night. Quiet spot, comfortable bed, nice views. Seemed to be a well appointed condo, though we mostly slept here, came to see the sights.

While advertised as a one bedroom, one bath unit, this large condo has two air conditioned bedrooms with two full baths. Everything appears updated and clean. Walk to the beach in five minutes. Sunsets over the water are romantic. Penthouse? Yes, but that means a three story walk-up. Ocean view? Yes, but you’re a block away so there are rooftops in between. Close in private parking? That too, but an open garbage area is adjacent to the lot. Bottom line is that this unit is among the best in Poipu. My wife and I had plenty of room and we recommend it.

Very well run all neat and tidy and well attended to. The grounds are immaculately kept, parking is nearby and never a problem. A short walk to Poipu beach. Many nice shops nearby. Would stay again without hesitation.

We really enjoyd our stay on Kauai. This property is very well maintained and convenient to Brennecke and Poipu beach. Great ocean view and beautiful sunsets. We would definately book this condo in the future.

The pictures of the place say it all. You will find less expensive units in the complex Nihi Kai Villas but probably not as nicely furnished as this one. The location in the complex (building 5 (#522) is an easy walk to the pool, parking and to and from the beach. The booking process was easy with Coastline Cottages and I was very pleased with the overall process. The villa has everything you need including beach chairs, coolers, beach towels all sorts of pot and pans and utensils. One note, this is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and there is plenty of room for 4-6 with the open concept layout. The full kitchen is a great way to save on eating out. I would recommend renting this unit.
